You always receive great personal service at Clear Dermatology. The office staff is both knowledgeable and professional. Their website is excellent - and it is easy to set up an appointment online. I always see Emily-who is terrific! She takes the time to really listen to you- and I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment!

Ive had twenty years of inadequate derm docs, and as a blue eyed fair skinned guy this is very important. Finally found this group and they are top notch! Spotted problems had missed for years. Great bedside manner. Very sharp docs, know their stuff.

I guess no one who has left these glowing reviews ever has billing issues.The reason for my less than 5-star review. When I booked online (since NO ONE answers the freaking phone!), they take a $75 deposit up front.When I got my bill and saw my $80 copay due, they never bothered to deduct the $75 deposit, or refund it. Im an accountant/auditor. Would love to understand how they account for this on their books!Again, I called...and called and called and called...and NO ONE answers the phone. Had a leave a message and wait for someone to finish their Monday morning donut, skinny latte, and weekend chit-chat. Still no response.If I dont get clarification of the $75 charge, Ill have no choice but to call my credit card and dispute it. More waste of my time that Ill never get back.Other reviews say this place was better years ago when it was small and manageable. Wish I was a client then. This place makes me feel like just a number.The doctors may be fabulous but youre only as good as your front line staff as they represent the ENTIRE PRACTICE. Wish more doctors, dentists, and professionals realized this when they hire!

Impressed with the doctor and the exam seemed very thorough. They send a lot of emails but only send the required forms 1 hour before. Everyone in lobby seemed to be completing an endless series of paperwork. They don’t give good instruction oh how to find it once there. It’s not on the map in the parking lot. Also I think they should tell you that you can park anywhere it says “Patient Reserved”. The office was very full of patients. It was not possible to practice social distancing.

The office staff and doctors are all very nice. I didn’t like their new policy of having my credit card on file. To be used if I cancel last minute or no show. I’ve seen numerous drs and have never been asked for this. Plus I don’t like having my card in their computer when you hear about medical practices being easily hacked in to.

I’m very happy with my procedure done at Clear Dermatology. Everyone is pleasant and very professional. Everything I’ve had done gave me a natural and uplifting appearance which was my goal. At the age of 65 I notice droopy eyes and sagging beginning on my jawline that was making my face look old. I’m healthy and want my outside to match my inside. I see the changes already and I’m thrilled with the natural and fabulous lift and I feel 10 years younger.

The doctor I met with was lovely. The staff that sent me to two different locations (I went to the location as provided by the confirmation email I was sent), didn’t mind that I had to drive to both locations, and acted inconvenienced. I was then told that I would need to wait to see if I could be seen - horrible experience. I took a PTO day for this? Mistakes happen when it comes to scheduling, however, I showed my confirmed email, they took photos, and the staff was still TERRIBLE to me. If the doctor and her nurse weren’t so kind, I would have made a stronger statement.

I had a 2:30 appointment. I waited just a few minutes before Bree, the doctor’s assistant brought me to the exam room. She was friendly and thorough in questioning me about the reason for my appointment. Moments later the doctor came in and thoroughly examined me and started treating the problem areas carefully explaining what she was doing and why. I was in and out in 40 mins.

I had a small Basal Cell Carcinoma on my forehead just above my eye and visited Clear Dermatology and it was immediately diagnosed and treated.Dr. Ogrich did a beautiful job removing the carcinoma and stitching up my face so that the scar was less noticeable. I did appreciate that.I am recommending anyone who has issues of this sort to be assured that this Center will do them justice when it comes to treatment.The staff is also pleasant and respectful.

I picked up my 10 years old daughter mid-day from school to have her procedure done today, showed up 10 minutes prior to my appointment, just to sit there for an additional 30 minutes, so to be clear 40 minutes I was sitting and waiting for her procedure to not happen. I have other things to do beside make an appointment just to sit in a waiting room for 40 minutes. Im sure if I had shown up 30 minutes late I would not be seen and you certainly would not appreciate my tardiness, I expect the same respect in return, I will find another dermatologist who respects my time and provides a better level of customer service.....

I had to switch dermatologists due to a change in insurance. I selected Clear Dermatology because they were listed on my insurance provider list. On my first visit, I met with Emily for the sole purpose of getting a prescription lotion for dry skin. I was told by her assistant after the visit that the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy at the end of the day and to expect it at the pharmacy the following morning. I had a busy day at work, so I planned on picking up the prescription on my way home. When I got to the pharmacy, I was shocked to be told that they did not receive my prescription from the dermatologist. I tried calling, but by that time, they were closed. I called first thing in the morning, which is now Friday, and spoke to someone who told me that Emily wasnt working and to check back on Monday. Since it has been four days since my visit, I insisted on speaking to someone else who could help facilitate the simple task of sending a prescription that was supposedly already written. I was told that I would receive a call back. To my surprise, I did not receive a call. It was 12:30PM before I had a chance to call them back. Of course, they close at noon on Friday.Still no prescription and itll be a week since my visit before I get any answers. Epic failure all the way around on this one. I dont usually leave reviews, but this was one that I had to write.

Clear Dermatology is the best! I can’t recommend Dr. Latowsky, or Dr. Pearson, highly enough. They are both awesome! If you are in need of a knowledgeable dermatologist, look no further. Both of these doctors are fantastic!

I had my new patient appointment and am very happy. The staff was friendly and efficient. Paperwork is available online so you can complete most of it ahead of time. I got links to their patient portal before my actual appointment. My appointment was on time and the PA was really good at explaining everything as we went through the session.

This was my first visit with Dr. Yonan and it is an understatement to say he was outstanding. I had a full body spot check, because I had a couple of area concerns. When he pointed out a tiny spot on my finger that I didnt even notice, I knew I was getting a very thorough exam. It was head to toes! He explained every kind of mole, dark spot, etc. I questioned. He did do a biopsy of a place on my nose I could barely see. The exam lasted probably close to 30 minutes. His assistant was so professional and knowledgeable as well. In my book, Dr. Yonan and his assistant (Rachel?)get 10 gold stars!

Moved to Phoenix about a year ago and have found the sun to be a little hard on me. Have been to CLEAR now a few times and have found them very accommodating in scheduling and overall expedient to find an appointment when you need it. Dr Patel and PA Emily Kase are very knowledgeable, professional and care about their patients well being!
