Very cool spot with some good quality herb. The staff was extremely helpful and more than willing to explain the different forms and types of marijuana available for consumption. I stopped at several places and I would recommend coming here. The have some very good flower and with nice infused pre rolls. I will definitely come visit again.

Alexander will give you a fist bump without doing the dumb fist blowing up gesture and knows the good strains ( 5 stars for Alexander ) They also have indigo pro cartridges now which is a + but they were out of the CO2’s .

Very rude security on front entrance

Love this place. Always have the MOST selection on the planet. The people are super knowledgeable and it has the coolest vibe in town. Ive tried every other place in town and I always come back to the Goddess. It gets busy in the late afternoon, but they still take the time to guide me to the newest stuff to try and I am never disappointed. The have more strains than I can ever hope to try, but I keep coming back to see if I can top the last hit... and I do. My girlfriend loves their edibles, they have a great selection there too. Thanks to this place for being so cool.

Average store. Above average pricing / terrible discount/deals compared to other stores in the area. I would never even go here after seeing the online menu compared to other places.Site could VASTLY improve if they custom built their menu system instead of porting leafly api.

The people are super knowledgeable and very friendly. They asked many questions to find out what you want as a customer. I love the atmosphere and the store is in a great location.

Came in this afternoon for the first time and will definitely be back. The prices were comparable to other rec stores, but the quality, selection, and customer service were above average. Christine helped me out today, and she was excellent. She was was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even in a busy retail environment I felt welcomed and never rushed. 100% recommended.

I dont even smoke but I was intrigued and had to go. In less than one minute someone greeted me. It wasnt a couple more minutes before someone else approached me. They gave me a tour of the selection, educated me on whats what and told me about the 10%off for mentioning Seattle Magazine. I didnt buy anything but that didnt stop the doorman from enthusiastically chatting me up on the way out. Great staff and very pretty store. This is my first legal pot shop visit but I would definitely suggest these guys to everyone.

Very helpful employees. Be careful on your first intake of edibles. I had one half of a small chocolate and it was very effective. Find your dosage and/or intake method responsibly.

Friendly counter people, great prices and selection of flower and its variants plus edibles and paraphernalia too. They dont take credit cards anymore but have a ATM. Strains have color coded name cards and a sticker dot on it means its low stock (others liked it...). Have a shuttle pick up too! Be sure to book 24 hours in advance.

You wont find many of the big brands here which I think is cool considering how successful they are. Given the attention and professionalism of the staff I think thats on purpose. There is always a great selection and price points for everyones budget. Looks like Ganja is taking the genuine route which is refreshing. This is the nations model for future Cannabis stores.

The inventory is exceptional, truly exceptional. Prices are reasonable given the quality.My two cents: This is a 5 star business, keep the vibe and facade but reconsider a professional name commensurate with the exceptional level of service and product provided.

Really cool employees and products. Didnt buy much but I wish I did. The activated cannabis oil which the budtender said I can eat straight up to achieve an edibles effect didnt have any affect on me even though it was roughly ~300mg! Maybe edibles dont have an impact on me since every time I tried them I did not feel any effects. Still a great place!

This is far and away the best weed store in Seattle. From the incredibly knowledgeable staff youll get real taste guidance and advice with the context of experience, not just stoner tropes and canned lines. The store is bright and clean and the displays clear and not overwhelming, and the selection runs the gamut from bargain to top shelf, so no matter what your budget or mood, theyve got options. I called ahead and asked if a under 21 year old medical patient come in buy marijuana. Was told yes so we decide to come in, spent 20 minutes shopping around buying products made only in the end to be questioned about the validity of the medical card and told basically to wait till youre 21. Not only is that unacceptable for a business that claims to be medically accredited but unacceptable to claim that someones disability is invalid. Please dont support this business and their bad ethics. Absolutely terrible manager.Its store policySo its a store policy to not serve patients?

This place has an excellent selection of flower, and oils. Low on glass supply, but their focus is not on that more on flower. Great prices, and deals texted to you if you want. Staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and there to help you find the herb you want not just the most expensive.

