Very nice doctor and very helpful nurse. Sweet people really!

Best family doctor in town! Our family has been going for decades.

After signing up for a Health Net plan through CoveredCA I contacted Dr. Marquez office to verify he was taking new patients. The receptionist wasnt sure if they took my health plan. After checking with someone else in the office I was advised they did and I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment today I was told they did not accept my plan. I wasted 2 weeks waiting for the appointment. The staff needs to be trained to collect the right information to verify coverage.

I have been going to Dr. Marquez for years and my husband goes there as well. Ive been seen my his PA and by him and both are professional and never demeaning. His staff is wonderful and Ive NEVER seen the place a mess. Dr. Marquez has such a soft voice I can not imagine him raising it ever. Recently I was diagnosed with something that made me very upset and he was sweet and nice and calmed me down. He reassured me that it was not the end of the world (he was right). I am very fussy about my doctors and he is one of the best.

Trash doctor... constantly have to call them to follow up on perscriptions and tests ... one time took them months for a very important test. LOW IQ STAFF

Lady by the name of LUPE was extremely rude. I had called to request a refill, she stated they would fax it over to my pharmacy. I called my pharmacy they stated they have not recieved it. So I called Luis Marquez Drs office again to see whats going on. She stated she had faxed it over already. I told her I had this problem before with them and not with any other doctors and she told me that its up to me if I want to change to a different Doctor. Of she hates her job why does she work there. I probably wont be coming to that doctors office again. LUPE needs better training has bad customer service and a heavy accent. Such a shame because the doctor is a very good doctor.

Didnt even get the two referrals I asked for now over a month ago. Not my favorite experience.
