SuperCare has set it up so that when one calls their main customer service # the caller is immediately approached by a company that wishes to give one an emergency notification neckless free of charge. After a protracted conversation about the device and all kinds of questions about ones medical history, it comes to light that while the device is free it will cost $1.67 a day for the service that monitors the device. I felt like it was a bait and switch so I declined with all kinds of effort to get me to change my mind. Having turned down the free offer, I was immediately transferred to another offer . . . something like pest control, which I declined to be transferred to yet another offer. I never did get to speak with a SuperCare customer service rep to purchase CPAP supplies. Frustrating!

Terrible service. My insurance and doctor agree to replace my CPAP but company has said we wont do it until machine hits 5 years. Trying to speak to someone who can rationalize this to me is impossible. If you have a chance to use another supplier run to them. Completely inflexible and dont care about customer satisfaction.

I am not one to complain, but this company has done nothing but give me nothing but frustration and what is turning onto a bit of anger. They did not deliver the specific equipment promised. I had to refuse what they sent. Unacceptable.They did not supply any head tubing for my oxygen. Can you figure that? AND.. when they first called me, I was unavailable for a few moments to get to the phone, they IMMEDIATELY called my daughter and asked her if I was in the hospital. Scared the heck out of her. So wrongUPDATE: I was finally able to get in touch a Supervisor. Ray in San Diego did respond to my needs immediately. Carlos, the driver also in San Diego, came right over and supplied my missing tubing and the original promised equipment. He walked me through the use of all equipment and answered all questions. He was a breathe of fresh air (pun intended) Thank you so much!

This company is horrible. I call and tell them I need 6 tanks every week. However, they still want me to call in. Yesterday a rep called for delivering my nebulizer. I was unable to take the call and asked for her to call me back. I let her know that I will need 6 tanks delivered today. No one called back. I called got placed on hold, by the time someone came on the line, it was after hours. I left a message with the above details. Now they are telling me I have 2 go get it because I needed to call twice. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and guess what, no one available. That is because I am sure so many people are calling to fill grievance, as I will be doing. I am a Respiratory care Practitioner of 35 years and this company doesnt care about the health of their clients. Poor communication and zero follow through. Please if you can use another company, do it. I am going 2 request a different company because they cant provide services I need. They have been sitting on my nebulizer for days, and they are mailing it out!! They are extremely delayed in delivering equipment and as I see they have less than a 2 rating. I am sure it would be less if we could give zeros. Oh and when they delivered the oxygen initially they provided no information about oxygen. There should be a card that tell the firemen that oxygen is in the house.

Supercare sent a person to confiscate my equipment for noncompliance. I had no idea what that even meant or why they didnt contact me. We refused to give it to him, called the company then my doctor and eventually mailed it back to them. Now Ive been without critical medical equipment for 3 months. Had to re do my sleep study (try that during COVID lockdown) then wait for authorization. Called to get equipment started up and waited on hold 45 minutes, selected a call back option and never heard from anybody. Did a chat, which I kept a copy of and was told they didnt know how to help me?? I had auth# and explained everything to them. Asked me where my equipment was, huh? We mailed it back to them. Said they would call back next day. Never heard from them. So now what? Worst customer (non) service ever. Jeez this is MEDICALLY NECESSARRY folks. You would think as a company they would want to make money but they make it so difficult to get their product. Im at a loss of what to do now. Good luck everyone.

I tried to order supplies to my cpap they told me needed to have my doctor to order a new prescription he did i called again and was told again after waiting on hold again for 16 minutes told i had to get a new prescription again waiting for the dr.s to give me a call back to see about changing supplyer three times i have tried to get supplies you can only clean the hoses so many times they are turning brown.

Too bad I cant give 0 stars. I received equipment through my childs pediatrician and was told to call SuperCare Health directly for the equipment pickup. I thought this would be convenient but it turned out to be hours of my life that I will never get back. They scheduled a pickup date and window of 4 hours and never showed up. I called immediately as the window closed down but the office was already closed. The next day, I was able to reschedule the pickup for 3 days later based on their availability and asked to be one of the earlier pickups because we couldnt wait around again. The customer service person said that we were nearer to the front of the pickup. Our 4 hour period is almost over and they still havent shown up. I had to call them again and they are telling me now that the pickup is still going to happen but towards the end of the period. Be prepared to wait or have the pickup person not show up.