Ganja Goddess has lost its luster. Just three years ago, it stood as the crown jewel of the crowded SODO market. Now it competes as just another pot shop with middling stock and service.Its always been clean, and the atmosphere continues to be warm and welcoming. Yet Ganjas expert budtending has taken a nosedive, and the stores once-vibrant selection no longer delivers the same curated quality (or quantity, for that matter).Those last two attributes can be particularly subjective, so Ill break it down. During my last three visits, the budtenders managed to alternate between overbearing and inattentive, a seemingly impossible feat. When I expressed interest in browsing, they behaved like helicopter parents, following me around to each case and constantly bombarding me with questions. When I actually did have something to ask, answers were vague and noncommittal. When their assistance was actually needed (such as to complete a transaction), they were suddenly busy with something else.Selection and quality hasnt fared much better. Far from the best inventory downtown (or even in SODO), the shop seems to exist in a constant state of depletion. While I understand supply and demand can be tricky in this industry, that didnt seem to account for the disparity between the brands and item types on display. Some shelves were filled to the brim, while others boasted a few pre-rolls of a single strain. Glass products proved nonexistent, and you could probably find more CBD at a Portland gas staton.Its worth noting that these were not isolated incidents, but realities observed over the course of months of patronage. There was a time when GG was my hookup of choice, but that time has sadly passed. With so many new outfits popping up across Seattle, theres no longer a reason to settle. Try nearby joints like Dockside or Zips instead.

Ive been into many places where you have to look at a piece of paper that lists their products; and, the product they do have is on display 5 feet away. Come on? Seriously? Cant even see it! There are many pot shops in Seattle and even a few close to my apartment, but I always take the extra mile to go to ganja goddess. They have such great personalized customer service. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a helpful, sweet budtender who helps you pick out all your goodies and you never feel rushed, even on your busiest days.

What a wonderful store in Seattle. Fantastic variety and lots of edibles and concentrates available. Best thing to do is to check Leafly before you go to see whats available. The store is a little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, and the certainly have lots of sales going on as well. Also be sure to ask for a discount :) always recommended. And yes, its 21+

Good people here had one bad and many good experiences. i took down my bad review because it was lame and they mean well.Updated to 5 stars Hoover is legit and the rest of staff is great as well. As someone who knows a lot of good Seattle area shops they are more than better than most.

This place is one of my favorites. Not only is the staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but they are always smiling and look happy to be at work. They are willing to teach you about products (pens, edibles, cbd rubs, etc.) even if you dont pick something up right then. They just want to impart the benefits and their passion shows. Never had a bad experience and have found they have better prices and quality then ANY place Ive found in Seattle, west Seattle, and Tacoma. Come in! You will not be disappointed!

Great selection way overpriced. I go to west Seattle marijuana and the bakree and get a good half oz from $70-$90. They have shake or brown swag for that price. If you like high end expensive fire this is your spot.

Great people, in both customer service and knowledge, with a feeling of a small local business, as opposed to the corporate feel of some places. We had a defective vape cartridge, and it was super easy to get that returned, just make sure you keep all the packaging and receipt.

Im a chronic pain sufferer and recent transplant to WA from a state that has no marijuana legalization laws. The staff was helpful with finding me product that could help my specific needs in a delivery method I could actually take (I cant smoke due to asthma). There are closer shops to me now, but I still go to them

This place SUCKS!!! Much better shops in the area. The manger is SO RUDE!! She doesnt honor the discounts that they offer and are advertised at the front of the store & doesnt treat loyal customers with the respect needed!! Poor customer service at best recently. As a loyal customer since close to there opening due to recent bad customer service from the same bud tender twice in 2 months is unacceptable I will now go elsewhere. Dockside and Diego Pellicer are Awesome. If youve had the same trouble with Ganga Goddess that I have and I know you have, go somewhere else and may be theyll figure it out at Ganga Goddess at some point, Hopefully.
