This place is by far the worst doctors office anyone can go too. They don’t listen to there patience’s and don’t even help. The front desk is always sharing people’s information out loud or talking about the business of others. Which is a HIPPA violation! And they need to be held accountable for. Remember this isn’t even a doctors office it’s places where graduates attend for there transfer and don’t CARE. one particular doctor you should avoid at all costs is Gabriela Yao-Cohen. She’s BY FAR THE WORST! Just rude, and thinks she’s a know it all. Instead of helping patience’s she likes to control and tell you what she thinks rather than help YOU…SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. Go find somewhere else that’s will help and care for you. I hate this place

My wife and I just had our first child at Swedish First Hill and it could not have been a better experience. The clinicians and support staff are outstanding. Theyre knowledgeable, patient-centered, and eager to help. The facilities and technology are great, but its the people who make the difference in the experience.

The 12E (Oncology) manager is VERY rude and not a happy person. The negative energy she brings out is disgusting!!! Any other floor I have been on in this Swedish everyone has been extremely nice. They need a new manager.

The doctors are fine - diverse and friendly - Id recommend the doctors. However, the billing department is a pain to deal with... In my experience when theres a choice between helping you and costing you more, they always choose the later (this is when another institution, under the same circumstances, would bill correctly).

Ive been there twice in the last three months and both times the receptionist staff were not wearing masks until they saw me come in--even though there were other patients in the waiting room. Pretty sure they only put them on when someones at the front desk--which means they REALLY dont understand aerosol transmission. Complained to my doctor the first time, she said shed tell the clinical coordinator--and I believe her. It must mean administration doesnt care. Google Swedish Care Neurosurgery Scandal and youll find its not the first time.

If I could give this clinic a -0 I would. The main reason is the front staff are rude, irritable, arrogant, short and curt and seemingly uninterested in the welfare of their patients. This was my experience. It reminded me of going to the DMV. It seemed impossible to make contact with my doctor and the front staff seemed to do everything they could to block that interaction ie, not knowing when Doctor is available, or stating, they will get back to you in a couple days because their at some other location, just give it a couple days, etc etc. Really bad experience. Because of this I will never step foot anywhere near this clinic again.

I would highly recommend Swedish to any transgender person looking to transition. I began transitioning about six months ago through Doctor Langley and it has been the easiest, most professional doctors office I have ever worked with. I now only go through Swedish for anything medical. Ive been diabetic since I was a year old and have been through my fair share of doctors, and this one by far is the best. If you want the best doctors in the business, look no further!

Office has improved greatly in the past few years. Staff is very nice and polite. Mostly young Doctors doing their residence, so you may need an extra visit here or there to follow up. Good office

Refused to fill a prescription for anxiety, leaving me frantic and trying to get help, I was without my medication for 2 WEEKS and it still is not filled. I was told to go to the ER instead, until I could be seen by the doctor. They wouldn’t even give me a 3 day supply to help. I will not ever go to this clinic again, and I’ve let my insurance know of my experience as well as other organizations, even if I need to be seen, they can give a 3 day supply when I am struggling severely with anxiety. I should not have had to go through this. On top of this, I’ve had to wait at random times when I fill my prescriptions for them to pre authorize my medicine. This usually takes up to a week and is always for a different medication each time, and when I call my insurance there has always been a delay on the doctors end causing unnecessary trips back and forth to the pharmacy, and sometimes there is a gap and I am without my medicine for a few days. This happened just recently with my anxiety medication AND my pain medication, and I waited for it to be authorized, and after a few days went by I decided to message “Dr Kuhn” and his team about this. I was then told they would not fill my medications until I was seen, and my question is why was I not told this 2 weeks ago, while I’ve been waiting for them to fill it. I do need to be seen and go in, but to block me from my medication is an obvious statement of the lack of care they provide and at times their lack of compassion and understanding. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor, and I hope no one else has to go through this. I’ve since moved to a new primary care provider and couldn’t be happier. If you aren’t happy with your care, say something and stick up for yourself, don’t let these people walk over you

Staff was so unpleasant just trying to get an appointment as a new patient that I went elsewhere. I guess this is their training clinic so maybe the staff is new or on their way out but its just as easy to get an appointment with an actual doctors office
