Whoever is running this place needs a good awakening. I had scheduled one month in advanced for me and my fiancé to be waxed. I had paid the $50 fee. We had grown it out down there. Just about a week before we were supposed to come in, we got a text asking if we were vaccinated. My fiancé was fully and I had one more shot to go, which was a few days before our scheduled waxing. She claimed that we needed to be fully vaccinated and also wait two weeks after our vaccines before we could come in. No problem there. The issue? Refunded us and told us we needed to find someone else. Didn’t even bother to ask us if we could reschedule. Claiming her clients were threatening to go somewhere else if people she was seeing wasn’t vaccinated, boo hoo. Claims it was only three people. Based on the reviews I was so excited to see her and really wanted to make it a regular thing. I’m extremely disappointed.
