Im an indoor person and seldom work out. I started strength training in Transform 180 Training due to some health issue. Its a great place and the staff here are very professional. I think this is probably the best investment I made during COVID time. I trained with Michelle and Mo, they are really good trainers. Highly recommend!

Kiana is awesome! She’s very encouraging and she pushes me to achieve my best. She highlights the smallest victories and makes me feel like I can do this! The facility is very clean and inviting. This is the first personal training regimen I’ve ever stuck with this long!

Excellent experience so far with the personal training sessions. I was seeing results after just 4 sessions. The sessions are very well tailored to your goals in a way that pushes you but also won’t leave you dying for the next few days. Michael was my trainer and he is really good at what he does, couldn’t recommend him enough. I use this as my personal gym as well and they have everything you need. It’s never too crowded and everyone makes sure to wipe down equipment when they are done.

I have had excellent experience with Transform 180, and specifically Micheal as my trainer. The difference of working with him as opposed to on my own was phenomenal. The constant feedback loop while working out was crucial for me to perfect my form. That way I did not feel like my entire body was collapsing next day. I would recommend supplementing the personal training sessions with a gym membership as well, they have everything I needed to work towards my fitness goals.

I’ve loved my experience with Transform 180 so far! My personal trainer Kiana has been immensely helpful in designing workouts that help me reach my goals, as well as supplemental workouts that I can do at home. I’ve seen amazing progress in just a few months of working with her! She pays really good attention to my form and really motivates me. The gym has a wide variety of equipment and is really well maintained - I recommend Kiana and Transform 180 to anyone in the area looking for a personal trainer!

Firstly, Transform 180 is a great place to train/workout if you are in the SLU area. A big sprawling gym with best equipments!I have been working out with Michelle (personal trainer) about twice a week for a while now and have only wonderful things to say. She has created a workout plan that caters to my fitness regimen and every session she keeps it fresh. Mainly, she motivates and push me to the maximum. I always feel fantastic after a workout session. And special thanks to Transform 180 for keeping the gym always clean and making sure they follow the indoor safety measures to the best in these uncertain times!

I’ve been working with Kiana at the SLU location for a few months now - I would HIGHLY recommend working with her. My experience getting back into shape has been great. Kiana has always made me feel comfortable and my confidence increases every time we work together. She plans workouts that are challenging (in all the best ways) but attainable and effective. In a few short months I already notice a difference in the way I look and feel. I look forward to every workout I have booked with Kiana and will continue to train with her weekly!

Started training 2 months ago with Kiana! She is thoughtful, responsive to my many many questions, and pushes me within reason and never to something I don’t want to do as a part of my routine. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and avoid (cardio), and works through the app to respond to my workouts and questions between our gym sessions. Kiana helps me stay focused on how I feel rather than how I look and that makes her a 10/10 for me.

180 Transform is for real, its not a place to just hang out. You are there to train! Michael Ha, my trainer is great! He knows his stuff and keeps things moving w/o yelling and screaming. He got things dialed in quickly, not only on training, but on diet advice as well. I recommend the body analysis which will give you a baseline to judge gains. 180 is managed by Brian Rackley who is awesome and went out of his way to help with my membership questions.

Ive been working with Kiana at Transform 180 for past few months and have had a super positive experience so far. Id recommend working with Kiana, she rightly assess your fitness levels and gives you a right plan. She ensures the weights are correct for your fitness levels and checks the form in every set to avoid any potential injury. Id been struggling with my upper body strength and have been experiencing major changes since the time Ive been training. Id say this is a great gym, they ensure covid precautions are taken. Id recommend this gym and Kiana as a top trainer to anyone looking for one in the area.

I highly recommend Michael Ha as a trainer! I came in looking for some instruction for getting into weight training as Ive never tried it before and was worried about injuring myself. Ive been training for ~1 month now and feel MUCH stronger and more empowered than i had before beginning training. Michael is patient but knows when and how to push you to be better and stronger. He listens to your goals and ensures your training is geared towards what you are trying to achieve. 5/5 stars!

I’ve been training with Michael for a couple of months and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who’s thinking about a personalized training program. My trainer pays attention to my posture, strength/weakness and designs in-gym exercise and at-home exercise to help me achieve my aspiration to get lean. When I first started at Transform 180, I was paired with Kiana. We went over my strengths and what I wanted/needed to improve on. I was even able to get a program tailored to me due to some health issues. Kiana does a great job at adjusting and correcting how my body moves with each exercise we do. Besides have a great personality, Kiana’s commitment and dedication to her job helps me to stay motivated, to keep moving, and to continue our sessions. Her workouts will leave you sweaty, but stronger and mobilized than before. If you want a trainer that will go the mile with you, choose Kiana and Transform 180. 😊❤️

I started training with Ethan about 8 months ago. In retrospect this has been one of those decisions which I should have made years ago. Ethan has been wonderful and committed to designing a program which I could stick with long term. Ive learned proper form for many types of lifts and slowly grown in strength.Overall Im still going three times a week and I just generally feel stronger and more healthy.

