I have been seeing Shelley for a couple of months now, and the results have been fantastic! She’s very good at what she does, and has been doing it for many years. She has an adorable little dog named Bella who can provide emotional support as well!I really should have started electrolysis years ago... when I went somewhere else and got laser treatment, it did nothing! Stating up front that there was no incentive for me to leave this review and was never asked by the business owner to do so; Im just very happy to have found Shelley for electrolysis.Im not naming any names of my previous electrologists as they werent terrible by any means and Im not trying to hurt anyones business, but Shelley works almost twice as fast at nearly half the cost compared to the others I went to when I first started electrolysis. My previous electrologists also had pre and post care instructions that didnt work well for me with heavy skin irritation and whitehead breakouts persisting for almost 2 weeks after treatment.Shelleys recommendations have minimized those issues drastically and I feel I see significantly less regrowth in treated areas than the people Ive seen in the past. I thought the level of irritation I was experiencing before was normal and was just something I had to put up with, so this is another area where Im very satisfied.If youre considering electrolysis, I would highly recommend going to Shelley. Based on my experiences, she sets the bar extremely high for treatment quality at very reasonable rates.

Just had a phone consultation about hair removal with Shelley. She was incredibly helpful at guiding me in the steps I should take to properly remove all of my hair in the most efficient manner possible. She is popular and not surprisingly has a waiting list due to the lockdown. Looking forward to meeting her in person for the electrolysis process. She is very knowledgeable on hair removal and will guide you in the right direction if you need help give her a call!
