The best personal gym I have heard or been to yet. I joined the gym and started their 20 lb. 6 week challenge. It has been a fun journey and I am excited to say that I lost the 20 lbs. If you can follow directions and really want to lose the weight and get fit, you can do it. Besides that the coaches are great and encouraging and always available if you have question, are tempted or need some motivation. I definitely recommend checking this gym out and their programs to anyone who is SERIOUS about losing weight and getting healthy.

Fitness and Motion is a great place if youre looking to lose weight or get healthy. My experience with them was a good one. I took their challenge to lose 20 pounds and it was a great experience. Their trainers are very good and they will help you reach your goals. My recommendation for people who want to take a challenge to lose weight is that you need to be 100% ready to commit. This was not easy and it could be overwhelming but keep in mind its a challenge and challenges are hard. I recommend Fitness and Motion. Best part of all was that it was free at then end, but you need to reach the goal in order to say it was free. Thanks again!

I had an amazing time and experience with this team of excellent coached and trainers! Positive people with positive mindset! The goal of loosing 20 lbs in 6 weeks felt pretty hard to reach, and therefore it needed a constant push and encouragement from all the coaches. At the end of the 6-weeks challenge I exceeded my goal and lost 25 lbs! It feels wonderful and I couldnt have done it without the help of these guys! If you want to reach a hard-to-reach goal of loosing lots of weight and learning a healthier life-style, this is the place to go. If you are NOT looking for a babysitter who only feels sorry for you and agree that you are a victim, and instead want to change your current life-style to a better one, this is the place for you!Franco was my coach and he is absolutely amazing! However, I had the pleasure of working with every single trainer and they were all great trainers and excellent people! Thank you guys!!

The trainers encourage you throughout workouts. Danny has set aside time to talk about setting goals. I have been going for about 4 1/2 years. I have lost 17 1bs since I have started. I did not do the challenge but my husband did. He lost 22 lbs in the challenge.

I did a 6 week program with Fitness and Motion and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it, and got the results I was hoping for. I am very skeptical of signing up for programs like the 6 week challenge that I went through with Fitness and Motion, however I was overly impressed with all aspects of the six weeks I spent training with this gym.The trainers are dedicated, energetic and very knowledgeable. They are walking proof that their system works. Having dedicated coaches around when your at the gym or away from keeps you on track and drives the best results. This establishment brings like minded individuals together, gives you all the information you need for a health food plan, and encourages you every step of the way.I would recommend anyone to this gym!!! Whether you have a large amount of weight to loose or if you are simply looking to tone your muscles, you WILL get the results you want, if you listen and hold yourself accountable.I left my six week program 8lbs lighter 2% less body fat, feeling way better about myself, and took away a handful of new friends I continue to workout with.

This gym has changed my life. Not only did I lose 21.8 pounds in six weeks, but my health has improved as well. My cholesterol was at 220 and now it is at 129. My triglycerides were at 149 and now they are at 75. My blood sugar was in the pre-diabetic range and now it is back in the healthy and normal range. I could not have done this without the help of the amazing trainers and staff. They kept me motivated and encouraged all along the way. The atmosphere is so positive and upbeat, I love it! This was by far the best thing that I have ever done for myself. Thank you so much to Danny, Aurelie, Stephanie, Lydia, Eric and Tim!!! You are the best trainers ever! Thank you for everything!!!

I took the 6 week 20 lb challenge and finished it strong. I have lower back issues so was skeptical if it will work for me but the coaches were super nice in helping me take care of my back while still performing all the exercises. I usually used to go for Martas morning class and she is phenomenal, she pushes your limits every time while taking care of your posture and any issues (like back issues) you have. All the other coaches are very nice too, its a very friendly environment with focus on your health. I feel much strong and confident about myself now.

I just complete my 6 week challenge- loosing 27lbs! everyone here is amazing, and they keep you motivated, and support you throughout the entire process. They are all extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the workout, training, and helping with meal preps. I completed my challenge exceeding what was expected of me, and I will definitely be re-investing my money I will be getting back with the Fitness and Motion family.

