Recently started going to a doctor here and really couldnt be happier with everyone who works here. From the front desk, to scribe, to lab technician, to doctor, to phone support – everyone is super helpful and friendly. Hope they know they do a great job. Highly recommend!

This place is totally professional, caring,and actually enjoy helping you.This is a breath of fresh air,you can relax your in the best place you could be if you are hurting.Also it is Super Clean with attention to detail. UW Northwest Primary Care Fremont is an exceptional clinic! The staff are friendly, compassionate, and very gifted. Services are provided within the University of Washington Medicine system which allows integration with specialty care, referrals, and state of the art medicine. LGBT friendly, multicultural, and welcoming environment. Staff function as a team and work together to meet complex needs through correspondence, scheduling, direct care, laboratory, imaging, and diagnostics. The UW Medicine eCare online portal allows patients and providers to communicate, track healthcare information, schedule visits, and learn about health topics.

I go in to get an rx refill, they have me come back in two more times, I get 5 bills total, a month later they send me a letter telling me all my medical information has been stolen. So yeah, I guess you can say I won’t be back.

Over an hour wait for a scheduled appointment with no explanation or apologies. Cursory examination. Find another foot and ankle clinic.
