Some time ago I had pneumonia I made an appointment by phone and explained to them that I had done the covid study and it had come out negative, I spoke to them on the phone and explained that I did not have covid but that obviously it was something else and they told me that outside and that they will attend to me that there was no problem, when I arrived they did not let me pass and they left me in the street, with a fever and very ill, they told me that I had to wait for someone to make a telephone consultation, at the end of like a hour and thirty minutes a doctor called me and told me that she would give me an antibiotic and that it was all I could do since they were not going to let me in, what bothers me is that if I had already spoken from home and explained to them I had taken the test a day before and I had the paper that proved it, even so they gave me that treatment of very poor quality, I regret the ignorance of people about seamar and above all the ignorance of a doctor who should know that viruses are transmitted by mucous membranes, besides it was not covid, but hey, thats the seamar team.👎👎👎

Not only do they take MONTHS to respond to a Records Request but the doctors notes are INACCURATE. My refusal to leave the clinic without antibiotics because Im ASYMPTOMATIC when it comes to kidney infections was documented as possible back pain and me agreeing to wait a few days and go to the ER... WRONG. I REFUSED TO LEAVE WITHOUT MEDS because I didnt want to end up in the hospital again for a kidney infection. And they called me a few days later, after a culture, to let me know I had the thing I told them I had and changed the antibiotics they told me to stop but I didnt because I know when I have a kidney infection... SLOW RESPONSE TIME AND LYING DOCTORS

I had a wonderful experience with this clinic recently. After hunting high and low for my first Covid vaccine and suffering through days of searching for vaccine sites to no avail, I found this Sea Mar clinic on 14th Avenue advising they would have walk-up vaccine appointments the next day. I arrived at 10am to find a short line out front and several wonderful volunteers registering walk-ups. I was very efficiently processed and given an appointment number and advised they would call me after 2pm to report back for my vaccination. At 2:30 my phone rang, I walked up to the side clinic door, was checked in and within 10 minutes had my first injection, was given an appointment date and time 3 weeks later. The staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. When I returned 3 weeks later for my scheduled second dose there was again a short line who checked me in and within 30 minutes I had moved through the process and had my second vaccination. Their volunteers and check-in staff were great! Bear in mind, I had tried a number of the big hospitals, mass vaccine and pharmacy sites before discovering this well-run operation at Sea Mar on 14th Avenue South. They were terrific!!My wife, who was working and not available on the day I initially found this clinic, found an opportunity a few weeks later to obtain her first injection in Tacoma. She was happy with her initial experience, but not with the follow-up. Tacoma had advised everyone in her group that they would be emailed in two weeks for their second appointment. None of the group she was in ever received a follow up email. After hours on hold and trying to contact Pierce County and theTacoma location by phone and email over and over, she had all but given up.By this point, my wife was past 3 weeks after her first injection and still had no luck with contacting Tacoma for her second injection. I suggested we try the Sea Mar clinic where I’d been fortunate to get my injections. I knew it was a long shot, but we approached the clinic staff and had an amazing experience again. We explained the situation to the wonderful volunteer outside the clinic and he asked the clinic manager Dayana to come out and speak to us. Dayana and Eva, another clinic nurse, understood the issue, took our info and accessed the state vaccine info network. They found the record of my wife’s first injection in Tacoma and evaluated if they would be able to accommodate her. They asked us if we would be willing to wait in our car and they would call if a spot opened up. We were more than willing to wait and within less than two hours an opening became available and they were able to fit us in. Tony, who administered the injection was very friendly and efficient and got us in and out in nothing flat.These are challenging times to say the least. All our health care professionals are over-worked and doing all they can to handle this pandemic. I’m certain it was a glitch or over-sight that somehow the site in Tacoma initially missed rescheduling my wife’s group. We thank and applaud Sea Mar’s 14th Ave South staff for their understanding of the situation and being able to accommodate my wife. They are a terrific, hard-working group of folks managing the vaccine program and handled both my vaccinations and my wife’s off the cuff issue with professionalism and compassion.

Terrible actually zero stars! So, I went their 2 weeks ago and one of the medical assistant who works there was kinda rude to me. Im not sure if her named spelled like this (Lizzete) coz one of her co-worker called her! She was busy chatting with her co workers, and I was just there sitting and waiting for my turn to be roomed and I waited for almost an half hour in the waiting area. It was so dissappointing. I wont never come back to this clinic!