I am going to say what most people say, I used to be fit back then. Back was a little more than a year ago for me. Changing jobs and doing countless overtime hours had deterred me from maintaining my fitness routine. Along with stress due to work and imbalance of personal life resulted in a LOT of comfort eating. Only about 6 months ago I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and blood pressure. Even after knowing that, I did not have the motivation of making a change.After discovering Fitness and Motion, I thought it would be a great push towards leading me to a healthier and happier life. I have not regretted joining, that is for sure. I am no stranger when it comes to working out, but the trainers creatively managed to put together new exercises everyday, which impressed me a great deal. They tore me down, wore me out, and here I am with only about a pound left to go before I hit 20 pounds and still a whole week to go! Their meal guidelines grant you a variety of options never leaving you bored of eating the same meals day in and day out. They gave great tips and advice every time I was struggling. I am really ecstatic that I have lost more than 5% body fat throughout this program. I am very grateful to all the staff members at Fitmo and definitely recommend anyone who has more than 20 pounds to lose (okay from doctor) and wants to change, but is lacking the knowledge and/or motivation to try this and put your faith in them. Do this for yourself!

Great place! Did their 6 week challenge and met it! The trainers are very encouraging and helpful. The workouts are hade and push you to your limits. They are never the same so you dont get bored. They are very fast paced and are over before you know it.

I found Fitness in Motion on a Facebook ad and it was the best decision of my life. I decided to do the 20lbs in 6 week challenge after meeting with the owner Danny. There is no gimmick, product or pressure to buy anything. Fitness in Motion has the most motivating and best trainers. On the plus side they give you a meal plan guideline that helps portion and eat better. I was able to loose 21 pounds in six weeks and I couldnt be more satisfied with the results and my hunger to continue. If you are looking to get started on your weight loss or strength training Fitness in Motion is the right place for you.

I just completed the 6 weeks challenge and successfully reached my goal and lost 22.8lbs. It was indeed a life changing experience. Amazing trainers, very professional and experienced and most importantly very supportive. The highest step than Everlast is your own door step. Door step to get out and move your lazy body. I have fantastic gym in my apartment complex, however Id rarely go there to watch cable TV. I realized once again, how important it is to have other to work with and be supported by professionals who wont give up on you. Unlike other places, theres no intimidation but full of fun and none stop core work out. Yes, it hurts...a lot in the beginning. But you make it through with others with same reason you are there for, A better life. Not only losing weight but theyll transform your life style. Eat and excerise habits will change the way you think and live. More energy and confidence as you take one step after another. Its awaken me to who I once was. Please please stop thinking and go in today. Youll know they are not after your pocket but filled with passion to actually help you live better. I waited a year to go in and lost 23lbs in 6 weeks. I am writing this review post 6 week challenge and I can say that they really push you and hold you accountable for your progress throughout. At the conclusion of the challenge, I can proudly say that I have lost 27.4 lbs and several inches around my body. My clothes fit a lot better and I can definitely say that I have a lot more confidence with how I carry myself.Danny and the team of trainers at Fitness and Motion want nothing more than to see yourself push to the highest potential. The trainers are very friendly and are always perceptive to any questions or concerns challengers have. The facilities are kept very clean and have everything needed for HIIT regimen. Men and women locker rooms are also included.Fitness and Motion is a great place for group workouts. Working out with others add to the fun and the sense of that communal goal of losing weight. It also helps that my girlfriend did the challenge with me (she was the one who got me into it). The challenge is doable by yourself since you will always have a group to work out with, but it is even better with someone you know. The work outs are offered multiple times a day so there is always at least one you can attend to.Fitness and Motion is a great place to start if you want a life style change or looking for an alternative gym environment. They will give you all the tools you need to be successful during the challenge. Their motto - Stick to the Plan (STTP), is the focus point of the program. What amazing motivation! I just finished the 6 week 20lb challenge and lost over 23lbs!!! Ive struggled for years to keep my weight down. Tried several fad diets and other expensive weight loss programs but nothing has stuck like this. The staff at fitmo are so encouraging and the fitmo family is amazing, everyone wants you to succeed. I just completed FITMOs 20 lbs in 6 weeks challenge and feel great! The meal plans and HIIT workout classes with the amazing instructors (Danny and Co.) did the trick!! I lost 24.8 lbs, 7 inches off from my waist and reduced body fat from 31 to 24 percent. Couldnt be happier. Plus the meal plans have educated me on nutrition for life! I got to hear about FITMO on my facebook and I felt this is something I gotta try. I was amazed joining the orientation process and hearing about the program and how enthusiasm the staff were. Watching and talking to people whom have accomplished tremendous results in this gym, motivated me and sure enough with their guidance I was able to achieve my goals in 6 weeks. They provide you an easy meal plan and you can get great ideas from people who post their food and the gym is nice, not so crowded and you get to talk to people. The team at Fitmo really have put a program together that works! The workouts are always different and challenging so that you get maximum results! All the trainers are there to help you every step of the way and they make you feel welcomed and motivated. I just finished my 6 week program and I lost 20lbs!! I am incredibly happy and motivated to keep going and I have Fitmo to thank for getting me in the mode again. There is always plenty of parking, their studio is not too small and not to big, just the perfect size for some great 1 on 1 workouts as well as group workouts. The bathrooms are always very clean, they have 2 showers and lockers. Thanks again Fitmo!

