I’ve been seeing Kimberlee (spelling may not be correct, sorry if it isn’t!) I bought a Groupon for my chin area. Got great results. Bought a second package through them for a larger area! They are very friendly, clean, and customer service is fantastic. Their price is so much better than anywhere else, probably because there you are not paying for a super fancy spa-like atmosphere. They are very quick, I am literally walking out the door about 7 minutes later for a small area.

Be very careful when doing business with this company. The owner is more concerned about himself than customers. The owner has an aggressive attitude and quick temper. Good luck if you decide to use this company.

Dont come here unless you want to waste money. Never received my last two treatments from ECMA due to a incorrectly scheduled appointment on their teams end.Decided to give them another chance & bought another package for their laser hair removal, come to find out it isnt valid & there is nothing they can do about it .Go ANYWHERE else!

Really disappointed with my experience here. After completing all 6 sessions, my hair in the treated area is just as thick and prominent as it was when I started. A total waste of money. Would not recommend at all.

This place bait-and-switches people by selling products on Groupon, and then saying that you have to buy more when you get to the office. The staff is nice but the practitioners and owners are not, and their prices are over four times more than other practitioners. The owner, Scott Hansen, even made some inappropriate comments about my body during the procedure. I will not be back.

I came to Emerald City Medical Arts over 2 years ago (I know, its a little late but better late than never!). I came seeking medical help actually not any laser treatments that theyre known for. I was in a bit of a crisis and called them at 4pm on a Friday. They somehow made it work and saw me within an hour. Scott Hansen took over an hour to listen to all the issues Id been having, explained my options and provided great care. For the first time in a very long time I finally felt comfortable with a medical professional. Since then, Ive been coming to Scott with everything. He is always thorough, listening to my crazy life stories as well whenever I need to vent. He gives me advice on regular things such as a healthy living, balanced diet etc. If he cant help with something which is rare, he refers me to some great places and people that can. My appointments are always on time. Everyone on the staff that I have ever met and talked to has been kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Now that Ive been seeing them for all my medical issues, I am going to start exploring all the other services they have like Laser Hair Removal, Skin Correction, Body Contouring etc. The prices are very reasonable for those services and since I already trust them, going to them with other services is a no brainer. I would highly recommend this place for all your medical and aesthetic needs.

I paid for 6 sessions for my whole face , but I really just wanted my chin and upper lip done . 6 sessions people 6 ! 6! Nothing ! I still have growing hair going on. Every time I went it they didn’t spend more than 15 minutes.I wouldn’t recommend this place .

EDIT: okay so the day after leaving this review I got a call from the manager and she said my situation shouldn’t have happened and scheduled me a free appointment for a few days from now to to what the the lady didn’t do yesterday, I appreciate how quick they were to respond and I’m grateful they’re fixing the mistake ❤️❤️ORIGINAL: I did laser and paid for 6 full Brazilian laser hair removals, I didn’t know what length of hair they wanted so I came with a weeks worth of not shaving but I guess I should’ve shaved before hand, the thing that really bugged me was that she got half way through my Brazilian and then stopped and said “okay we’re out of time, I’ll go schedule you an appointment for 8 weeks from now”... I was under the impression that I paid for 6 full sessions of full laser removal but I guess I just paid for... 15 minutes or something. I’m pretty upset to say the least I still have half a vagina of hair and it looks stupid.

They might be good and all that, but in my experience they are simply dishonest: I bought a groupon for 3 treatments and I called to get an appointment. No one called me back. So I called again, left another message. Nothing. I called a third time. Nada. I wrote an email to the email address I found in the website, no reply. I used the contact for on the website. Nothing.In my opinion they are trying to avoid groupon holders because they make less money. I am really disappointed.I deleted my order and asked for a refund. But with all the time wasted trying to get hold of them, i missed my window to have a refund from groupon. I had to get a groupon credit.

Wish I could have given no stars. So disappointed by the service, the results and their no show policy. I had 5 laser hair removal treatments on my chin. Twice they burned my skin so bad that I had red welts that lasted 4 weeks. When I called to ask about it, they told me it was normal and that “hopefully I’d heal.” (By the way, your skin burning is not normal). Worst part is, my hair is not gone. It’s decreased by maybe 25%. I missed my last session by complete mistake, called immediately to reschedule, no one answered or called me back. Just called now and the receptionist said too bad, would I like to book another set of sessions?? NO!Attached is a current photo of where I was burned almost 2 months ago and am scarred.

