Stay away! The owner here is not professional and takes no responsibility for the business. I had my eyelashes done here for about 3 months. The last time I got an eye infection and the doctor told me it was from how the lashes were applied - fans to multiple lashes which created breakage and infection. When I reached out to cancel my membership, they continued to charged my card for an extra month even though I shared with them that I politely wanted to go somewhere else, was willing to not make a big deal and why I had an issue with being a member there. They then took 15 days to get back to me. I ended up filing a compliant with the cosmetology board and submitting a dispute to my credit card company.

I have a membership for a monthly dermaplane. It is such a calm, clean and professional business.

This place is top notch. Been coming here for about 2 years and beat their prices or services. Very professional and clean. Ive been very happy.

I have been a client of Ashleys Beauty Lounge for about 4 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences at every visit. I get the eye lash extensions and everyone that works at Ashleys Beauty Lounge is an expert in applying the extensions. They also are a pleasure to spend your time with - always very friendly and soothing. The lounge is just lovely and you immediately feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The karma is outstanding. When you give any of their services a try you will immediately become a client. I look forward to every visit and you will also.

I had such a wonderful experience with Ashley, It was my first facial and she made sure to explain everything, Assured that i was comfortable and made me feel so relaxed. The facial its self was AMAZING, very well needed after all of this stress. I will for sure be recommending this place to all of my friends and family

This place used to be great and I loved coming in until for my lashes but the owner stopped caring and kept booking me at incorrect times and kept rescheduling me and once I had enough requested a refund for my membership that I didn’t utilize since she kept rescheduling me I was told they don’t refunds as stated In The membership but I don’t remember it saying that they could keep rescheduling me for a month causing me not to utilize it plus never received a copy of this contract to technically it’s not valid. After expressing my feelings about being cancelled and rescheduling on I received this nasty message from the owner. If you have too many clients than hire new employees or stop taking clients Ashley!

Ashleys Beauty Bar is superb! They are very skilled, friendly and professional! My lashes are top notch and I’ve had a few great facials. You can tell they love what they do. I would highly recommend all of their services!

They have the BEST membership programs. I have the express facial and dermaplane membership and pay $50 every month (which is discounted from my gym membership). Jacquelin is wonderful and has kept my skin clear and bright! Booking is super easy on the mind body app. I look forward to my appointment every month!

I could rave on and on about Ashleys Beauty Lounge. The level of service here has surpassed any other place Ive ever been to. Everyone is so genuinely kind, skillful, professional, knowledgeable, I mean you name it! Every service Ive had has been great, from microneedling to facials, lashes, dermaplaning, theyve even provided reassurance and guidance about microblading that I had done somewhere else! If thats not enough theyre accommodating to children! Ive had to bring my little one along with me at the last minute and I was blown away by the level of accommodation there was for my toddler. Love Ashleys Beauty Bar! I had a friend refer me when it had opened up down the street from my work and I have gone for a couple facials now and have loved my results. I have suffered with acne for a long time so I have had my fair share of facials and know what I like and dont. Ashley is very knowledgeable on products and the best course of treatment for the individual, rather than just using the same thing for everyone. Oh and an extra bonus -The table that you lay on for treatment is probably the most comfortable thing I have ever laid on! Gives you that extra bit of relaxation while you are getting your services. Would definitely recommend!

Ashley is a sweetheart and does a great job! I came here for a lashfill after returning to Scottsdale from Santa Fe.So pleased that Ashley fixed my lashes that needed a lot of help. Joining a membership here makes getting your lashes done at a reasonable cost. So glad I found her.

I loved my facial with Selina ! I had never tried dermaplane before and found this Groupon special for a 60 minute facial with Dermaplane. Such a great deal. My face had lost its glow and since my facial it has been glowing and feeling so much better. My only complaint, it felt shorter than 60 minutes because I enjoyed it so much & didn’t want it to end ! I can’t wait to go back.