I joined the 6 week Bikini Challenge and I have to say it was life changing. I have always wanted to be fit and exercise to feel healthy but i had lack the motivation and made up excuses. I saw the ad on Facebook for a free 6 week bikini challenge and i decided to give it a try and it was the best decision i made. The coaches taught me how to meal prep, clean eating, and of course exercise daily. Since day one my body felt the change, i had much more energy through out the day and waking up was much easier. I felt like i was being much more productive since i was able to do so much because i was eating clean and exercising.The workouts were always hard and fun, it was never the same workout and we were always trying to target every muscle in our body. After 6 weeks i feel much stronger and everything that i learn has become my lifestyle. I learned to portion control my meals as well as eating multiple times a day to speed up your metabolism, trust me, you wont feel hungry if you do this program. I never was. The coaches are amazing and they are always there to help you. They are constantly asking how are you feeling and able to talk to you through message or in Facebook. They are available to answer any question you have even if you are not at the gym.I definitely recommend this challenge if you want the motivation as well as a bikini body :).

COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE, what you should know:Pros:+Nice facility+The H.I.I.T. trainers are approachable (suffered an injury from carpal tunnel) and will give you a modification+A lot of encouragement and form correction+Stephanies cardio class (when we played games) is very creative+The workouts can be very challenging if you havent worked out in a whileCons:-ONLY do the challenge if you have +40 lbs to lose, (I only needed around 25 to get into healthy range for my height/age and it was EXTREMELY difficult)-Free 6 week challenge is misleading-Need to wait 2 weeks to get your refund.... (why not a big smile and a written check on weigh-in day?)-Music could be drastically improvedWorking out at FitMo is definitely a start for a lifestyle change with clean eating and daily workouts. Could you hire a personal trainer/dietitian for the $500 buy-in? Probably.

