I have been working with Dustin for the past year and it has changed my life for the best. I feel better than I did in my early 20s, I’ve lost close to 45 pounds and I truly love myself. Working with a health coach has allowed me to learn to listen to my body again, restore my relationship with food and to open up my eyes to my true potential. I believe everyone should have a health coach, just having someone to be there, listen to you and believe in you is worth more than a dollar amount, it is worth your life.
