I had never had lice and I got it as an adult. Everything from the call for information to the process itself was extremely helpful. Chris took time on the phone with me late in the evening to walk me through what I was experiencing and got me an appointment first thing the next morning. Andrea performed the procedure and was great to talk to and was very gentle and kind. Overall one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They truly care about their customers and their comfort. I hope I don’t have to go again but I would 😉!

This place was great and offer such more peace of mind than the OTC treatment kits. The space is nice and clean. Andrea was super nice, gentle and offered helpful advice on steps to take at home and future prevention.I went to Lice Clinics of America after getting the kids treated at Lice Knowing You. Mom ended up with nits but didn’t want to go through the awful experience at LKY. Lice Knowing You front desk was rude. The young staff were not informed so could not provide any advice and left my daughter in tears.

Andrea did a fabulous job! She is very friendly and my 4 year old daughter was comfortable letting her comb through her long curly hair. Thank you Andrea for starting on time, making us comfortable and having the patience with a toddler.

The facility is very clean and the staff is genuinely friendly and caring. Anna and Chris really went above and beyond and calmed us all down. If this ever happens again, Ill definitely come back here.

I dont usually review businesses that I go to but this business deserves a special recommendation. The service was excellent the lice technician Andrea(I believe this was her name) was so knowledgeable,understanding throuh and just all around an amazing woman by the end of the session I felt not only an overwhelming sense of relief that my child and family were bug free but also that I had learned a surplus of new information to share with family and friends to help make this annoying problem more manageable, and most importantly I felt like I made a friend. The environment was also super comfortable and very clean. I pray we dont have a return of the bugs but if we do I know we are in great hands with our friends at North Seattle lice center of America!

AndreaLice Clinics Of America is the place to go for any lice issues. Even before making an appointment Andrea from the clinic answered 45mins worth of my worried mom questions.