I just finished the 6 weeks 20 pound challenge and I cannot say enough good things about Fitness and Motion and everything about it. I had seen a couple people I knew do it and do it well. I found it on facebook and decided to check it out. I was tired of trying so many different things to lose weight and not sticking to it. I was tired of feeling bad and down about my body all the time so with the support of my boyfriend, family, and friends I decided to take this plunge.It was defintely hard at first passing up different foods and things at home and parties/ bbqs( esp not drinking) and STTP and going to the workouts everyday but after a week or two it started to become a little easier! Not easier actually I was just getting stronger I realized! Danny and his team of trainers Justin, Eric, Mika, and Lydia were so supportive and encouraging the whole journey. They pushed me to do things I never thought I could do and made it fun at the same time. I went from barely surviving burpees week 1 to killing them and wish a step up at the end in week 6.I challenged myself in a way I never knew I could overcome and I came out stronger, healthier, and happier because of it. I truly truly cannot thank Fitness and Motion and everyone there enough. I lost 23.2 pounds, 5% body fat, and an inch off my hips!! I will defintely continue healthier eating habits and continue working towards my fitness goals! As long as you commit and everything else will fall into place! They truly care about you and want to see you succeed!I highly reccomend Fitness and Motion to everyone. Yes it is very challenging and hard at first if youre not use to working out that hard and I wasnt. Losing weight has been always challenging and difficult for me, but Fitness And Motion is the place that makes this journey easy and doable. I participated in 6 weeks challenge. The program is design to help you lose 20 LB in 6 weeks if you STTP, the fitmo friendly staff helped me to lose 28 LB and 6% body fat which is huge for short amount of time I couldnt do it without their coaching and daily workouts. Coaches are always available to help you regarding your diet plan and exercises. My daily food preparation,workout, and most importantly the results at the end not only helped me it also inspired my family, colleagues, and friends to sign up for fitmo. One of the best things I did for myself is taking up 6 weeks challange at Fitness and Motion. I was struggling to loose my twin pregnancy weight untill I saw an add in facebook about 6 weeks challange. I just felt this is the one for me. I was little hesitant to take up the challange thinking that if I could handle this with 2 little babies and a preschooler at home. Yes, I had little tough time during the challange but its all worth it. I wish I could give them more stars because they deserve it. Theyre that awesome!!! Great instructors to push you and make you sweat. The instructors are very friendly.I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!Yes, I lost 21.8 Lbs in 6 weeks.

This was just awesome! I never have never had such good results in such a short time!Danny Short just a huge thank you to you and Aurelie as well all all the awesome trainers for allowing me to participate in the challenge, meet the fabulous Fitmo family, kicking my butt in workouts and giving me that boost that was so badly needed to get me back in the game and ready to tackle the world .The challenge itself was a journey for me, its really all you focus on and it was a nice relief for me as life was throwing curve-balls and fast ones. The online group of challengers was awesome! It a private Facebook page of just challengers aka Fitmo family and you post all your meals and workout check-ins for the challengers and trainers to see. Trainers can see what you eat, give you tips and tricks on food, we shared ideas for food prep and recipes. We supported each other on good days as well as bad because after all, who knows more of what youre going though than another challenger. Right? We really became our own little online family but you see each other here and there in workout sessions which is fun.I couldnt be happier that decided to do this! I first learned of Fitness and Motion and 6 Week Challenge through Facebook Ads. I was very skeptical but knew I needed to make a change. A change that would be lasting. After attending the Orientation, I was convinced that this could be the change I needed so long as I STTP (stick to the plan)!They dont call it a challenge for nothing! It truly is a lifestyle change: learning portion control, best foods to eat, what type of workout yields the results. The incredible part is YOURE NOT ALONE! There are trainers that support you in/out of the gym AND you do this with other people working toward the same goal who you can chat with via the Facebook group FitMo creates. The experience quickly becomes part of your life and those involved become close friends.This is what I needed!! Following the challenge not only did I loose 17 lbs but I felt good and healthy!! I had great energy and symptoms of a diagnosed autoimmune disease decreased! This was the lifestyle change I needed to be healthy and feel good about myself! If asked, would recommend other try it?, my response would be heck yeah...youre worth it!