I have been working out with Natalia (personal trainer) three times a week since past couple of months and have only wonderful things to say. She is very invested in my success and keeps me motivated. We started by creating a customized plan to meet my fitness goals and have been diligently tracking it. At the end of every workout, I feel accomplished and happy. Natalia has also helped me by recommending meals/exercises I can follow outside on my own. In the past couple of years I have worked with different trainers (at different gyms), and she is by far the best trainer I have worked with. The facility (SLU) is well maintained, clean, has all the equipment one can need and other trainers seem friendly. I would recommend T180 and Natalia very highly.

I’ve been training with Michael for a month already and I’m absolutely satisfied with the progress I got. My form was pretty bad before. I’m always hesitant to lift heavy cause I’m afraid that I might hurt myself. Michael is very helpful on helping me correct my movement. He also educates me about which muscle we are working on and how that contribute to my own fitness goal through the training. Before I start training with him, my max squat weight was 125 lbs with bad form. After a month I can do 205 lbs max and the best part is I know what I should do to avoid getting myself hurt. He’s very encouraging which helps me building up my mentality to think I can do it. He helps me build up a workout plan and helps me from time to time when he saw me training by myself in the gym but are doing something incorrect. Plus he’s pretty fun and relaxing to talk with. He definitely pushed me to my potential but at the same time I don’t feel intimidated as I feel before when I did CrossFit. Definitely recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer to help you reach your potential.

Very nice place and right in the center of SLU. The gym is clean and has good capacity control, which makes me feel safe. More importantly, the staff is really friendly and professional. I trained with Daniel for almost 3 months, he is super nice and knowledgeable about weight training. If your goal is power lifting, I would say go for Daniel and you will learn so much!!!

Love this gym! This is my second gym in Seattle and I can see the difference to my previous one. Trainers here are more professional, and experienced. Been training with Michelle for a month, she keep pushing me to challenge myself on every session, I can feel I’m getting stronger and more energetic during the day. When I joined Transform 180, I was having trouble putting on and keeping on muscle mass. Now I have been training with Daniel Lopez for 10 weeks and I couldnt be happier with my experience. My bench has gone from 135# to 177.5#, and my squat form is better than ever!Daniel is great! He has an amazing knowledge of lifting and knows exactly how to structure a training program to prevent you from plateauing. I had a previous injury in my left shoulder, and Daniel was able to help me diagnose and restructure my training around that. Ive been pleasantly surprised and am always excited about what I can achieve in the next training session!One thing to be aware of is the 30-day cancellation policy. Let the gym know well beforehand if you plan on cancelling in the near future.Keep up the good work!

Alexy is the girl you need to ask for. I first met Alexy three months ago and have been consistently seeing her three times a week. No matter the day or time, she’s an incredible cheerleader and has an invested interest in your growth and progress in the gym. She and I focus primarily on weight training and at the start of first seeing her I was so out of shape but over the course of three months have built incredible muscle and mentally am feeling so much better then where I was when I started. Seeing the changes in my body and her overall positive attitude make me look forward to going to the gym every time. Alexy pushes for healthy and sustainable changes vs. extreme dieting and overextending oneself. She also understands that normal life gets in the way and not every day will you be 100% at the gym. She values communication so that if you’re having a rough day (or feeling a little hungover from the night before...) she is able to alter the workout so that you still make the most of your gym visit and end up feeling so much better than when you arrived.I’ve been training at 180 Transformation SLU for three months now and I’m so happy I made this decision. I had been feeling unhappy with how unhealthy and inactive the pandemic had made me and dealing with personal issues that were putting a strain on my mental health. I’d gained a lot of weight and getting a personal trainer helped give me the motivation I needed. My workouts are always done with safety and health measures in place and never once have I felt at risk of COVID-19. If you’re looking for a jumpstart and a safe way to get back into working out, I can’t recommend 180 Transformation or my girl Alexy enough. Thanks Alexy!

