Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. Ive never had a good experience here or cared for properly. Ive been sick for three weeks and the doctor doesnt seem to give two cares. πŸ™ƒ The wait time is hours. Noone follows up with your lab results, referrals, messages, emails, or paperwork.

I have been a patient for over a year and I love the entire staff, especially the doctors. I always get through with a receptionist every call and if not .. I’ll leave a message and get a call in return within an hour. I completely understand it gets super busy in there so if I’m on hold I don’t mind waiting at all. Thanks to everyone who works tireless hours at CCI we appreciate you !

The people answering the phone needs training, they have no customer service skills at all. This is the worst i have seen from a Medical office.Please remove them and put people who actually wants to work and take pleasure in doing so

It’s the worst service they have .a year ago I come here by appointment and waiting more than 2:hours and 30 minutes with out see me a doctor and they told me she out for lunch and I I left with out service and when I back to my car I get $60 dollars ticket my meter expired after 2:30 minutes and I told them they don’t care .after a year I back to the same clinic for my son blood work first come first serve no need appointment after I stayed 1hour they told me the person who works blood work he out for.20mints it’s annoyingly service. I have to go away this kind of service all of my 3 kids and my self.

For the love of god, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.Ive been going to this incompetent, inefficient, greedy office for about 1.5 years for dentistry and primary care. They operate to extract as much money as possible from patients and are generally useless.Ive had to clean up mistakes so far from both scheduling and billing.I literally just walked out of an dentist appt because this place requires a dental evaluation every six months BEFORE they will schedule a cleaning. And when I tried to schedule a cleaning, the scheduler scheduled an evaluation without telling me. So now I cant get two cleanings per year. Which means I cant get the rebate my insurance provides me for getting two cleanings per year.Also, if you ask them to schedule enough time/appts to fill all of your fillings in one go, they will lie to you and say they did. Then you get in and they say they can only do one and you have to schedule the rest, one at a time, in intervals with months between. Even for simple fillings, you have to threaten them to do more than one in a sitting. Why? Because they charge insurance per appt, not per tooth. They are trying to extract as much money as possible from billing.

While I was content with the actual care I received, and the doctors were wonderful, the billing department/front desk staff are terrible. I called to inquire whether they accepted my insurance and was told they did; granted, I should have been more specific to ask whether they were IN NETWORK, I assumed that was implied. They were not. Not only was I charged out of network prices, their billing department is SLOW - I had 2 visits, one in October, and another more than a month later in November, but I did not receive a bill for either (and notice what I was being charged so I could find a new doctor) until over 3 months later in February! The final straw was the fact that they did not process my payment until April - throwing off my ability to pay with HSA.

These people dont answer the calls and when they do they place you on hold. I called several times and each time I was placed on hold having to wait several minutes(at least 10 minutes each times). Do these people even care or attempt to work. This is very disappointing and frustrating.

Very poor customer service my son had Dr appointment at 9:45AM and we arrived 9:58Am there was a lady told us that the Appointment is over because you came late and we can not do anything reschedule it, so I rescheduled on the same day 2:30PM and we arrived 2:25PM and waited 30 minutes and I ask that lady it is 30 minutes past how long more we should wait she told me just wait if you want to see the drI don’t don’t know that this clinic as an in charge or any controller to control the customer care or no

I went to CCI dental in silver spring for a dental appt. when I arrived, I was told my appt was canceled. I asked why since I had been given a reminder call the day before. I was told that the dentist was willing to see me anyway since it was β€œcanceled without authorization” (whatever that means). I got x-rays and an exam but was told I had to come back for a cleaning.Months later (they didn’t have any availability earlier) I had an appointment. Made arrangements for childcare and on my way there they canceled my appt at 11am. Annoyed by the mismanagement of this office I found a new dentist and tried to get my records sent. I filled out a online form, and was told they didn’t have any records. I called insurance and was told a claim was made for my appt, and if they didn’t release records then the insurance company would move forward against them for fraud. I called again and was told I had to come in person to fill out a different form for the β€œdental office.” So I stopped in during business hours and they are closed. 10:45am on a Friday.It has been weeks, I left a message with the manager of the office and have not heard back. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Totally incompetent, badly organized. I Always come out of seeing these people feeling worse than when I came in. Dont bother with this group. Absolutely awful, rude, lousy communication. They dont follow through, they just dont bother. Horrible.

Called to make urgent appointment for my son running a fever of 103.7 and ear ache both ears.. called two different places that might be open and the two clinics open which is in Takoma park and the one in silver spring wont take my calls. Called more than 5times and answering service answers. When I finally get a direct call to silver spring I ask if they can see him and the lady that answers says all patients that had appointment today showed up, I understand that but she didnt even let me finish explaining what the reason for my call was and didnt even bother asking any of the doctors on duty to see if they can see him, or any nirses available

Drs and staff are great. Only problem I have with them is meter parking. Sometimes my wait time plus time of seeing Dr is over 2 hours and I have to leave to go and feed meter.

They are really difficult to contact and they are horribly unprofessional. Some of the people in the front desk make you feel like YOU ARE the one bothering them when you tell them you have an appointment. Absolutely awful place and the only reason I go there is because it’s nearest to me and my insurance covers it

I was waiting for my appointment almost one month, when I come on that day the front desk told me that the doctor is not here without letting us know before. And told me that they will call me for next appointment so I was waiting about two weeks then I called them again they told me that the doctor is not coming anymore here . So totally I was waiting for two months since then . Due to their incompetent the patient is tolerating pain and inconvenience.

The dentist did not want to attend my mother because she has cancer. He was very rude about it. My mother and i were deeply offended to not only be turned down but to be treated with such rudeness, it is like he has no manners. And i thought this was funny but that same young dentist that was very rude saw me outside of the clinic. We were both waiting to cross the same cross walk my and my mother on one side and he on the other, we he made eye contact with us he got all jumpy and walked a different direction. In my opinion that guy is a shlub. I will not return nor will i bring my children here. Appointment scheduling is horrible as well. You have been warned.

I was extremely frustrated with CCI . I would leave messages with the receptionist to have my psychiatrist call me . They would tell me they will send him the message and he will call back shortly. He never calls back . This has happened several times . I was calling with an urgent med problem , day after day .... was told to stay with my phone and wait for his call , and my calls were never returned . Very bad service to someone who was vulnerable.

Very bad service I had an appointment at 8 am and I was there at 7:45 am and it was 9 oclock and I did not enter and when I told them my schedule at 8 they say wait for how long I have to keep my promise and they do not complain I regret because I have insurance and can not believe when it ends Go to another companyEvery time I wait for the same problem and I have kids