Only took talking to this place on the phone and read their reviews to convince me to RUN!!!! Have asked my doctor to cancel fax she sent. I am now dealing with some great people. The big problem in San Diego is the good companies will not deal with Medicare - not worth it to them so limited choices so be careful!

I would also give them a negative star. My mother was released from the hospital expecting the equipment to arrive shortly after if not before she arrived home. Basically they just kept on lying saying its on its way , surprise surprise its 2 months later and nothing has arrived. We went out and purchased everything after we got her home and thank goodness we did. This company should be shut down and all of the insurance companies should definitely drop them .Such a disgrace.

I would give 0 stars but that is not an option.I’m typically not one to complain but this is one of the worst businesses for DME. I have had items in the past sent to them but I typically switch over to a different company. This time I needed this specific item ASAP.The company called me for 2-3 days straight telling me I didn’t have insurance although my insurance is active. After finally speaking to 10 different people I was able to get that solved. They informed me I had insurance ( duh) and delivered my item.Now 2 weeks later or more they have contacted me on multiple occasions telling me the item isn’t paid for. I actually had to yell which I don’t do due to the level of incompetence.I contacted my insurance and my insurance told me they have been filing the claim under the wrong person!!! How is this even possible? My insurance fixed the issue And billed it under the correct person. plan on filing a complaint with my insurance about how horrible this company is.If you need DME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Money and Grandpa great service and friendly besides the representation spoke on the phone, awhile back. Of course ask the person the next available in the afternoon appointment.Took me approximately me hour get from my work to the office. Grandpa look at my machine and then cord took at least 5minutes of service.

This place has horrible customer service. I have called 3 times and been transferred and put on hold forever and no one has ever picked up the call. I will certainly choose a different company to handle our needs.

Terrible company to deal with. I had no problem with them picking up my machine however they reported the pickup date later than it really was and I have documentation proving when they picked it up. Now I continue to get billed for services I do not believe are accurate and charges for the same things over and over. I have tried many times to get assistance only to be told I would get called back by someone who could help answer my questions. No contact at all just bills and I havent had the machine since December 2018. Avoid this company if you can.

Had to give it one star because there wasnt a box for no stars. To get a cpap, from day 1 they were incompetent. Took about three months before they finally figured out doctors order, but already asked for payment. Picked up machine from a dirty warehouse where a technician gave me the machine, with minimal instructions. But never measured for it and gave me one too large, but never having used one I didnt realize it. In hospital respiratory therapist gave me correct size. Have now received a bill from their new billing system for over a hundred dollars for what I dont know, as Ive always paid what they told me I owed. Even if your copays are more, go with another provider. Oh, I almost forgot the cockroaches in the bathroom. Truly.

Worst experience . Supposedly Ive been renting a piece of equipment from them since August 2018 .never ever received a letter or a bill in the mail .talk to 5 people in billing department .talk to my insurance company ,they never received a bill from them and talked to my doctor and no one received a letter or call. There are very scandalous how they run a business .each time I Talk to representative they tell me a different story and since iItold them about my concerns they say they will fix it immediately ,come to find out I was billed again.. horrible people and experience .stay away from this company

Avoid this company like the plague. They have some good people but they just drop the ball all the time. I tried to give back my CPAP for over a month and all I got was delays. Ill call you back never did(a few times), made an appointment for them to pick it up they never showed up and the list goes on worst company Ive had to work with in a long time.

If I could give negative stars, I would. From having me wait at the hospital for hours and never showing up to asking for wrong patient name when getting a call back, this company has to be literally the worst! Forget reordering medical supplies! Getting through is a nightmare. Even tried option of getting a call back instead of waiting on the phone. Once I got a call back they transferred me from dept to dept and waited another 30 minutes as if I were requesting the most complicated thing in the world. I have 2 empty tanks and was asking for full ones. That is all. If given a choice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Delivery’s are never on schedule... they tried delivering our home supplies before we were discharged and then said they couldn’t for another two days because of that. And we couldn’t be discharged until we were getting it costing us who knows how much more money. Terrible service here and no help...
