I have been going to this Massage Heights for years now and they are very professional, every one of them super nice and friendly. They are understanding when there are personal issues or traffic issues that cause you to be a few minutes late, always compassionate. I have went to multiple massage therapists and every one of them has been excellent, which seems impossible but its true. The membership is the best because I can use the credits for anything I want, including my husband, a friends b-day, facials, 30 min to 120 min. They are full of grace, they truly care about your experience, and I receive superior services. Self-care is easy with Massage Heights.

Amazing service! I was in pain for weeks with a shoulder/back injury and it was starting to wear me out so I decided to get a massage. My therapist was Sam and he knew exactly where the knots were and how to get rid of my problem. Only wish I had booked for 120 minutes because the 60 min goes by quick! Very clean and relaxing environment.

The retreat is very clean and very relaxing. I have been a member for a year and a half (granted, with the pandemic, I couldnt go). I was so happy when clients were able to return. Love this place!!! I found the most amazing massage therapist here. If you get a massage each month get their membership as you get a bunch of perks and you can get random texts for specials on certain days. The quality of therapists is so much better than other places.

Threw my back out a week ago and was still having restricted movement and pain. Sam provided a deep tissue massage and worked out every single knot deep in my back and it was perfect. Everything I needed to regain my movement. Thanks Sam.

Jordan was my massage therapist and Annette was the front staff who signed me up. Jordan was passionate about his job, clearly took his work seriously and approached his techniques from a therapeutic standpoint (not just for relaxation).Annette was great at talking me through the membership options and I never felt like I was being pressured into joining. I love the add on options, i.e. facials, hot stones, and foot scrubs

I found this place through groupon. My massage was out of this world. Loretta definitely made me feel more relaxed. She was awesome! I would recommend to others.

We started going to massage heights last June. My husband and I did the intro massage because we both suffer back issues and bought memberships on the spot. The place is clean, peaceful, and the staff is really friendly. It took us a couple months to find our fave therapists, but, now that we have, we are so thankful for all the great service and what a difference going monthly has made in our health!

I always go here for facials and massages. Everyone is so talented and amazing. My favorite facial girl to go to is Jade Marvin! Not only does she make your face look great but she teaches you how to maintain it on your own! If you have major back pain like I do I always go see Valentina Hernandez and Tracie. They are both amazing as well as everyone else!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and go support a small, local business instead of this greedy massage chain. I should have done so! I was given a Groupon for a massage last year, use it. So they had my information. Sent me a coupon in the mail so naturally I booked an appointment and made sure to tell the girl that I had this coupon. She didnt say anything. Apparently in fine print on a two sided coupon it said for new customers so when I went in after receiving a one hour facial, I was told I cannot use it. Forced to pay full price (triple what I was expecting). I feel robbed, out smarted, and angry. Never again. This was supposed to be my new mommy relaxing treat turned into a very unhappy experience. Dont support this place! Update: the manager apologized for the negative experience and refunded to the amount of the coupon. Very professional management but will still not be supporting this business.

The massages here are pretty good, but the experience of paying for the massage is very uncomfortable. Ive been here twice and each time Ive felt pressure to get a membership or prepay for three months, etc. I know its their job to sell memberships, but its not done well and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. After Im all relaxed from a massage I really dont want a sales pitch or to feel manipulated. Even though I liked the massage, I will not go back because of this.

We decided to make an appointment for a couples massage to see if the reviews were right. In short, the reviews are accurate. This massage therapists are very good and the whole vibe is comfortable and welcoming. My appointment was with Jesse. He was able to work out all of the tight, painful knots in my back. Ive had many massages in the past, but that massage was the single best massage Ive had so far. My wife and I were so impressed with the quality and value of our experience. We even ended up purchasing a membership for monthly massages. Thats how much we absolutely love this place.

My husband and I came here today for a couples massage. My husband really enjoyed his massage, but unfortunately my therapist was not good. The massage was not good at all and I left in pain rather than relaxed. I am giving this location five stars because I was really impressed with the customer service and the way the situation was handled. Due to the fact that I had such a bad experience, they didn’t charge me or my husband for our massages and I was really impressed with that. Excellent customer service.

Have received two massages at this location and both have been terrific. Rose was my therapist and she does a great job and really takes pride in delivering a top notch massage. She took some detailed notes before and after my initial massage so when I returned a few days later, she knew the pressure I liked and also my preferences on terms of areas needing more or less attention.Venue is extremely clean and the staff that handles the phones and the check ins also do a great job. They are very polite and friendly. Looking froward to my next massage at the Black Mountain location.

Stumbled upon Massage Heights through Groupon. Mainly because I saw their original prices and was like 😳. So of course I went in on the Groupon deal. I enjoyed my massage so much I decided to look into the membership (was previously a member at Massage Envy) and found out they have fantastic benefits! So I joined. Initially for massages to help with migraine tension and multiple volleyball games a week. I started breaking out due to hormones and saw Jade for a facial. She was so educational and gentle with extractions. 4 facials later, and my face looks SO MUCH BETTER. Very happy to have stumbled upon this place. I definitely recommend!!