Blistered and burned two spots on my cheek and neck. I’d share photos but this is probably not the best place for that. I’m sure patients do not get burned all the time, but keep in mind that it is a possibility.Edit: several months later I still have permanent divot/scar on my cheek and neck.

My first 3 sessions went well and Scott did a very good job. I missed my fourth session because I was totally relying on their reminders. I did not receive any reminder on my phone or email. When I called and asked them to reschedule he said that once you missed your appointment you have to skip that session. He said that, they will not reschedule and it’s not their responsibility to remind the customer about the appointments and they just send the reminder for convenience.For my first session I did add my appointment to my calendar but then I received a reminder a few days before my appointment so I assumed that they would do the same for my other appointments too and I stopped adding it to my calendar. You shouldn’t have send the reminders in the first place when you are not capable of sending it each & every time an appointment was scheduled. I tried explaining all of this to the person on call but he was rude and asked me to stop being pushy. He said, when you missed an appointment that session is done and you should move on. The scheduling is not feasible and there was no partial refund or rescheduling for the already paid session. Horrible customer service!!!!!!

Mo at the front desk is always accommodating and very friendly. Kristine was great on my laser hair removal. She was fast, but efficient. Will be back.

I came in for my first Laser Hair treatment back in 2018 & the service here is AMAZING!!I’m on the 11th session for my arms. For my underarms I got the results I wanted on my 9th session.Emerald City Medical Arts was recommended from one of my friends that’s been to multiple other places and I can see why she recommended me to come here. They also do a lot more than just laser hair removal. I’ve done few chemical peels and loved it!Everyone from the front desk to all the master aestheticians are all very kind and accommodating!

Jeff and Scott are so wonderful! Best staff ever. Very trans competent and trans friendly! Laser on my face was not especially painful, but the smell of burning hair is kind of gross. Very very very happy with them.

Their customer service is amazing! On my first trip for IPL they explained everything so well and made me feel really comfortable about the procedure. They even gave me a sample for a serum that really helped get the most out of my IPL.Today I called because of a scheduling issue (on my end). I believe it was Leona that helped me and she could not have been nicer. This is definitely the best service I’ve ever had when using a groupon!Highly recommend ☺️

I was not a Groupon client for laser hair removal, just called in and signed up for 6 treatments. That happened after I left 2 messages and no response. My cousin, who went there asked them to call me and they finally called.I already had 3 treatments elsewhere and let them know that up front. They did a poor job explaining their services. You have to ask them the questions. Not friendly at all and it wasn’t until my 5th treatment that I started seeing results. They rarely ask you how the treatments are going-probably because they know it’s ineffective. Needless to say, I went in for 8 treatments and it only affected half of my hair. It wasn’t until my 4th treatment (with a new tech) that they actually increased the laser. My first 3 treatments were a total waste (especially since I told them I already had 3 treatments). Poor service, not friendly, not effective. You’ll be wasting your time.

Really impressed with the staff here and the care they provide. Came in for laser hair removal and ended up switching to them for my primary care on a number of health-related issues. The staff here listens, never rushes me, and explains things clearly and thoroughly. Plus, they have all these little surprises like prescription coupons, free parking, and an online portal to get lab reports and communicate with the staff. They also offer Care Credit in case you are uninsured or choose elective treatments. Highly recommend!

I go for a checkup once a year, Scott is very thorough and explains the results in detail. I never get the assembly line get-you-out-the-door care you see most everywhere else.One thing to know - theres a step so the premises arent accessible. Hope the building owner takes care of that one day soon.

I called Emerald City Medical Arts on a whim, it is close to where I live and work, so the convenience is fantastic. Upon arriving and having my first appointment, Im SO happy that I picked them!Scott is fantastic. He listens to what you want to accomplish and takes time to explain issues that prominent. He legitimately makes you feel like he cares and is interested in making you overall well again, rather than just putting you on meds and hoping it works.I would recommend him to anyone, and have to pretty much everyone I know who has been looking for a new doctor.The rest of the staff is equally as amazing, friendly, caring, helpful .. and points for playing Pokemon Go ;) Thanks for being great!

The whole team went above and beyond what was required for them. This is my second appointment with them and met with a handful of their team now and all of them are very helpful and professional. I was left in a lurch without childcare, so I had to bring in my toddler and they were able to accommodate by having someone watch him while I had my appt. I know this was also due to luck as someone was available, but either way, it was definitely beyond my expectations. My services so far has been great and had the expected results.

