Brightstar delivers excellent care. The caregivers are professional and empathetic with my father. They do more than basic care and help us to better care for my dad. We are able to keep my father in his house with Brightstar’s assistance which is priceless. The office staff works tirelessly to make sure the caregivers come when needed and they also work hard at finding the right caregiver for my dad. I would recommend Brightstar to anyone.

Selecting a home care provider for a family member is a really important decision, and we are so grateful that BrightStar Care of Carmel Valley / RSF was recommended to us by the Nursing Rehab facilitys clinical staff when my 79year mother-in-law was discharged to her home, approximately 2 weeks after breaking her hip. This branchs team of home health aides were great. They were competent, caring, and very supportive. Additionally, the Owner & Director of Operations (Sanaz Vaziri) was always accessible, flexible, and responsive to our specific circumstances - and ensured that service was up to her high standards of care. I gave BrightStar Care a review on YELP but they gave me such a hassle because I don’t review enough businesses so YELP is placing my review as not recommended. So, I’m taking my review on Google. So here is my BrightStar review.I had an AMAZING Caregiver name Katherine. She arrived 15 minutes earlier before we were to depart to Moms doctors appointment. That gave me plenty of time to brief her on what needs to be done and Moms frame of mind. Katherine calm demeanor helped me relaxed too. Mom is a flight-risk so I needed Katherine to keep Mom at bay. As we arrived to the doctors appointment Katherine kept Mom busy in the waiting room while I briefed the Nurse Practitioner on changing Moms medications. She was with Mom and never left her side. Katherine exudes out confidence, calm, soft spoken and above all professional Caregiver. Im giving her a 5-Star service. I will DEFINITELY use Katherine for my Caregiving needs.