If someone ask me after 20+ years, what was the best thing happened to me, my answer would be FFF. Yes, it is Family, Friends & FITMO.I joined for the 20 – 6 weeks challenge and lost 30 lbs and never looked back. I am different person from then, ate healthy and stayed healthy.The coaches there are the best, they will become your Friends and Family too. I would like to thank my coaches, Marshall Martha, Strong Aurelie, Stamina Stephanie, Tall Tim, Fury Fahad and Daring Danny. At first I was really skeptical about Fitness in Motion. I saw it on a Facebook Ad randomly on my news feed and, since losing weight had been on my mind for a while, I decided to click it and see what it was about. After reading some reviews and learning a little bit more about the program I decided to go to one of the orientations for the 20lb 6 week weight loss challenge. I brought my Mum for support and for her opinion, too, and by the end of the seminar we were really impressed! So we signed up and I started soon after.I was nervous. Im 23 and not in the best shape, but was slowly working the pounds down on my own and doing okay. When I was younger I was bullied a lot about my appearance and weight, and lost several years of smiles and confidence because of it. I would hide behind baggy clothes and dark colors, but very slowly I learned to just be happy and be me! Still, even with overcoming some insecurities, my clothes still didnt fit that great. I got tired easily. I constantly worried about my health. I cringed every time I got on the scale (which wasnt often). Gyms really intimidated me. Occasionally I would try 24hr fitness but I just felt lost and stupid and way too scared to ask for help. The equipment was too professional looking and I didnt know anyone in such a big facility, and what usually ended up happening was a 10 minute run on the treadmill before I high tailed it back home feeling incredibly unsuccessful.Coming to FitMo really wasnt like that AT ALL. The most important thing to me was not that the work outs were easy and do-able - they werent! The most important thing to me was that I felt secure and comfortable BEING there. That if I needed help, I could ask! That if I didnt know how to do something, they would show me! That I wouldnt feel judged or stupid... or that I didnt want to come back. Granted, there were some leg days that seriously kicked my butt and I worried about driving home afterwards, but in the end it was all WORTH IT. I was in the best hands that I could possibly be in.The meal plan is kind of intense and its easy to want to cheat. You have to cut out a lot of crap youre probably used to eating, and for me that was one of the hardest parts - especially towards the end. But I did it! With the support of the team members and growing friendships of the challengers in my classes, I found the strength to keep going, both motivated for personal reasons and constantly pushed and helped by my fellow peers.The work outs are hard. Eating right is challenging! But the results, if you truly push yourself, are so incredible. In total with FitMo challenge I lost 22.4lbs and I couldnt be more proud! When my Mum came to the final weigh in everyone cheered for me and my Mum got teary eyed. That alone meant the world to me. I feel happy and excited about continuing my weight loss journey, empowered by the knowledge that FitMo has given me over the past 6 weeks.Thank you FitMo Family, from the bottom of my heart!!

