Slammed extra lab tests without asking or making (Dr Dembo) me aware and sent the bill to me. And now I am stuck in loop between my insurance provider, the Lab bill and the Doctors office.If you call the Doctors office, only schedule appointments will be entertained. I am not able to get hold of anyone in billing & insurance line.So I called at scheduling (they picked up :D), and I was told they dont pick up the calls but they do listen to the voicemails and return your calls at their convenience.
