I absolutely love Virginia Mason! Ive had Kaiser and Group Health, and this place blows them out of the water by far, and in every aspect! Incredible staff and timely appointments, Ive yet to feel like Im waiting forever for someone. And have really loved the pcp Ive found here. Dr. Crowley and others have been the absolute best and would highly recommend! Not to mention the online portal that is super user friendly and makes it super accessible to contact your doctor or see labs, results and more!

Always a pleasant experience here! At diagnostic imaging the fit gentleman is so kind! He came out to waiting area and made sure we were all comfortable, just a great guy, very accommodating and made it a very good environment. Everyone else here has always been so kind as well, check in lady, passing doctors and staff. Im impressed actually. Thank you Virginia Mason. In trying times youve been amazing.

Some of the doctors farm patients by ordering same tests again and again. For me they ordered endoscopy twice which had no outcome and the doctor still had guts to request another one. Same with blood tests. Any tests that actually showed problems were requested by me such as b12 deficiency.I should add there are a few good doctors as well but far and few apart.

Incompetent people sending you home bills for the wrong amount when the insurance already paid them.Its been a month Im trying to get them to update the bill and the insurance calls them but they are incapable of doing anything right. A rip off and waste of time.Next step I will get a lawyer.

Four Seasons Cafe, located on the fourth floor of the Buck Pavilion has fresh fruit for a reasonable price. Pre-anesthesia clinic was professional, Radiology was fast and professional, Lab of blood was very slow and the first tech was clueless. Second tech was great.
