Horrible experience with this office, requested some records and the lady told me she was on vacation due to the holidays which is understandable. However instead of trying to gather the information she told me she will take her time and call me when she gets a chance.My last visit was over a month ago and they haven’t even billed my insurance there for she is holding my records.Have several appointments schedule and I don’t want to even go back to this office.Horrible to speak with, no help whatsoever.

I do not have enough good things to say about Dr. Feinberg and his staff. The office is a state of the art facility with the highest levels of technology for orthodontics. I had a few small corrections that I wanted done to enhance my smile and he was able to do it for me in just two months with SureSmile technology and clear aligners! I felt completely at ease and had a sound mind knowing that he has 35 plus years of experience under his belt and is a board certified Orthodontist. They scanned my teeth and were able to make a 3D model, from the scan, to make my clear retainers. I was even able to get my teeth whitened there with zoom whitening after my treatment was done. The whole experience is fantastic. The process is much shorter due to the SureSmile technique. The adjustment of the teeth is gradual and gentle. I barely felt the teeth adjustment and did not have any bad time on eating after the braces were tightened each time. However, the overall outcome is amazing! All the faculties are very nice and patient, and the whole office is really homey!

I absolutely LOVE having Dr.Feinberg as my orthodontist - for reference Im 23 and started going to him as an adult in college. His office is incredibly clean and the staff is always very kind and friendly. I first met Dr. Feinberg when I was seven years old with numerous problems with my teeth. They were crooked, I had an overbite, and my teeth couldnt even touch on one side of my mouth. After three years of different appliances on my teeth, I was given braces in the fifth grade, and they remained until a week before I started high school. From the ages of seven to fourteen, there are only a handful of pictures of me smiling with my teeth. I always gave a small half smile because I was so self conscious. Since I got my braces off to now, at the age of twenty, there are only pictures of me smiling with my teeth. I now dont give a second thought to smiling a full smile. Aside from fixing my mess of a mouth, I have always felt cared about while visiting Dr. Feinberg. Every visit he has always asked me about myself, my family, school and everything else in life. Granted, we have now known each other for twelve years, but there is comfort in that. He has watched me grow through every stage of adolescence. I do not see him very often anymore but every time I do he is the same as he has always been: friendly, smiling, caring and passionate about the work that he does. Not only is he wonderful, but he has a talented team of assistants who are just as great as he is. They are able successfully create an atmosphere that feels very much like family. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of orthodontics because I know from first hand experience how great their results are.

Mark Feinberg D.M.D is the best orthodontist office out there with great service and a great staff. My teeth were crooked but with Sure Smile They straightened my teeth out in a very short amount of time. If youre looking for an orthodontist, this is honestly the best place to be.
