I’ve been seeing Ann for facials for years and realized I haven’t yet left feedback. I’m also an aesthetician and am quite picky about who treats my difficult skin. I have had eczema my entire life and can be quiet sensitive and Ann’s treatments always leave my skin glowing and healthy. Her knowledge is so impressive and she does a great job at educating me on products and treatments. She uses high quality professional grade products that have improved my barrier and continue to produce results. Her salon is always perfectly clean so to be very honest I don’t believe a previous review that it’s dirty there? I’ve been in her space many, many times and have never witnessed that to be true. I definitely suggest trying Ann out and letting her knowledge, skills and customer service speak for itself.

I recently moved to Scottsdale from Washington DC and without a doubt this place is immaculate. I am very picky and particular and have found nothing but the best of quality, cleanliness and service. Ann’s facials are absolutely amazing..: Leaving my skin so soft and supple. She does an excellent job and has customize my facial to my particular needs.

From the time you walk into the lightly fragrant lobby area and throughout the rooms its a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a facial. The cleanliness was terrifying.

DISGUSTING SPA. I was mortified to see how dirty and gross this spa was. The treatment was absolutely awful. Worst spa Ive ever been to in my life.

I have had two sessions. The Spa is unclean and filled with cockroaches. Ann is extremely unprofessional and likes to Gossip all the time.

Low quality facial scrub, and real dirty place. Got eczema after the session and had to see my dermatologist for treatment.

Ann has been my trusted skin esthetician for a few years now. Her spa is very nice and comfortable. Ann provides her expertise with customized facials for my skin. I also like her selection of skin care products. She offers them during and after her treatments but is not pushy at all. They are very good products at the right price. Plus you know youre getting her recommendation for the right products for your skin type.

I have never used this business. I used to go to another esthetician that rented a room from this business, but that’s as far as my involvement with Ann went. However, she has continued to use my email address and phone number to bombard me with advertising for her business. It took me months to finally get her to stop emailing me, but today I got a marketing text message from this business. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! I have never used your services and I never will!

Ann provides the best facial in Scottsdale. I do not hesitate to recommend clients, family or friends. I highly recommend Facials by Ann.
