Dr. Sabia is great, but the office is not run as well as it could. They don’t greet you cheerfully, can’t spell my name correctly, do not have a good computer program/ system for scheduling. Who ever heard of an office that schedules every 6 months but when you check out they tell you their system does not allow them to schedule in 6 months ,so they will call you to schedule and then you don’t get a call! When I mentioned this to several of the staff which were very nice, at the front desk they told me they were not here when that happened 18 months ago.I could have moved, gone on to a new practice or passed away; they would have not known if I did not call to schedule an appointment.

Several times I visited this Associates In Cardiology, P.A., I feel very comfort. As a patient of Dr. Kaitlin B Baron, always I find her very caring and very cautious with patience, she gives time to the patients till my last question or satisfaction. Several tests facilities also they have in big floor. Doctors, Staffs all are well behavior. Very nice and dependable centre for Cardiological treatment.

Have been a patient of Dr. Lincoln’s for many years and before that knew him while caring for my Mom. Been coming to the Linden Lane office and the other office before that -- for at least 25 years I learned yesterday! Thank you all! I would give them many more stars if I could. They care for me like family and are very professional yet patient with all my many questions. You or your loved one will be in very good hands. (No, no one paid me for this review, haha, Im just a very satisfied patient.)

Excellent Cardiology group! The Linden Lane offices use the whole second floor of a small office building. They provide a variety of diagnostic services on site - including stress tests. There is plenty of free parking. All of the staff are polite, courteous, and patient. Dr. Kaitlin Baron is superb.

I have been going here for at least 15 years. I started with Dr Grossburg. He was really great. Very caring and very through in covering all aspects of my cardiac care. He retired so now I see Dr Sabia. He is nice too but does not spend much time as before but I trust his care. This is a busy office with many patients. They get you in and out pretty quickly the office is nice with easy parking

I love Dr. Sharma. However, I wondered at the necessity of an in-person visit for the doctor to tell me that according to my monitor reading and my EKG that everything was ok. It seemed to me that if they were sincere about the safety of their patients during a pandemic they would opt for a phone visit to deliver this kind of news. Also, when the assistant came in she referred to my file and had the wrong name for my primary care physician. I wondered if she indeed had my file and not someone else’s. Dr. Sharma seemed to have the correct file so I didn’t mention it.

Dr Peter Sabia is an excellent doctor. He takes his time with you and makes everything clear so when you leave there you know exactly what you are to do. He is very cautious in his RX requirements and tries to keep you at a minimum of Rx being taken. He is amazing. Give him a try and you wont be sorry that you did.

This place refused to do an Echocardiogram without a referral ! I called my insurance and they said I didn’t need a referral . I told the woman that three times and even offered her my phone to speak with the TriCare representative. The woman refused to allow me to get it done , even though she had my doctor’s orders and insurance said I didn’t need a referral according to my insurance plan . She was very nasty and rude ! Not sure what her name is but she was a middle aged Indian woman . I will be calling my doctor and tell her not to refer people to that office ! They are disgustingly rude and should not be healthcare workers .

I just want to say that there was nothing wrong with the doctor I saw, but the issues outside of him were a horrible experience. I dont ever care about things like wait times or the front desk not being friendly, but the billing department here essentially altered my life plans.I was at a point where I was very sick and on FMLA leave for months from work, seeing a different doctor or having a new test done every other day. I would pay my copay at the doctors office whenever they allowed it, and would always pay the bill when I received it otherwise. The issue here is that I never received a physical bill, phone call, or had it sent to my insurance that I owed just a $50 copay.I am now at a point where I plan to buy a house and noticed a massive dip in my credit score from a $50 collections account. I called the office and was told that they tried to send a bill and that at least one of them was labeled as undeliverable. I keep records of all my sent bills and never received a single one. I was also told they tried to call my phone number and they got a message that it was disconnected. They said that they sometimes get this, but then admitted that they only tried to call the number once even though they knew this (though I use that phone A LOT and have never had that issue.) They never tried to call my work cell phone and my phone provider has no record of them trying to call either of them. Lastly, they never reported it to my insurance that I owed a bill. A different doctors office had my address wrong and I knew a had a copayment due since I checked my insurance portal once a week.So I am now at a point where I am fighting over a small collections account and trying to get it expunged, with the office that never gave me a bill saying they will do nothing to help me. Maybe I should have known that I owed them, but when I was sick to the point where I took months off work, could not even drive, and had reached my out of pocket maximum around the same time, it was not something I was thinking of. It should not be on the onus of the patient to try to get a bill and they certainly did not do enough to get a bill to me before sending it to collections and potentially either costing me thousands of dollars or stopping me from going through my plans for a $50 copayment.

Billing issues, severe billing issues. For the first time in my life having a doctors office have no record of an appointment being setup for a serious exam that takes 5 hours. They requested you I try again next week because someone didnt enter the appointment right. Got a call an hour later saying the appointment was setup incorrectly again and they needed to adjust it (third time now).On the bright side the doctors seemed okay.

A series of unfortunate events occurred during our first time visit with your office. My Aunt ( patient) was scheduled to be seen today. She had a pacemaker placed in June 2017 in Puerto Rico. They recommended her to see a Cardiologist three month after this pacemaker was placed. The unfortunate disaster in Puerto Rico happened in September and destroyed the Island. My Aunt was forced to come to the United States for obvious circumstances. Her primary Insurance has been unable to provide her with any information or referrals to Doctors in the United States because they lack electricity. She was told that she could go and see anyone due this disaster thru disaster relief of the Federal Government. When we arrived to Dr. sabias office we were greeted and given the proper paperwork for the appointment.Later, a women, Elizabeth asked us to approach the front desk and told us we could not be seen today, because the office does not accept her Insurance. I asked her to please call the primary Insurance for pre-approval because of the circumstances of Huricane Maria allowed us to be see with any Doctor of our choice. I gave her the information and she returned and told me they are not answering the phone and medicare said the primary insurance which has to be called first for approval first before medicare accepts responsibility. I told her again she needs to call the primary insurance for a pre-authorization. I explained to her they will approve because of the disaster relief program that is included in Federal Law/disaster relief. She refused and said repeatedly that you do not accept Insurance and if I want to be seen I must pay $175.00. I asked a Spanish speaking employee to call and she did, but the Elizabeth told her to hang the phone up.My Aunt tried to explain the process to her , but she asked my Aunt to be quiet...So I saw Dr Sabia walking by and spoke to him about the challenges that we were facing with her unwillingness to assist us. He spoke to her and the final resolution was completed. The Insurance approved her visit and we were seen.During her exam My Aunt was asked to undress in the operatory and she did. Elizabeth stormed into the room asking for our insurance cards.. I asked her to please close the door, because my aunt was undressed and she huffed and slammed the door. Later, Dr. Sabia came into another room as we were escorted to another room and asked for the Insurance cards. Meanwhile, all of my insurance cards were previously scanned prior to us going back.Frankly, I am shocked and appauled at how my Aunt was treated in this office and I will be filing a formal complaint to the Maryland Board of Physicians. My Aunt, Alejandrina Saldana Perez could not stop crying. This was humiliating and traumatizing for her. At the front office, there were so many patients waiting to be seen and witnessed this embarrassing event. I feel our privacy was not respected and we were treated innoproppriately because of her inability to speak English.I feel it is important for Providers to provide a reasonable effort to assist patients with special accommodations.
