I would highly recommend Ian fitness to anyone looking for personal training or workout classes. Ive only done the personal training but Ive witnessed the classes and they seem to be top quality with motivating instructors. during covid-19 Ian and all his people have taken up safety protocols to a standard you can expect during the pandemic. I find the scheduling easy for however many days per week I want, and rescheduling never an issue. if you have a personal goals your working towards al you have to do is tell your trainer and they will start working you towards your goals. there are multiple locations so certain times its harder to get there but also because theres multiple locations it makes scheduling for when you want to workout super easy. I would 100% recommend anyone do a trial session, and talk to them about your fitness goals, there isnt any harm in that.

I started working out with Ian at the beginning of January. He is awesome! I felt comfortable with him right away. His workouts are challenging and fun and after only 1 month, training twice a week, I am seeing results. Lower scale weight and inches off my waist and hips. I highly recommend Ian fitness! (Oh and the gym is always super clean). Check it out!

Ian has pushed and encouraged me and the work is paying off. This is an intense 30 min workout. Ive done hundreds of workouts at Orange Theory and this matches or bests the intensity of the hardest of those. You will get a lot out of it. Ive never had my heart rate consistently so high without running. Strength and cardio for the win!

This is truly a great gym for anyone that wants to work out hard and feel good about yourself. The coaches And the members are friendly, positive, no judgment. Its the only gym routine Ive ever stayed with ! Love it !

I signed up for the 6 week challenge to try out Ian Fitness because I needed a geographically desirable new gym and I like circuit type workout classes. It hasnt disappointed. My body composition is definitely on the right path. The meal plan is surprisingly good and its guidance was needed. Challenging workouts. Good community. Ryan and Nate do a really good job.

I love my workouts at IanFitness, I’ve been coming since October 2018. I love that there are 10 studios I can choose from (Greenlake is home) and that the coaches at each one are so supportive and welcoming. No two workouts are the same so there is no burnout. The schedules are great and I find I can always work in a boot camp since they are only 45 minutes! Overall, this is has been the best investment in myself, I have ever made!

I have logged nearly 300 bootcamp sessions at IanFitness. First and foremost, the IanFitness community is supportive and welcoming to all. No two works are the same and exercises can be easily modified to accommodate all fitness levels (and injuries). I have gained strength and confidence and achieved things I’ve never been able to do before (like a chin-up!). If you’re looking for a fun workout and supportive fitness community, I highly recommend checking out IanFitness.

I absolutely love this gym! I am there everyday and have the best personal trainer. If you are looking for a great trainer definitely go to IanFitness and ask to train with Leo Morales, I promise you wont be disappointed.The staff is all great and the gym is well kept and nice. You definitely get what you pay for!

The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. They push you to be your personal best. Green Lake is my home studio, but IanFitness members can drop in at any location for a fast AND effective workout.

Have only been working out here for 3 weeks and Ive already lost 3lbs of pure body fat! Great for the person working full time and always on the go. Ryan is always pushing you to maximize your workout to be the best you can be. I already feel stronger and healthier!

Ive belonged to IanFitness for nearly 2 years and say its the best fitness decision Ive ever made. No longer do I have to plan my workouts, and I know that with each boot camp, Im going to be challenged and motivated. (I also love that Im in and out in 45 minutes!) The community - both gym-goers and trainers - are wonderful and so motivating. It is such an encouraging and supportive community, and Im thankful for the trainers who push me and help me achieve my goals.

I worked with Brandon at Ian Fitness, and I can say hands-down that it was the best money Ive ever spent on an exercise program. He is a fantastic trainer: knowledgeable, motivating without yelling (one of my pet peeves with personal trainers!), and he checked in constantly to make sure that I was staying on track :) Plus he always kept it interesting with new workouts and exercises so that I didnt get bored. I would 100% recommend Brandon for personal training!

This is now my second time with Ian Fitness. I left 2 years ago due to an injury. I healed and tried many other gyms before coming back. Can beat the 45 minute workouts, friendly and knowledgeable staff who really care about helping you achieve your fitness goals.

