The hotel part had great service and the rooms were comfortable. The rooms are relatively smaller than what youll find in most hotels but pretty consistent with boutique type hotels. Views from the rooms are decent. One of the best amenities was access to the entire athletic club facilities. The facilities are spread over multiple floors with multiple workout area (some gender specific), several fitness studios and classrooms, and several locker rooms. There is a pool and locker room hot tub. There are a couple saunas and a steam room as well. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There are also a few eateries and restaurant choices within the facility. Overall it was a great stay. Definitely worth the visit if you need a great place to stay and workout.

After flying into my home airport (Seattle), I arrived too late to make a connection to the island where I live. So my home away from home is the WAC (Washington Athletic Club) -- my favorite place to stay in Seattle. Longtime staff, nice amenities (morning newspapers delivered to the door, bathrobes, free WiFi) and good dining options. Plus an in-house spa and more. Very comfy beds, too!

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything downtown Seattle has to offer. The price was very reasonable as well. The room was okay, nothing to write home about. I would stay here again given proximity to tourist attractions and price. The only issue I had was that I was on a high floor and had to wait a long time for the elevator whenever I needed it. Next time I’ll ask for a room on a lower level.

After experiencing a number of events as a guest, I am proud to say my husband and I are happy new members. The staff.. the food... the facilities have been incredible. The gym is always clean. I’m excited!

Incredible venue to host an event. They go above and beyond to extend you the best service possible, and they accommodate every request you make, regardless of its size. Food is delicious, too. Our organization is so lucky to have been hosted by the WAC!

I love the WAC! My husband I originally joined for the athletic facilities, but weve been very happy with the social and community aspects of the club. Weve met so many great people! Its also nice to have access to quiet restaurants and seating areas downtown.

I rejoined the WAC in 1999 and it is the best decision I ever made. The staff members genuine and are top class individuals. I think of; Scottie, Will, Earl, Derick, Jon, and Mark just to name a few. They are always willing to help you.Sometimes when I drag myself into the gym and then I see an old timer in there working out I am immediately motivated. I fine the members to be enjoyable and engaging.

Been coming here since I was little (20+ years now). Started doing their kids programs and now that Im an adult I utilize their workout facilities, sports bar, pool, and basketball courts. This place is hands down the best club in the city. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and always willing to help. Cant recommend this place enough!

Love this place! Its my home away from home. The building is outdated but theyre constantly trying to improve their facilities. Right now theyre updating the elevators one by one as to not disrupt guest experiences. I love the staff as well. Very friendly, polite and there to WOW you!

CLEAN SAFE AND FRIENDLY

Wonderful gym facilities and great staff but very small rooms. Having to show your key to get in is a bit of a pain, but I can live with it for access to the gym. The staff from the concierge to front desk and gym was very friendly. The gym was fantastic with every type of machine imaginable and lots of classes throughout the day. The rooms were on the small side, especially for two people and could use a bit of updating. The view of the downtown was fantastic though and the location is very good, close to the Pike Place Market and lots of restaurants and a few breweries.

Disappointing experience! There are better options in downtown Seattle. Upon arrival my room had a nasty stain in th bathtub, musty smell, and dirty mirrors. I was moved to a room across the hall from the service elevator that made noise constantly. The rooms are not as clean as they should be. If you have the misfortune of staying here do not stay in the room by the service elevator. The customer service was disappointing. I really don’t get the five star reviews.

Big rooms, the best bed I have ever slept in!Drawback for me was that they would not give me any extra time in my room b4 checking out. My flight left at 6pm. All I wanted was an extra hour.

After dealing with the WAC parking garage attendant asking questions about my mistake of parking in the wrong garage and trying to get an understanding of where I parked and where I should have parked my taste of the WAC is disastrous, discrimination and demeaning.The situation started when I was unaware I parked in the wrong parking garage after reading the directions from my prepaid parking ticket vendor. I missed the entrance by 1/2 a block mistaking the first WAC location a block before for this WAC.I drove up and my partner handed the agent our ticket which the agent dismissed my partner calling him a filthy immigrant. This initially irritated me as it would anyone whose partner is being discriminated against. I was agitated that we were approached harshly by discriminating and dismissive comments which I believe anyone would be. I approached the window and asked isnt this the City Center Building parking? he said NO its the WAC parking. I was confused and asked isnt this the City Center building? He said There are signs and logos all over this parking garage. I was getting frustrated as he was unhelpful and continued his belittling remarks. I was getting angry and just wanted to get out. I gave him my credit card and asked then fine what do we have to pay? he asked for my ticket upon entrance and i said I dont know. as I prepaid my parking. he again asked The ticket you got when you entered. Where is it? I threw my hands up and said Do you see it? He then mimicked me and in a dismissive rude behavior in a raised voice stated Im trying to help you but fine you can pay full price. He charged me the $35.00 and gave me a receipt and the gate ticket and then said Ill just open the gate for you and walked away from the window.I got back to my car and drove 10. I noticed my entrance card and walked back hoping to get a refund. I put it in the tray and he waved at me and said Good bye. I was beyond functional and just left.Any club with employees that represent their association in such a dismissive, discrimination and belittling manner does not deserve to have a job, nor be able to deal with the public. Im simply asking for an apology and the refund of my difference. They have my tickets, they can calculate the difference. At this time I have not heard back from the WAC.

Service was extremely slow, food was not great except for the vegetables. Bread pudding was absolutely HORRIBLE. White bread saturated in eggnog, then micromicrowaved. They need to hire a real chef.

Staff doesnt do anything if you have a problem during your stay. We were in 1401 and couldnt get a good sleep as the walls were shaking all night. Front desk staff didnt care at all.

Ample racquetball courts and nice eatery on the sixth floor that includes beer and wine. Nice!