I LOVE this place! The best and most inspiring fitness center Ive ever been to. More than anything, for me, its about the positive energy and good vibes in this place. The trainers are super nice and knowledgeable, which makes it that much more rewarding and the trainers ALWAYS know your name - even when theres many people in class. They make a genuine effort to get to know every single member, and the second you walk in the door, the energy is contagious. The workouts are REALLY CHALLENGING - and everything can be modified so that you challenge yourself, regardless of your level of athleticism. The staff is friendly and respectful, and the members are all very welcoming. The warm ups and workouts are awesome, and just adding this into my routine 3-5x a week has made a huge difference.You will find yourself looking forward to the classes, and they make it so simple to go with a wide range of times throughout the day.Managing my weight has always been an issue as I did not know how to eat healthy.After a visit to the doctor, I learned that my cholesterol is way too high and needed to make a lifestyle change.I did the 6 week challenge at Fitness and Motion, Ive lost 21.6 pounds and about four dress/jean sizes that makes me a happy camper.Thanks to Danny Short, Marta Regina Arato Hynan, Stephanie Perillo, Tim Welch, Aurélie Manière Malish, Fahad and everyone part of #Fitmo family for helping me to achieve it.I especially want to recognize and thank Marta. I just finished the 6 week challenge and all I can say is wow! I have lost 31 pound in 6 Weeks... Amazing is it but the truth is it was not easy.This is how it started, so my wife gets served an ad on Facebook and I get sent to fat camp!She tells me about this program called the 6-week challenge where you lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. I have battled with weight from past four years and have tried to lose it on my own with little to no success. This is the program for you if you are in a similar situation!Upon arriving at Fit MO I was very skeptical, however I know that if you want different results you have to do different things. They asked me to weigh in and I was classified as obese, that’s it I felt bad as I was never obese on scale. So I have decided and joinedWhen I started the program, I was honestly not confident. Not of their program, but of my ability to stay committed and dedicated to a program for 6 weeks. I told my wife that I would only lose 15 pounds max. She encouraged me saying that trying does not hurt and losing a pound is also goodThe classes that are held daily are called fit-camps and happen several times a day. They are roughly 45 minutes long and consist of mostly body weight exercises. Marta and Tim were my trainers for most of classes.I used to go to 5:50 AM classes and also Sunday classes. It was extremely motivating and fun. Every day was something new and it never got boring .I used to work out 6 days a week and Saturday is my rest day. I also used to do cardio for 45 min during the end of the day. This is not a regular work out session and it is a group activity and lots of fun. I love burpees...They are my fav.For me this is my first step for life style change and I would like to adopt it for rest of my life not to do for just for loosing weight.The trainers were fantastic as well. They all helped motivate and keep you on track, both on the nutritional plan and the workout plans. If you stick to what they give you, it will work for you! They give you the tools, you just need to stay dedicated and execute everything that they tell you. I love the way the meal plan was convenient and explained really well. They always are ready to give advices when you’re stuck and modify your exercises based on your abilities. I did not loose any pounds for a week and there is they helped me to change my cardio and food to a bit and I was back on track.I am very grateful for all the support and encouragement from the entire FITMO staff. I made many new friends that I will cherish forever. I would recommend this program 100% to anyone who is ready and willing to put in the hard work and dedication. I just completed the 6 week challenge and lost 22 pounds.Fitness and Motion was recommended to me by one of my friend. I attended the orientation and instantly i knew this was the right place for me.During the initial weigh-in,I learned how to plan my meals and was given handouts of all the details.As Danny mentioned, eating clean and healthy is the key - stick to the plan (STTP). We were required to post pics of our daily meals.Coaches, team members were all there to guide - like a family supporting each other. They will give suggestions on what you can order if you are at a restaurant, so that you can STTP.Week after week as i started seeing the results my trust in the whole process kept growing. Trust me its not easy - i committed to the program and got results.The workout are awesome and get your heart rate up and pumping.They constantly keep mixing up workouts which target different areas of the body.A Thanks to the coaches (Danny,Marta, Aurelie, Stephanie, John) for keeping me on my toes and all the motivation provided.The facilities are clean and great music choices for the fHiiT workouts.Most of the classes i attended were taken by Marta, man she really knows how to push to persons limit.Thanks Marta.Thank You FitMo team.

If you tried to lose the weight on your own and failed, maybe you should try out Fitness and Motion. The Fitmo Family has Great trainers that are there to motivate you, challenge you, and answer questions when needed. Think of them like a big brother or sister looking out for you and well being. Listen it is going to be hard the first 2 weeks, but your body starts to adapt to these changes, and coaches adjust things to keep your body on its toes. They dont ask you to do anything impossible, but they do ask you to give it your all. They do high intensity interval training, you get to use kettle bells, tires, and sledgehammers. You workout for 40 minutes a day, and your coaches will ask you do a little extra cardio. I lost 29.2 lbs while on this challenge. I went from 272.6 down to 243.4. I will be doing the challenge again along with their 6 week strength and endurance challenge. It was challenging yet fun. As long as you STTP (stick to the plan) and listen to your coach, you will lose the 20 lbs. Stay positive and have fun while you are there. FitMo has changed my life and my family. I no longer snore and I am able to keep up with the kids. I dont avoid the camera anymore. I have learned some important and positive habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and I have learned that I am more than capable of achieving my goals. FitMo has orientations and they tell you what they expect from you. What they asked was so small when compared to what they gave me. You cant go wrong.
