Synergy HomeCare is an awesome company to be a part of! I am currently a college student, and Synergy HomeCare works with me and my schedule so I am able to attend school as well as provide care for Synergy clients. All of the employees are kind. I have gotten the pleasure of working with some of them personally as partners, and the company is FULL of great people! Great communication between employees and managers, Ive always been well pleased working for Synergy. I would recommend them to even care for my own family members.

Synergy has been caring for my aunt and uncle for the past 4 months. They had to care for my uncle who could not walk and needed transfers and full body hygienic care; they care for my aunt who has dementia yet who also has more energy and stamina than many women half her age; until my uncle died they cared for both of them simultaneously; and when he died they provided indispensable assistance with hospice care. All of this, I might add, during the challenging time of Covid. I live out-of-state and they have been great about staying in touch and alerting me to matters of concern, while also sharing with me moments of joy throughout the day. The caregivers clearly enjoy the company of my aunt (and, before he died, my uncle) and it means the world to me that she (they) is being cared for by people who feel that way. In past years my aunt and uncle were very resistant to the idea of in-home care, but both of them were won over by the competency and caring assistance they get from their Synergy team. The caregivers go the extra mile by, for example, bringing in crafts and treats for my aunt, cooking their favorite dishes for her, even giving her a haircut since the salons are closed. Having spent many weeks with the caregivers during the time theyve been working for my aunt and uncle, I very much appreciate the breadth of the skills required for this job, and I so appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing that my aunt is in caring and competent hands as she navigates this challenging phase of her life.

During the shelter in place order, I needed support with my two sons to ensure they completed their online learning so I could continue supporting the emergency response at the hospital. Thanks to Amy we found Karina, Elizabeth, and Lizbeth to help me. They each ensured the days schedule was followed, the boys stayed on task, and got exercise. Now with school being online in the Fall, Amy and her team will be able to help me ensure I can continue supporting patient care and my son’s online learning. Thanks Amy and team!

Synergy HomeCare is an awesome place to work at. They are able to work with your schedule with no problem. The Operations Manager, Amy, is very personable and pleasant to communicate with. If you are looking for a job that is flexible with your hours but that can also provide you with hours when you need them, Synergy is a good place to work at.

Synergy Home Care provided a number of excellent caregivers for my mother in law Maria who was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinsons Disease. I was Marias primary caregiver for the last 1.5 years of her life and without Synergys assistance we may have had to place her in a care facility due to the level of care she required. The additional support from Synergy allowed my husband and I keep Mama at home and even allowed us to leave the house with confidence knowing that Maria was in capable and loving hands. In fact, she looked forward to her visits from Lucia each week. We are so grateful for all the wonderful memories.Synergy worked to provide us the same caregiver each week which is so important for someone with cognitive issues like Lewy Body D. Lucia was able to assist me with grooming, translation (Spanish is not my first language), and emotionally supported me through one of the most difficult chapters in my life. I am so grateful to her, Rosa, Rochelle and Andrea - all of the caregivers there were completely wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone whose loved one needs assistance in home. Isnt it better to keep your loved one close and at home in their final years? With Synergy that can be made possible.