Since moving here I have been looking for a new doctor and its been a long and difficult process. Luckily, I dont have to look any longer because I just found the perfect place here at Emerald City. I phoned to make an appointment and explained that I really needed to see the doctor ASAP and they even managed to squeeze me in today. I set off for the doctor and was so happy that they have a parking garage for me to park my car which is a total bonus.I walked in and the guy at the front desk was super polite and asked me to take a seat. I figured I would have to wait a while but he came and took me back to get weighed and then took me into the exam room. I explained what I was there for and that I was also looking for a new doctor and hoped this place would work out. He said Doctor Hansen is a great guy and he was right.When Doctor Hansen came in he was super friendly, professional and accommodating. He listened to everything I had to say without being judgmental and totally made me feel relaxed. I never felt rushed while with the doctor or with any of the other people at Emerald City. Im definitely coming back.

Scott Hansen just recently took over this practice. Hes great! The entire staff is great. Scott and his staff are friendly, compassionate, caring and take their time to listen to my concerns. I dont feel rushed through my visit the way I have with other doctors. He sincerely cares about my health, I appreciate that. I highly recommend him!

Ive had an excellent experience here. I finished my second laser hair removal on my legs today. After the first one I havent had to shave for 4 days at a time where as I used to have to shave every day. It can be intimidating having the opposite gender removing hair but not at this place. They were extremely professional and I felt very comfortable.

I have had extremely poor experience here. The scheduling is very in flexible and an appointment is canceled even when I got there 8 minutes behind schedule. Also there was no partial refund or rescheduling for the already paid session, it was burned!

Scott and his team are amazing people. They are great listeners and really go above and beyond to address your concerns and provide great insight. I have seen Scott for multiple reasons ranging from mental health, infectious disease and dermatology. It is always so easy to book an appointment, even last minute, and communication through Kareo makes it so he is easily accessible to talk. This was my first visit with Dr. Hansen and I was very pleased. The staff were very friendly. I arrived early and waited only a couple of minutes before they called me back. All of the staff seemed very genuinely caring and the doctor himself very knowledgeable. I look forward to continuing my care at this practice and working with Dr. Hansen on my health.

Came in for a PCA chemical peel. The overall experience was amazing. My master esthetician Sarah was so personable, welcoming, attentive, and really did a good job at understanding my skin type and goals. Would highly recommend. And ask for Sarah!

I’ve been a patient at Emerald City Medical arts for 9 years now. The team that has been in place for the past couple of years is outstanding. They are caring and understanding and provide excellent care.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately that just isnt the case. I dont feel they listen and they are pretty unresponsive to inquiries unless you submit them through the patient portal... but pharmacies do not have access to this. They seem to only want to operate in a more high tech way, which is awesome, but that doesnt always work and sometimes you have to be flexible, which they do not seem to want to be. I ended up going without meds for almost a week because of this.

I love Emerald City. Everyone is so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I was so nervous my first appointment but there was no need. I’m very picky and this place is amazing. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing I dont have to live life hopeless anymore. Theyre the only practice thats ever listened and given me a chance to see what works best for me which is something more hospitals, clinics and practices need to start doing these guys are on the cutting edge which sounds dorky but true. DONT BOTHER USING THEIR SERVICES!!! Walter (answers the phone) is rude and ARROGANT when you try to ask or suggest an improvement to a treatment that is NOT currently working. Same results (NOTHING) and its the 6th visit!!!Id give them a negative 5 stars if I could! I bought this thru Groupon as a gift for someone and they havent seen any results. You know the saying you get what you pay for...yah, got low quality for low pay!

Do not go here! They burned my chest with IPL Laser and have done nothing to help me. Not even canceling the next appointment! I had to go to my dermatologist and she said they should have given me a prescription ointment and refund. But they won’t reply to email or phone calls! My chest looks horrible and scarred. Brianna doesn’t know what she’s doing and has no doctor supervision!!!

If I could rate ECMA 6 out of 5 I would. As a general heath practitioner, Scott and his team are professional, responsive and reliable. I feel cared for and my mental health conditions are heard and taken into considerable care. ECMA will make you feel comfortable and almost feel like family who truly care for your well being. They are very up to date with new medical technology ranging from pharmaceuticals to laser hair removal, skincare treatments, etc. Scott and his staff (Walter, etc.) give you the peace of mind and bed side manner that many clinics lack. I have been to 3 different places for laser and would highly recommend ECMA for laser hair removal and Scott specifically as a physician for general healthcare and PreP.

