There are so good and the kids have a lot of fun! It just could be a little bit more affordable specially for being teach by a student coach. ;)

My 3 yr old son love and enjoyed coming here! Hes always excited. Ive seen a lot of improvement of him. When i took him to another gymnastics class just to try out the other moms were so impressed how good he was in jumping and following direction and thats when i noticed his improvement. We also love his coach Max who is very attentive and very nice.

I tried my kids in one class....the location is terrible. Tons of homeless right outside the door, the instructors had dirty socks, obviously the mats and equipment are not cleaned, the gym was so stuffy I could barely breath, I could smell it getting out of my car, and when I asked for a refund on the next month the had precharged me for they said no. Covid aside...the whole thing seemed gross and terrible customer service. No trial classes because of covid? I doubt thats the reason.

Cleanest gymnastics studio we have ever been in and coaches are friendly yet strict with kids which I think they need.

Update response:My review is honest and yes I was refunded, but all my statements are true. Also Erin left me a 2-3 minute voicemail harassing me. Want me to send it to you? Also I received an email telling me that my daughter was screamed at because of a safety concern which is completely false! I don’t spread lies, just the truth. You need better coaches and customer service. The Tuesday evening class at 5:30 we saw our daughter didn’t enjoy to come to class anymore. (She didn’t even want to walk in) We then sat and watched her class. The coaches do not direct the little ones, they treat it more like it’s punishment for them. They seem short tempered and show no patience for the little ones. Which if you have a toddler you’d know that you need lots of patience for little kids.I watched the two coaches scream my daughters name across the gym (where I can hear her name outside) and also carry her like a football because she didn’t understand what they wanted from her because THEY DO NOT teach/direct properly. She wasn’t sure where to go and instead of calling her to come they picked her up like a football and took her to the next event. Where she got yelled at more. Afterwards, they do not give any feedback at all about your child and they let the children out of the gated area without their shoes on to run loose near the street and they are not given an opportunity to put their shoes on. I also don’t see them signing kids out to their parents so anyone can take your child. My daughter also would go to the bathroom and I am still not sure if she washed her hands after but was made aware she sanitized with hand sanitizer. I don’t like I wasn’t aware she had to use the restroom on her own (almost 4 years old) because she has to undress to do so, and I’m not sure who took her.Parents are not allowed in the gym due to covid and it’s just alarming to me that anyone can take my daughter to the bathroom alone.I then brought all my concerns up to the manager Jo and the director Erin.Jo did not take it seriously and told me that is just their coaching style and said nothing will be done about it. Also shrugged off anything else I brought up.So, I had to go above her to Erin which seemed to be going well till I received an email letting me know that audrey was being yelled at due to safety concerns and that’s false because she wasn’t in danger. (I was there watching) If you read other reviews, you’ll see the poor teaching/ instructing they have for the little kid’s classes. I told her that she shouldn’t have the class at all if they aren’t going to even properly teach the little ones and yell at them instead. She laughed and said she’s not going to cancel a class because a couple parents feel the way I do. I let her know I think it’s very sad that they are trying to make extra money claiming to teach little kids when they don’t have the proper coaches to teach little kids. I also had to beg to get a refund and I did get one for the month so, if you find yourself in my shoes as well, I’d push for a refund. She also addressed my bathroom concerns. But claims she was taken by a girl instructor and she did wash her hands but i was also told by Jo she’s not sure who took her and if she washed her hands. So who knows.I am glad I was refunded and I hope no other parent wastes their time here.

Great coaches who all seem to have a good rapport with their kids. My little sister loves going and looks forward to it every week! Clean, friendly staff, and near a lot of places to eat!

Decent gymnastics, but very difficult to cancel and a completely unreasonable refund policy. Terrible communication, especially from Jo as she does not respond to emails.Update in response to owner:We emailed Jo on March 21 asking about logistics and classes missed due to COVID. No response was received. We tried to login to the account to remove our son from classes on June 7th, but the site was down. Requested a password reset but never got an email, so could not login to the account. Tried calling several times, but nobody picked up. Finally, emailed Jo again on June 10th to remove our son from classes. Expected that was sufficient to remove our son (or at least put it on hold).I understand your policy is clear, but it was unreasonable to expect us to jump through these hoops to cancel and refuse to communicate until it was too late. The team also exhibited poor understanding of COVID by refusing to offer any sort of credit to retain us as customers. A good business would have noticed we did not attend the first two classes back and would have reached out to understand why. That would have been the smart way to handle it as you need to understand there are people who want to keep coming but do not feel comfortable given the current state. You did not give us the option. Please reach out to us directly if you want to discuss further.

Horrible customer service!! After we had spoke so highly about them and got them 2 new students, I tried to cancel a class and the website was expired for over a week, called left a voicemail, no call back. E-mailed and was given instructions to go to the website as that is the only way to cancel a class. The website was still no working, sent screenshots and emailed back and forth past the date allowed to drop a class for the month and was told they would not refund the charge even though it was their fault & their website that was down. Extremely rude when emailing back and forth, will NOT recommend them or use this business ever again!
