Everyone from front desk to doctor were professional and nice. I do recommend.

The staff were courteous, at the dentistry 9th floor, but i was over sedated and had to be admitted to Swedish Medical it was not something i was looking forward too, I sat in the dental chair at 12:30 pm and I woke up at 4:30 am in a hospital bed not knowing where I was or what had happened so after three loud yells the nurse finally came in and just said to me nonchalantly oh you was over medicated some one will see you in a few hours....... WOWZERS and when i finally woke up my vest, phone, was nowhere to be found until 3 days later when they recovered my things in some safe..... and only 25% of my dental was done (smh) I dont know when round two will be but i will be sure to post a review

Friendly check in staff, efficient and communicative med staff. *remember to thank your practitioner, they are volunteering their time and services at this clinic!

No matter how much digging you do with them ahead of time, please know that the range they give you for consultations is not what you will be billed for. I was quoted 185- 300 and told 300 was for extreme and very complicated cases. I was billed nearly $500 for a 20 minute conversation. The front desk are a bunch of dingbats who don’t know what they’re doing. They told me I could get a discount and pay a flat fee of 185 if paying the same day to get me to schedule the appointment, and when I tried to pay same day they said it was not an option for me. They said they had no idea why someone gave me the wrong information. Then they sent me a bill for a half grand. You’ll get scammed for simply being told you don’t need surgery. San Francisco has much better quality medical services. This place is the biggest waste of time and money and I regret ever going. I should have listened to my gut instinct with the first experience I had calling the front desk and she was extremely off putting. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere if looking for a consultation and quality care. I can’t put into words how much I hate this place.