It should be noted, this practice is under new management and most of the reviews here contributing to the overall rating are for the previous doctor. The new doctor and staff are *amazing* and, from looking below, have a 5-star rating.--I was struggling with some postpartum healthcare issues. I tried to book an appointment with my OBGYN, PCP, and perinatal center (all part of Swedish Medical) with 0 success or support. My husband, who also sees Dr. Hansen, told me to give him a try. The receptionist got me in first thing the next day, and was very nice and supportive on the phone. When I arrived, he was just as sweet in person and I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. Best of all, Dr. Hansen provided effective and supportive care. I felt like he actually listened to my problems, heard what I’ve tried before, and worked with me to find a solution and develop a care plan. Usually (and especially for this type of service), I prefer a female physician, but I couldn’t be more satisfied with Dr. Hansen. He is now my Primary Care Provider for every issue moving forward (as well as my husband). I couldn’t recommend him -- or his office -- more!

Really have found a wonderful place to get all my medical stuff done at. The staff is extremely friendly and Scott is an outstanding. Scott is very patient and never rushes you. I always get my questions answered.

One of the most unprofessional spots I have encountered.Their equipment has close to zero effect, way less than of a simple home device.Their front desk is rude and unpleasant and they dont honor Groupon deals.This place has acquired the name of the previous business but it is far behind what the other one was.

I have had the best experience with Dr Scott Hansen. I feel like i have been searching for years for a doctor as himself and his staff. He takes the time and actually listens to his patients and actually cares. I never ever feel rushed and he always is so pleasant to deal with. I have severe anxiety and only have been seeing him for a few months and by second appointment i felt i could talk to him about anything and everything and he truly cares. He takes the time with me that i have needed from a Dr for years. I wont ever be switching Drs as long as hes still in business. He truly was a life saver for me as i found him when i needed a caring Dr the most and was at my breaking point trying to find the right one. From deep down, i truly appreciate him more then he probably knows. His staff as well is very very welcoming and i always feel very comfortable in his office which was a first for me as i usually have trouble finding a perfect Dr and staff. After visiting this clinic for about 5 years, I have given up on it. I went to see Dr Rosenfield in February about a chronic sinus infection. He stated that he would run some blood tests and we could take it from there. I never did hear back on that. I called every couple of weeks, and had to deal with the perpetually cranky office staff. I finally had my fill and went to Polyclinic, where I received a Z pack that has completely solved my issue. I also found out that my blood pressure medication was causing more issues than it was solving.The staff are trained to militantly prevent patients from speaking to the doctor without an appointment. And when I do have an appointment, he is always in a huge rush and I usually forget to say half of what I needed to say. This is a stark contrast to Polyclinic. Earlier this week I was having trouble with my blood pressure, and not only did they let me walk in to see an RN, but my new doctor spent about half an hour with me after words, without an appointment. She also reads and responds to direct emails. This is a huge upgrade in care compared to what I had at EMCA.I honestly cant think of any reason to go to a small clinic like this when places like Polyclinic and Swedish are available.

GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE THERES NOTHING LESS THAN THAT. SAVE YOURSELF SOME RESPECT AND PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THE WHOLE PLACE IS FILLED WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. I WAS LITERALLY FORCED TO GET UP AND GET DRESSED WITH THE GEL ON ME MID SESSION. WHEN I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT FOR MY LASER HAIR REMOVAL, I SPECIFIED WHAT THE AREAS THE LASER LADY WAS GOING TO DO FOR IN ONE SHOT AND NEEDED AT LEAST 45 MINS, THE GUY WHO SCHEDULED ME WAS INCOMPETENT AND DIDNT HEAR THOSE REQUEST AND BOOKED ME FOR 30 MINS ONLY. WHEN I CAME ON TIME FOR MY APPOINTMENT, I WAITED ABOUT 10 MINS WHICH WASNT A BIG DEAL AND THE LASER LADY HAD FORGOTTEN WHAT AREAS SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO FOR ME AND WHEN I REMINDED HER SHE SAID OK SURE. AT NO POINT SHE EXPRESSED ME THAT IM ONLY BOOKED FOR 30 MINS AND HAS OTHER CLIENTS. AFTER THE OTHER CLIENTS WERE WAITING, THE OWNER COULDNT HANDLE IT AND CAME STORMING IN WHILE I WAS NAKED AND YELLING. WHEN I GOT DRESSED AND EXPRESSED HOW UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL HE WAS, HE WENT ON YELLING AT ME AND CALLING ME UNPROFESSIONAL FOR ADDING ON SERVICES WHEREAS HIS WHOLE STAFF WAS AT FAULT. HE DIDNT EVEN WANT TO HEAR MY EXPLANATION ABOUT WHAT WENT WRONG AND INSTEAD ON BEING APOLOGETIC HE WAS CONDESCENDING, EXTREMELY RUDE, YELLING AND BASICALLY TOLD ME TO LEAVE BECAUSE HE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO LISTEN TO ME. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED THAT THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS AND HOW THE OWNER TREATS OTHER WOMEN. I BEG YOU, ESPECIALLY IF YOURE A WOMAN - DO NOT GO HERE! There is nothing to like about this osteopatn. My son trusted in him and was motivated and encouraged by him. Only to be devastated by him when he mixed up his medical records and who he was. IT had all been an act that he didnt admit to, that his staff knew about. My son never got over it and lost his confidence, which was shaky to begin with. He was never given proper physicals either, as we discovered with the new doctor. He cant write this himself, although he did write a complaint to the medical board before he died, 1.5 months after his last encounter with this osteopath.

They are friendly, kind, patient, and they do great work! Cannot recommend enough!

I have had the worst experience of my life. I do not recommend treatment with Dr Rosenfield. I strongly encourage you to select a different office for treatment. Completely agree with the three reviews below. Im so shocked with the way I was treated. I may entertain- suggested - reporting of this incident. I would like to mention that the nurse for Dr. Rosenfield is great! I will miss her the most.

Dr. Michael Rosenfield apparently just split town and didnt bother to tell his patients. I saw the handwriting on the wall a year ago and found a new provider. Dr. Rosenfields lover was the business manager and would often yell at patients in front of everyone. It didnt used to be that way. Apparently, they just got sick of Seattle and went to San Francisco. I found a great HIV medical provider at Capitol Hill Medical. His name is Dave Holt. I dont know about these people whove taken over Emerald City Medical Arts...I dont know if they specialize in HIV care. Im happy where Im at now anyway.

Stuck with them after Rosenfeild split ... Really like Scott and RJ. I feel very taken care of. 5 STARS

Dr Scott Hansen is a angel!!!I rarely leave reviews for anything!!!But I had to tell everyone that’s looking for a Doctor in the Seattle area about Dr. Hansen and his assistant RJ!after doing eye surgery months ago I went to 3 different doctors that ruined my life...Long story short, I was looking on google one day for a new PCP and I found Emerald City Medical Arts I’m so glad I did!I took a uber to his office when I walked in the space it was so CLEAN and peaceful.I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. - (I hate going to doctors offices) I mean who dose like going? lol BUT NOT HERE!!! my gosh they really make you feel like family here. Come to find out it’s family operated and owned! Makes sense why Dr Hansen and RJ take the time to explain EVERYTHING to you.I never felt rushed out I’mnot ashamed to ask something I don’t know the answers to.Dr Hansen has A LOT of trusted knowledge. After seeing him twice I feel very comfortable w/ him making medical decisions for me. He and his staff is amazing!5 STARS

Scott has been very knowledgeable and understanding of certain medical conditions. I dont know what the old management was like but based on my experience, I would give the whole staff including RJ a 11/10 !!

I couldnt be happier with my experience with Scott Hansen and ECMA! I feel free to say what I need, he takes time to really get to know me, and always makes me me feel like he is there for my health needs (unlike so many other doctors who dont really listen to me yet are quick to tell ME what I need!!).Seeing Scott has changed my expectations about what I need from a healthcare provider. And I love the online scheduling, usually next day or same day sometimes. Also love ability to message the doctor and get quick responses, I love that!!ECMA feels like what I always wanted from a healthcare provider but could never seem to find! Scott Hansen and staff (RJ is super awesome) represent the future of healthcare to me: relational, collaborative, personalized, high quality, and convenient!