Ive been training with Michael H. at Transform 180 for about a month and a half. This is the first time Ive worked with a personal trainer and I could not be happier with my experience. I opted for a personal trainer to learn proper form for lifting and get extra motivation to work out, and Michael has done both things. He differentiates each work out so that I dont get bored, and remembers which exercises I like so that he can continue incorporating them. Michael pushes me to finish my reps even when I feel like quitting, and I leave my work outs feeling strong and accomplished. I now look forward to letting off steam at the gym after a long work day!

After falling out of shape due to life in quarantine I decided to get some guidance and training at Transform 180. Ive been working out with Michael Ha for the past 2 months 2x a week and have already seen /felt a difference in my body. I wanted to learn how to lift weights (in particular deadlift, bench press, squats, etc.) with proper form. Michael has been an excellent teacher, he is very detail orientated and knowledgeable. As a result of our time spent training together I am far more confident in my ability to work out by myself and as a result do so more frequently. Michael created a training program for me to follow on the days we do not meet which has been helpful in keeping myself on track. He is also very encouraging and is an expert at pushing me just beyond the point where I would normally give up.

I started training with Michael for two months, He is good, super funny understands my goal.From my previous experience with PTs in different gyms around Seattle and San Jose, the first thing they made me do a lot of burpees, it is good but I lost interest on gym and gained weight. Here I can see the difference within a few PT sessions. Michael emphasis on the diet and target goal is motivational.I highly recommend transform 180 Its very professional.

Best days of the week are the ones I come here! Staff is awesome and trainers are great, probably the best ones I have ever worked with. Convenient to walk from anywhere in SLU too which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a gym, this is by far the best one in the area (and I’ve tried several).

This place is AWESOME! It has all the gear you need for a proper training and a great staff to help you with whatever goal you set yourself! I especially love the personal training (Cheryl is super good and knowledgable), that is linked to an app to keep track of your progress! Your coach can even set your work outs up in the app and change based on your performance! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Transform 180 as a gym has been taking Covid precautions very seriously. I do not feel unsafe working out there at all. Besides the atmosphere, I have the best trainer! As someone who is not gym confident, I was nervous to start working out again. I signed up for personal training and have had the best experience with Ben Krzton. He is funny and knowledgeable and made me feel immediately comfortable.

TLDR; A great gym with customer focused staff in a clean, safe, and nonjudgmental environment.I joined Transform 180 pre-pandemic because the SLU location is a couple blocks from my office and I was looking for a gym with the equipment to continue physical therapy exercises from a chronic knee issue and to get in better shape. I have had great experiences every time I have gone into the gym. The staff are all extremely friendly, the facility has that new gym feel, and the other customers have been conscientious of their surroundings.Brian Rackley, the head of operations, has great customer service skills. When I first spoke with Brian it took all of 2 minutes for him to understand what I was looking for and recommend the perfect trainer for my situation.Pre-quarantine Brian’s enthusiasm around the gym was inspiring as he would move around the gym offering support and motivation. I definitely pushed harder during workouts because of Brian’s aura of energy.During the quarantine and temporary closure of the gym, Brian’s communication on the situation was great. I had regular gym updates along with information about staying active during lock down, which of course you can lead a horse to water…The re-opening of the gym has been great. I was kept informed of my account status, safety protocols for entering the gym, and process for scheduling workouts. You can constantly see equipment being sanitized, the temperature checks on entry helps me feel safer about being around others in the gym, and I love that I have to book time before I go in, because I know that the gym won’t be packed and having the appointment of open gym time gives me the responsibility and accountability to keep showing up.I have been working with Ben Krzton during my personal trainer sessions and have had amazing results. Ben’s background with physical therapy methods was exactly what my situation needed. Ben took the time to understand my knee issues along with what I have been doing for recovery and crafted a series of workouts that has given me more range of motion than I have had in almost 20 years and the chronic pain has been dramatically reduced.Ben has a wealth of knowledge and going off of my vague descriptions of where I feel which type of pain or stiffness, he can explain what is happening and lead me through stretches and exercises to alleviate the issue.I highly recommend checking out Transform 180.

Been coming here since 2 months now. One word description: AMAZING!!!!The entire staff is really friendly. I’ve trained with Kaiden and the exercise routine she puts together is really good (and challenging). It’s tailored based on your fitness goal. And besides that, Kaiden gives spot on advices on diet, self-exercise etc. The gym is big enough so it doesn’t get crowded and all the equipment is well maintained.

Ive been training with Michelle since August, and have been making steady progress with my lifts! Shes very flexible and understanding of your goals, and changes up the programming for each person. For example, I recently mentioned that I disliked bench press due to a joint issue with my hand that makes holding the bar difficult, and she told me thats fine, we can do other lifts instead.