Took a Covid test last Wed. Got a call Thurs morning that I was positive. They scheduled a “follow up” appt for today. The Nurse Practitioner told me my results were negative last week!! Been in isolation since test results. Lost my income. My livelihood for a week. They said they will “get to the bottom of this” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Sad what they are doing to people.

When getting covid-19 testing I felt they did the job they needed to do and I am thankful to them for that!The day before we had questions about our roomates positive test result and was told he was NOT contagious so who knows how many people were in contact with the virus who should have never been if it wasnt for that false and misguiding info.. wasnt impressed with the President of that clinic, hate to watch someone not a leader being the leader! Think smart save lives !Visit I had with a walk in visit weeks ago for a check up was also 5 stars with the people running the drive thru test ! 1star for President and misinforming staff!!

Love this place........ Cant beat all the pretty smiling faces greeting you as you walk in the front door. Then the nurses are wonderful and helpful. Referrals may take a minute but thats usually how it is at any clinic. Dr.s here are as good as you will get at any clinic. Health Educators here are good too. You can be in and out within an hour or less with positive results. I have nothing but good to say about this clinic, without naming names and I could name most of them. Just keep in mind when going here. IT IS NOT A HOSPITAL. It is just a clinic.

Staff look so sadly. They need improved in customer service. Restroom need to be cleaned. Im waiting for 2 hours they havent call me yet? Im in at 9:45am waiting until 12:00 pm nothing happens yet. They asked me wait until 12:30pm after they go for lunch.? I had to leave with my 26 months son without checkup and he still cough a lot. Thank for doing nothing.

1 star WAY long overdue!

They are fiendly yes but thats where it ends.I went to these people for about 5 years.Its not worth it, if you cant build trust in a doctor. I had at least 6 through the years. Then they leave, and I just dont think I can relate to a doctor that doesnt know me. Another thing I ask for is a woman doctor, and they assign a man doctor to me. They are very poor of medical practices and knowlege when it comes to Diabetes care. They focus on Colonoscopies. Some procedures are not for me, because I have other issues. Arthritis, high blood pressure. I complain about dizziness, because of my meds, they dont care or a level of incompetence that I cant fathom a doctor having. They do Not talk to you. What are they thinking? Im not mind reader. Watch out for the doctors will schedule appointments for a cardiologist without discussing anything with you. I have tracheal issue and apnea and other thing that are complicating my health. I wanted to see a improvement in my health and health clinic relationship. This is a poor clinic for that.

This is literally the slowest Dr’s office. You will usually spend at least 2 hrs WITH an appointment.

I was here with My wife shes diabetic and shes ask question to doctor and was standing. By the doctor and every time My wife ask The doctor question he was looking at google for the answer come on now and we suppose to trust them with are health

I give them three stars because they have good service they serve you well they are professionals and if you do not have medical insurance you can make payments and they do not send you to collecsion. But I had an appointment last month and arrived at the exact time I had the appointment did not arrive before the time and I was waiting for 2 hours to attend me.

IT IS NO LONGER AS IT WAS BEFORE ... ONE CALLS AND HAS ONE TO WAIT 1 HOUR FOR THEY TO ANSWERAND A MACHINE COMES OUT SAYING THAT ONE LEAVES ITS NUMBER AND THAT THEY WILL CALL AND THAT ONE WILL NOT LOSE HIS PLACETHING THAT NEVER HAPPENS ... THEY NEVER CALL

It is the first time that I am 15 minutes late because I was in traffic, and they did not attend me with a procedure for my hands that I need so much, haaaaa but they do quote one at such an hour and they attend to an hour later, there if they dont say anything. Nothing cost them to attend me, anyway the doctor does not come in at the time they give you an appointment.

I want to use this medium to thank the service and attention that the staff, especially Norma front desk and Dr. Francisca Salazar, and the nursing staff. I arrived with a severe earache and they treated me professionally, and on my second visit it was Saturday, I arrived 5 hours earlier and they spent me immediately solving my problem, leaving me surprised by the efficiency and patience to assist me. Thanks to these angels of health for being with us Hispanics. Hopefully my humble opinion helps them to give them a better salary or bonuses for a 5-star service as far as I am concerned. Hugs with sincere affection and grateful for how I say taking care of our health.