Please be aware that the previous provider at this clinic, Michael Rosenfield, has moved to San Francisco. Dr. Rosenfield was my primary care physician for close to 20 years, since even before he opened his own clinic, and he helped me enormously through numerous health issues over the years and i considered him to be a friend as well as my physician. i miss him, and was upset when he left, but i understand the need to move on and i wish him well. that having been said, i had little luck trying to find a new PCP despite looking around for a couple of months and then heard that there was a new proprietor/provider at ECMA. With little in the way of satisfactory options i decided to check it out. Boy am I happy I did. First I was happy to discover that RJ is still around; he may be the best support staffer i have ever encountered in a medical clinic. Then I met Scott Hansen and we had an extraordinarily cordial and productive conversation. Hansen seems to have the sort of wide-ranging encyclopedic knowledge base one really likes to have in a primary care provider. He had familiarized himself with my train-wreck of a health history and we discussed every issue i currently have. He made suggestions, offered some insights I found of interest, and I left feeling that this guy genuinely took an interest in me, understood my multiple chronic health concerns, and has the knowledge, expertise and personality to be of value to me for a very long time. If you are looking for a primary care provider i have no reservations whatsoever with recommending that you check him out.

Please DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!! This place is all about taking your money, and that is it! I have been seeing Dr. Rosenfeld for several months now, and today I was treated so badly, I am still in a state of shock and disgust. I live an hour away in Port Orchard, which has recently turned into a 2 hour drive with road construction and the occasional car accident. I left an hour early today, and was still ten minutes late. There was absolutely no one in their waiting room when I got there, and I was told that I would have to reschedule, and also be charged a $50 rescheduling fee! Ten minutes and this is what happens?! I even called them while in traffic to tell them I would be late! I was in tears, BEGGING them to see me, and they still refused to see me! I was told to come back at 4pm, and this was 11:30 in the morning. I told them I had to work at 2pm back in Port Orchard, and could lose my job if I didnt make it back for my shift, and they could have cared less! I asked for another appt. later this week, and was told no, because the doctor was going on his honeymoon and wouldnt be in the office! My appt. literally takes ten minutes, because the doctor NEVER spends time talking or listening to me, but they refused to squeeze me into the schedule so I could make it to work on time. I was told to hang out in the city for 4 hours instead! I was forced to sit in my car, because it was raining, for nearly 4 hours AND miss my shift at work, AND pay 50 more dollars! No one there gives a rats ass about the patients or their well-being. Please save yourself the heartache and find another clinic to go to. I have given these people thousands of dollars, and I still got treated like a piece of crap today. I am hurt, disgusted, and just plain shocked that this happened to me today. I cannot believe that this place is allowed to remain in business. I will be reporting everyone in this office to the respective medical boards. None of these people deserve to be employed in the medical field. I am a drug counselor and nurse...I should know. I would NEVER treat any of my clients so inhumanely.

I have been a patient of ECMA for 6+ years and they have been very good to me. When the new management took over, I was initially concerned of the unknown variables with a new Sheriff in town. I called RJ to set up my yearly physical and to get some prescriptions taken cared of. They were really great with me. It always feels like I’m able to get an appt. the same week with no issues. I was also VERY HAPPY to learn that Scott Hansen was able to take over my treatment from another medical facility that I was receiving treatment from (was getting horrible service and milked for office visits). I now have an ALL-IN-ONE facility for my care and it saves so much time.ECMA also has gotten up to date with text messages for appt. confirmation and email reminders. RJ is always on top of the situation, very cordial, and compassionate. I think Scott Hansen actually likes to listen to you and make common sense decisions in your treatment plans. Look….everyone is always going to complain about something, but they consistently keep striving and make improvements to separate themselves from the norm. I appreciate that and will continue to support them.

I run a medical cannabis cooperative that services patients authorized by Dr. Rosenfield. In times where I need help or answers based on helping my patients authorized by him, I have found extremely rude and childish communications, and absolutely no care toward their patients. Their employees lies about policies being based on state laws that are non-existent and are so dis-servicing all of their medical cannabis patients. I would hope that egoic communications wouldnt come in between top knotch patient care and community strength, but unfortunately Dr. Rosenfield has created that sort of environment. Id recommend looking elsewhere for a warm, welcoming, and seriously helpful staff that practices based on care and truthful knowledge.

I did my underarms(12 sessions) and Brazilian laser hair removal(6 session),after the session i kind of seen some result but after 2-3 weeks the hair is totally backI am very disappointed because of money and time which I spent

For the first time in years at ECMA I actually felt that I was listened to.

I used to reccomend, but no longer do. Never did receive my money back after several attempts to , it was their error. Decided to just walk away and find another care provider.
