I never knew I needed a clinic like this. I felt seen and heard. I also like the follow-up customer service provided by the front desk staff. When the provider sent me messages, the front desk staff would call to make sure I understood the message as well as received it. They cared right until the last message and I truly appreciated that. I will be returning there for my healthcare needs from now on.

I always have a positive experience coming to the silver spring location. The staff is super helpful and respectful of my time. My physicals and blood work always go smoothly and I receive results quickly as well as recommendations for possible lifestyle adjustments needed based on them.

Dr Shotashvili is the best.She always asks a lot of very pertinent questions. She takes her time explaining things. Her bedside manner is excellent and shes got a warm and always appropriate sense of humor. The business is organized and automated and the facility is sparkling clean with easy parking.

Quick and easy check in. Welcoming staff. I used to go to Comprehensive Care 10 years ago and then I moved. Im back in the area and am so glad to be able to go to them again.

I was very happy with the Nurse Practitioner who helped me as well as the front desk staff. I was confused about not seeing a doctor. I thought I had selected one but apparently had mistakenly chosen another. Then I was told that I wasnt going to see a doctor at all. Thats more confusion than a sick person needs, but everyone there was extremely nice about my confusion and in the end I was given the instructions for testing that I would expect with my symptoms. Ive been to many doctors around the world and think Im a pretty good judge of the overall organization and service at a doctors office.

I hate to give a low rating, each visit Ive had with a doctor here has been great. However, the admin side is causing my family great stress. My wife is scheduled for surgery tomorrow. She saw a doctor at Comprehensive Primary Care over a week ago for bloodwork required by the surgery center. Less than 24 hours away from surgery and Comprehensive Primary Care Silver Spring has yet to send over her bloodwork. The surgery center has called her and told her she cannot have surgery since they do not have her information from the doctors office. She called and told the receptionist who gave her an attitude. We are still waiting on confirmation that the paperwork has been sent. This administrative ineptitude is causing such an undue amount of stress right before a major stressful event. I am beyond anger at the callous attitude and jeopardy this office has put upon my wifes health and ability to get surgery on the scheduled date.

Awesome experience from all professionals. Felt very much welcomed and taken care of. My doctor insisted that I get a physical which was a very very important thing. She was sharp and I loved the way she just came in and asked questions fast because I guess she knew at my age I had been there and done that many times before. She was a rock star doctor for real!!! Would give all of them an A grade for sure. The location is also wonderful because it is in downtown Silver Spring where you can easily catch public transportation if you do not desire to drive which is what I wanted to have choice to do.

Dr Natalia Shotashvili is very warm and great listener and she will give you her time a 100%.She understands and makes sure you are at ease and comfotable before any procedure. Its a pretty organized set up.

The staff is knowledgable and friendly. They take the time to listen and then give the best advice.

I started coming to this office in the beginning of 2020 when my insurance switched over. I’ve been seeing Nurse Practitioner Tess Lee. She has been amazing. Very personable with each visit. I can tell she truly cares about her patients well being. Whenever I have a question or concern I can email her through the portal and receive a quick response. The office staff always welcomes me with a smile and it makes me feel valued as a patient. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Shotashvili is very thorough and quickly responds to any follow-up questions and/or concerns. Her staff are genial and competent. The Silver Spring office is conveniently located near the metro and there is free parking in the building (dont know if this is temporary), but works great for me.

While the office staff and Dr. Tan were friendly and professional, they will charge you for a separate visit if you ask any questions during an annual physical. I understand billing separately if you come for a physical and end up needing a lengthy consult, but a brief conversation (around 5 minutes) ending with a referral to a podiatrist and an optometrist seems like it ought to be included as part of an annual physical.

Took me forever to find a Doctor or Practice that met my needs. Lo and Behold, Comprehensive Primary Care, opened their doors. The staff is professional, personable, and very caring. I was so pleased with them. My main concern was a Practice that was in a network of Doctors. That is what I am used to, and so very grateful to have found them. DR. NATALIA IS FABULOUS! I have since moved to Arlington VA but am going to try to stay with her.Give them a call. You wont regret it.

I’ve been a patient of comprehensive primary care for many years and am so glad they added an office in downtown Silver Spring.I usually go to the Bethesda office because I have a relationship with one of the doctors there, but all I needed was a flu shot and this was more convenient.The staff was professional and my appointment went very smoothly. Both the building and office was clean and COVID compliant as was all the staff I met and I felt comfortable going in to seek the care that I needed.

We have been seeing Dr. Shotashvili for years, and now our teenage kids see her as well. She is a knowledgeable, experienced doctor with excellent bedside manners and genuine care for her patients. I love the fact that she can do blood work right in her office, which saves me tons of time and trouble. I highly recommend this doctor and the practice.

Not satisfied with this worst place! They cancelled my appointment for no reason! I drove 1 hour!!!! 1 freaking hour one way when I had my appointment scheduled and when I came they said they called me 2 hours ago to make sure I’m coming, what?! I have it scheduled!!! So I wasted 3 hours, driving and talking to this unprofessional front desk for nothing. So disappointed.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shotashvili for years (initially in Woodley Park when I lived in DC and now in Silver Spring, that I’ve moved to the suburbs). She and her team have provided both me and my husband with great, timely and personalized care. We’re very pleased and plan to continue with her as long as we are able.

Ive been going to this office for maybe 2 years now, and everyone Ive interacted with has been great, front desk, lab techs, doctors, etc. A particular note for Dr. Shotashvilli: shes really a fantastic provider, helpful, caring, listens to you. Overall very happy with this practice.

Easy to make an appointment (it was not an emergency so I got something within a few weeks of calling which was just fine). The nurse practitioner was very thorough and knowledgeable. They have a lab on site for bloodwork, etc. No complaints, I plan on returning.

I love the Comprehensive Primary Care office in downtown Silver Spring. Its conveniently located which makes getting there a breeze. The staff is also courteous and my appointments never take unnecessarily long.

Great admin and clinical staff. If you go in for a physical, you will get the complete physical.

Tess was my doctor. Tess was awesome. Leslie was the receptionist. Leslie was awesome. They have jolly ranchers at the front desk. I ate one.

I had a very uncomfortable and quite traumatizing experience with one of the nurses. I will not share what took place as it is a very sensitive subject matter that I will not express publicly but is certainly deemed malpractice and unacceptable bedside manner. I called to report the issue to an Administrator but never received a response after being told to leave a voicemail. I will not be returning to this practice and do not recommend this practice if concerns are not addressed appropriately and timely given the severity of the issue.

This location is on the 11th floor of an office building. There is a parking garage available underneath it but it is also across the street from the Silver Spring Metro Station. I booked an appointment with Natallia Shotashvili on ZocDoc for an annual physical exam and for her to be my primary care doctor. Nice office and I recommend the Dr. Shotashvili as she was friendly and quick.
