I spent months looking for someone to cut my naturally curly hair. I went and created an entire inspiration album for James based off of mostly pictures from previous cuts he’s done so we were on the same page. The first red flag I got when I sat in his chair was when he told me his partner said he better not mess up because I’m the type of client that knew exactly what I wanted. I am. And he did not deliver at all. I’m giving him 2 stars because he did successfully cut off all of my split ends, but the shape of my hair is awful. Before this cut the majority of my hair days were good days, since this cut the majority are poor. After my cut he suggested I go home and style it myself then come back for touch ups. I left the salon very, very upset and have had a hard time convincing myself to go back because the trust isn’t there.

Tisha was a personable and warm person and it honestly hurts to have to leave this review. But I booked a $70 haircut on vagaro and she charged me $125. Most expensive haircut Ive had, and I so wish it was good. But she tore through my hair in 30 minutes, it is uneven and it just looks awful. I came in with a long bob under the shoulders and asked for a long A line bob. I came out with sticky hair and a short bob with layers that doesnt work for my hair at all. I honestly feel robbed :(
