Had my first session with Samir yesterday - I really appreciated how he kept a close eye on my form and made sure I used the right amount of weight for different exercises so that I was challenged but not dying. We met at his North Seattle fitness studio location, which was clean, quiet and has pretty much all new equipment. Highly recommend!

I have been working out with Samir for the past year, and I absolutely love it! I have had a hard time finding a work out that I actually enjoy, and this is finally the answer. Samir is encouraging, and a great motivator. He has me do different things at each work out, so it doesnt get repetitive and boring. I highly recommend Samir as a personal trainer.