I have been going to IanFitness Greenlake for about five months and I love it. I really enjoy training with Ryan. He knows how to leverage my competitive spirit and pushes me to work out harder. I have never been stronger. I started with the Little Black Dress Program. I highly recommended doing one of the 6 week programs when you start to develop a community, habit, and accountability. I have recommended this to all of my friends.

I joined Ian Fitness just over a year ago, and have loved my experience. My wife had to nearly drag me by the ear to join - Ive never been much of a group workout kind of guy; I had generally preferred to work out on my own. But I gave it a shot, and its been amazing. The classes are great - you dont have to plan out your workout, just come and jump in. The great thing about the style of workout is that it works for all fitness levels - in nearly every class there are beginners and extremely athletic people - and everyone gets a great workout. The trainers are thoughtful and encouraging. I cant recommend it enough.

Ive never been a fan of exercise for the sake of it. I much rather prefer to do stuff like hiking or climbing or other stuff that I have fun doing. Whatever I burn, I burn. Coming to IanFitness was a great decision though and for the first time in 35 years Ive had fun consistently working out. The best thing is how quickly youre in and out while feeling extremely satisfied with your workout. There is no need to spend 2 hours in a gym 5 days a week if I can do this.It is slightly on the expensive side, no doubt - but as far as boot camps and personal training go - its reasonable. I strongly recommend to try it out at least. Theres a chance you will be hooked :)Oh and Ryan is super awesome - he always has a smile on his face while pushing you to the absolute maximum - and personalizing your workout when necessary.

I love love Ian Fitness! The Bootcamp classes here are amazing... all the trainers are super supportive and motivating during the fun yet challenging classes. The support Ive received at IanFitness has carried over into many other areas of life, not just my health status! The Green Lake location is one of the smaller locations, but you get to know your fellow BootCampers better that way, its easy to do errands after class being right on Aurora, and parking is not too much of a hassle. The best trainers in Seattle work at IanFitness, too!

My husband and I love working out at IanFitness in Green Lake. I especially appreciated all the support I got to stay healthy, active, and safe during my recent pregnancy. Trainers, Mia and Brandon, were always ready and supportive with modifications as my belly got bigger and I got slower.I worked with Brandon as a personal training client and he was awesome!!! He was extremely encouraging and worked with me to develop ways to keep moving through my 39th week of pregnancy! He was creative with modifications and incorporated new routines based on how my baby was growing and how I felt day to day. I couldnt say enough good things!

HIIT is a style of workout that helps me feel my best and achieve results. Favorite aspects of the classes include: they are 45 mins, there is enough variety, and the trainers move around to instruct. Personal fit with a trainer is largely important to me, and Ian Fitness trainers balance the need to encourage for progress while being in tune with surgeries/injuries. The company has added 9:30 am classes across many locations!

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this place is impressive enough to deserve a thumbs up or two. I’ve been working out at Greenlake for about 8 months. The workouts fall on a scale from brutal to traumatizing, but they also make you feel pretty resilient when you’re done. The studio is a bit small, but it’s really clean and the space is used well. No matter how new you are, Ryan, the studio manager, goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. And! He even keeps hair ties on hand if you forget yours. There seems to be more gyms in Green Lake than people, so the thoughtfulness here really sets Ian Fitness apart.

Love this place! Ive been working out here for a year and half not and my husband for almost as long. The bootcamps are a great workout for any fitness level. Seriously! The coaches are great and really able to modify any workout to meet your needs and ability level.The challenges that are offered several times a year a great way to get into the program. You are added to a FB group with other new folks and can help motivate each other to make it through. Nutrition coaching is also available if youre in one of the challenges.

Finally, theres a non-crossfit personal training studio in my neighborhood! Ive been to other IanFitness locations in Seattle and Im so glad they put one in Green Lake! I love how quickly the group sessions go by and what a serious sweat I work up in that short amount of time. Ian and his trainers are so awesome at pushing you to do your best and making it fun all the way through. I love the goal wall and seeing everyones reasons for fitness. These guys rock.

I felt that some of the personal trainers did a better job than others at being really picky about form; thats how you reduce injuries! I really appreciated Brandons dedication to mixing it up and relating to all the bootcampers; he kept us accountable!! Plus, he always added some mindfullness cues to keep us present in the moment; it was much appreciated!
