This place never answers their phone. Literally impossible to make an appointment. I even switched my Primary Care provider since this office is not dependable at all.

Drs. Saroki and Delgado are the best doctors in San Diego. You dont have to be Catholic to be a patient here, but the practice has a Catholic orientation, which some may find limiting. The staff, both clinical and administrative, is superb. While some may object to wait-times, patients care is never stinted, and this sometimes results in delays. The wait is worth it. I have received excellent treatment here for 20 years.

Crazy doctors here trying to impose their religious beliefs on you. I tried to get some blood work done and pretty much have to made up excuses just to get It done. Really disappointed on this doctors, they don’t get anything done and their “physical” only include to hear my breathing.. And I can’t forget to mention they don’t prescribe birth control or give vaccines because is against “their practice”, are we back on the 1900 or what?. Very disappointed on my insurance pointing me on this crazy people way.. A doctor should NEVER denied care on behalf of their own religious beliefs

I use to go to a health clinic and they were okay but the level of care i get with Dr. Saroki is much better. She is kind and very through when examining me. She also is very patient with me. I have a lot of problems but she takes the time to listen and advise me. The office has an aura of goodness and the staff is very nice and efficient.

I was impressed by the care I received at the office.This are real people no just some robots, receiving and discharging people without caring about them.The staff was nice and they helped me with the papers.The nurses were quick to help me drink the water that I needed for my ultrasound. I didnt have to wait. Dr Saroki was careful, asking about my history, and listening. I am grateful for the fact that she didnt dismiss my concerns, but she made everything to assure me I was fine. I received a lot of information about my health. Thank you all!

Dr. Saroki IS the best doctor I have ever had. She is very thorough and very caring. Always has a smile on her face. She found a problem with my husbands health that I dont think anyone else would have caught. Like I said, very thorough.

Really disappointing experiences with Dr. Saroki and her staff. Actually, it’s been downright awful. As soon as you walk in the door it’s a madhouse. Waiting room is tiny and the front desk staff is always totally clueless. The only reason we ended up here was our insurance changed and Dr. Saroki was the PCP listed on our new cards. Little did we know we would be requesting a change in PCP shortly after our first few visits.This is a Catholic practice which means they will NOT prescribe birth control among many other things they frown upon. I am disappointed that the insurance company would even refer to a place like this without letting the new patients know. The clinic room walls are covered in anti-abortion posters and religious paraphernalia.Unfortunately, the assistant Minerva seems extremely unqualified and always unprepared. She could not figure out how to use the scale, thermometer, blood pressure cuff. I had to look around to see if maybe I was on candid camera because she was acting so strange.Dr. Saroki’s “physical” that she gave me included a conversation and listening to my breathing. That’s it. No need to get in a gown, bloodwork, etc. it was bizarre and I felt like I got nothing from it. A few weeks later I went back due to a bad cold that I was worried may be a bacterial infection. After over an hour and a half I walked out of there with a prescription for some “magic mouthwash” that she had an assistant hand me. I asked if they called it in anywhere and they seemed baffled that doctor’s offices would actually do that. After another 30 minutes, the assistant came back and told me she couldn’t get ahold of any pharmacy and that I would have to call around to request it. After talking to several pharmacies that don’t carry that, someone told me to call a compound pharmacy because they would have to make it. Finally I got ahold of someone who told me it would be a few days, insurance doesn’t cover it and it would be about $200. For mouthwash! Thanks Dr. Saroki.Along with a couple of copays and countless hours of my life I’ll never get back, the frustration finally sent me over the edge to request a PCP change.Do yourself a favor and go to a PCP that offers everything, an evidenced based practice, no matter the religion.

I come from an extended family of doctors, and Dr. Karen Saroki is the best doctor Ive ever had. Everyone in my family is happy with her. I highly recommend Dr. Karen Saroki to anyone.
