My mom loves her caregivers. They are really good with them. The only issue that I have had is staffing when the regular caregiver is unavailable. There are some times that they don’t have anyone. Also, the don’t supply nurses.

The Accredited HC Aides were amazing! I needed them when my husband, who had a stroke, came home after 3 months of inpatient Rehab therapy. Dodie, Cherie & Diane saved my sanity & my back. They patiently helped him with 3 therapies (speech, physical & occupational) every day during their 4-hour shifts. Because of their efforts, my husband progressed & was able to carry out many daily activities within 8 months! We are so blessed. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future, should I need their services.

We are so fortunate to have Kayla come and assist with Michaels care. His Alzheimers disease is unpredictable so she must be sensitive to its many twists and turns. Michael still has a desire for independence but at the same time might need close supervision. Its a fine line that Kayla is very sensitive to.

We had such a positive experience with the San Diego Accredited office staff as well as our caregiver the first time (in Scripps Ranch), we called again for another loved one (in La Mesa). And, once again, the experience was perfect. The office staff listens to your needs and provides a caregiver to match. Both caregivers we have experienced are professional, timely, respectful, caring, and deeply engaged in getting our family members back to good health. They cook, clean, monitor medications, oversee exercises for rehabilitation, ensure safety, and are very positive in their approach. My mother-in-law and aunt agree, if we need assistance again, we are calling Accredited Home Care – San Diego.

Monique and Donna in the San Diego office are great managers. They openly communicate with you and are available 24/7 if you have any emergencies. They give you the ability to perform your duties without micromanaging you. The clients and families I have had the honor to work with have been very kind and appreciative of our services. I honestly enjoy working here.

Rosa has become a part of our family…when she first walked in the door with her beautiful smile and gentle manner, we knew Accredited had chosen a perfect match. For the last six months, she’s helped my father get back on his feet, both physically and emotionally. A retired Air Force colonel and lifelong pilot, he was always used to being in charge of his life. Injury and illness took a toll; but thanks to Rosa, my father is back to being in charge of his destiny. Rosa not only makes sure he eats right, does his exercises and stretching, takes his medication, follows through on the doctor‘s orders, but also engages in life. She’s been with my father since his discharge from the hospital and has been not just his helper, but his companion, cheerleader, defender and protector. Her professionalism, humor, and compassion make her perfectly suited to restoring good health. We are forever grateful to Rosa and Accredited Home Care for being there for us.

I used their services since my usual sitter had emergency. The caregiver that came was nice. She was a bit late the first date but the second date she was a few minutes early. My son seemed to like her. Very professional and I like how they follow up to make sure everything went well. Very impressed with the service especially when it’s last month minute.
