I had my first visit this weekend and got a facial and dermaplaning with Samantha. I was a little nervous, but she put me at ease quickly, she was very kind and I left with visibly smoother skin! Let’s be honest menopause is challenging for some of us! I tried to tough it out but was not sleeping well - hard to get to sleep, night sweats, waking up often. Told Terri about my issue, she suggested getting bloodwork done to analyze hormone levels etc. - it was so easy! Blood drawn at I/O on site, sent to lab and Dr. Burt Webb called me directly to discuss results, implications and next steps. I am now on HRT and sleeping like a baby!

The diamond glow facial is one of my favorites and made a huge difference in my skins appearance. They also offer hormone testing which is a enormous part of getting your skin back on track, so many women struggle with their hormones especially nowadays. They are so giving of their knowledge and suggestions..unlike at home in Syracuse NY where they won’t tell you what’s best..they last said it’s up to you where do you think you need it? The difference was amazing and I am very grateful for their services. They showed me where and what I really needed to get the results I was looking to get, because actually how would I really know, they are the educated in aesthetics people not me, I would be just guessing. This place offers good services but lacks professionalism and good business etiquette. I have been coming to see Terri for a few months now and currently have had THREE appointments cancelled. The first, no reason was given just that Terri could no longer see me. I saw on her Instagram that she was celebrating her daughters birthday on that date - fine I understand but you’d think you’d have that date blocked off well in advance if you wanted it off. Second time, I was cancelled on for “team training.” This is ludicrous. “Team training” is, again, something that gets planned months in advance so as not to inconvenience your clients. At that time I expressed extreme frustration. I was told “we’re sorry” and that was that. This last time, and the final time that I will ever allow this place to cancel on me was because Terri pulled her hamstring. I’m sorry but as a small business owner myself I can tell you how many times I have cancelled on my clients - once. I had a cervical nerve compression between C6/C7 and could not move three of my digits on my hand. In all honesty, I cancelled for patient safety concerns, not due to my own discomfort. I would have dealt with the pain to give my clients the respect that their time deserves. Retaining clients in this market requires a commitment to them and to their time. While I wish I could get over this and be a returning client, I feel far too disrespected and my time is important to me if not to them. If you value your time and your money and want to be shown the respect that you deserve, find one of the other thousands of well qualified injectors in Arizona.

From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you are taken care of in every way possible. Terri’s staff is very knowledgeable & will go above and beyond for you. Every service is customized to your specific needs. I was very hesitant to get filler at first but abbey made me feel so comfortable & walked through every step with me. I’d give this a 12/10 if I could!

This review is long, long over due! I have been seeing Terri and all the talented ladies (Evonne, Courtney, Hayley, Mary - they are all wonderful) at Inside Out for over 3 years. When I first walked into their offices, I was almost in tears, as I was desperate and looking for guidance over what to do with my hormonal acne. I had spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on products that only made it worse, and I needed help. The staff at Inside Out was empathetic, consultative and calming as we talked through acne contributors from diet to makeup to skincare products. Because of their assistance and skin regime with top medical-grade skin products, my hormonal acne days are long gone. I joined Skin Squad right away, and love my monthly facials and specialty sessions (love Vivace!). They also helped me walk through botox options, and I felt instantly comfortable with their minimalist approach (thank you Terri & Abbey!). Inside Out is like getting together with your girlfriends, whom you trust wholeheartedly and laugh a ton with, while also surrounding yourself with the brightest women and men in the skincare business. As a man, MOST men do the minimum when it comes to skin care. Working in the sun for long periods of time over several years, I felt my face dehydrated and tough.I had the pleasure of meeting with Evonne (the whole staff is great). She did an assessment on my face, showing where I had inflammation and sun damage. She recommended in Diamond Glow Treatment, which is a dermabrasion. My face felt so clean, like it could breath again. (The experience is amazing and relaxing.)She was welcoming (like Men should be doing this too, not just women.) This place is the best! I’ve been going here for years and I’m always treated so well. The name “Inside Out Aesethetics” says it all. They really want you to feel special from the inside out. The Skin Squad is a great value and it helps me stay on track with my skincare. My skin has never looked better!Most recently, I’ve been doing the Virtue which is a microneedling/ RF device. After I graduated beauty school, my skin went into COMPLETE freak out mode (maybe it was the once a week chemical peels I did😬) it had gotten so bad that I had finally decided to get on accutane to try & get it under control. It did help get a majority of it under control, but I was STILL getting breakouts & had pretty bad acne scarring..… around this same time, I was fortunate enough to have met Terri at one of my old waxing jobs. We clicked instantly (she’s a Dec 5th Sagittarius & I’m Dec 4th 😜) & she had asked me to come into her medspa to get some treatments done to help with my acne scars. I was seriously shocked that I had literally just met this woman & right away she wanted to help me & expected absolutely nothing in return.I am so freaking blessed to say that it’s been about 5 years & I STILL happily go to Inside Out Aesthetics to get all of my skincare products & treatments done at. I wouldn’t trust any other place with my skin! Terri’s kindness is so genuine & that’s so hard to find nowadays. I don’t even use foundation anymore! I have been going to Inside Out Aesthetics (was referred by a friend who has beautiful skin) for a few years. I have seen Terri and Abbey and would give them 6 stars if I could. The office is beautiful and extremely clean and the front office staff are welcoming and very helpful. Upon check-in your temperate is taken and you are asked a series of COVID related questions to ensure the safety of their staff and patients. I have been receiving Botox in my forehead for the past few years and am always happy with the results. Abbey is SO kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I plan to see her (or someone at the practice) for more services in the future. Thank you Terri and Abbey! :-)

I love my regular facials with Evonne! I’ve been seeing her for about a year now and my sensitive and acne prone skin as being doing so much better. When I do get breakouts they are much less severe. I have seen a couple of the other ladies, including Terri, for facials and Botox and everyone is so friendly! The staff is welcoming and professional and I’d recommend IOA for their memberships and really any of their services.

I was originally referred to Terri at Inside Out a few years ago because I was told that she was the BEST injector in the valley and that if i wanted subtle, natural looking results she was THE ONE to go to. After my first visit I have never, and will never, go anywhere else! Not only is Terri an amazing injector if youre looking for natural results but all the girls there are amazing! They have me on an anti aging skin care regime that involves Vivache treatments and medical grade skin care as well as monthly facials and all i can say is that I think I am aging backwards! Everyone that sees me always immediately comments on how great my skin looks and how young I look. I will be 50 next week :-)My 2 favorite aestheticians are Courtney M and Emily. They both do a fantastic job, are super thorough with everything they do and never push anything on me that i dont need.
