Susan is amazing. Should you ever need her services you will be lucky to have someone who not only listens and offers advice, but takes the time to explain what is going on. Your needs are her concern and it resonates. I am never happy when I have to see anyone for any gastro-related issues, but when I do, I am happy to know that Susan will be there to get me through! I am disgusted with how she acted in my appointment. I was scolded for making an in person visit during covid-19 even though I explained my reasoning. I was talked down to for the remainder of the appointment & she dismissed every concern I had. Will not be returning.