The rooms are perfectly lit with soothing music, includes aromatherapy and everything you need from hanging your clothes to setting your jewelry aside. Evan is awesome! Went in yesterday because my lower back locked up from too much exercise and throwing the kids around in the pool. I couldnt sit up straight or stand up straight. I was hunched over. Evan worked his magic and loosened up my muscles while educating me on what was going on and why. Today my back is back to normal and feels great! Evan and the whole team were great. Such a clean, relaxing environment with incredible people! Ill be back!

Everyone at Massage Heights Rancho Penasquitos is so professional and skilled--from the front desk staff to the massage therapists -- I have friends that see a few different therapists. My husband had been seeing Rachel for around six months, and raving about how much better his injured shoulder was before I made an appointment to see her too. I struggle with knee pain and Rachel quickly diagnosed and confirmed what a physical therapist had previously told me--that it was related to tight quad/hip muscles that pulled on the knee joint. She also identified tense areas in my hips and jaw, and outlined a plan that we can work on over coming months. Rachel is so good at finding and releasing tense muscles, and her easy rapport and sense of humor put me at ease quickly. I signed up for a year-long contract and enjoy going every month! This is a top-notch business, run with efficiency and genuine care for its patrons.

There is a light-hearted feeling when you walk in the doors of this place that lets you know you will be treated well. I have been massaging for over 4 years and have worked at different spas, but none of the spas come close to matching this place. All of the minor details are thought of as, how would I want this to go if I were the one receiving massage? Come on in and see for yourself. Markus is one of the best therapists in the area for sports massage. He combines stretching with trigger point therapy. My lower back and legs still feel amazing 48 hours later! Ill be back!

Had two great massages from the Black Mountain location. Service is always excellent and they are not pushy with the whole membership thing. I am big on having my freedom from monthly payments and the owner really understands that. This is why I will come back to a place like this because they put their customer wants above the business wants. Keep up the good work. In a world where businesses are really annoying with trying to get survey information from you, this place seems to chill with all that and they should. I am coming for an oasis away from the business world hype, to chill out and get my muscles maintained.

He has extensive experience on sports injuries and no afraid to go deep. I had several knots on my neck and shoulder and he makes them go away.

The wife surprised me with an amazing couples massage at this massage heights for my birthday and it was the best present I received. We were welcomed into the new facility (which is a peaceful getaway environment) by very hospitable staff.We talked over areas of focus with the massage therapists and then entered the sanctuary that was the two table room. Aroma therapy and hot stone treatment were pleasant additions and the hour we had on the table was refreshing, invigorating and rejuvenating.I even used the restroom and the environment was intentional and calming!On exit the staff ensured we were hydrated and encouraged us to plan our next visit!We will be back for sure. This place is amazing! What I like best is they really listen and focus on the areas I really feel are bothering me. I went in with a few pains and when my massage was done I walked out feeling so much better. The hot stones were a great addition, they really helped get those spots that were tender and tight from pain. I will never have another massages without them!! Very professional staff from the front desk, Sherri to the two therapist Rachel and Nikki that have worked with me. Both Rachel & Nikki took the time to understand my activity and where my areas of concern were. Afterwards they provided suggestions for me to address these areas. Great customer care and service. The facility is very clean and professional, far above the competition. At 46, going to the gym, mountain biking and softball take a toll on the body. Routine massages have assisted my body in its recovery and a plus is spending this relaxing therapeutic time with my wife.

I cant tell whether my experience was a result of malice or pure incompetence, and its disheartening to see so many 5 star reviews for this place because it tells me that my bad experience was perhaps an anomaly?I went here for a massage since my regular therapist was on an extended leave. After my first massage, I bought one of their 3 pack deals. 2 out of the 4 times I got a massage here, I was cut off earlier than the therapist was supposed to cut me off. Also, I know I have been spoiled by my regular therapist, but the quality these guys offer do not even come close to my prior experiences with her. On my last appointment, I made it very clear to the gentleman over the phone that I had a 90 minute massage left and wanted to use it. I told him he was free to pick the time for me in the evening as I was flexible. He picks the time at 8:15, the therapist doesnt start working on me until 8:20, and then at 9:10 Im told my session is over. Firstly, I didnt even get the full hour, and I had asked for 90 minutes. They respond with, well we actually close at 9, but we can schedule a half hour for you. What the heck is 30 minutes gonna do for me? After being rear ended by 2 cars, I need comprehensive therapy sessions, and they should have known this because they ask you why you want to get massages on their intake form in your first session. I dont understand what the point is to ask people this, if theyre not going to use that information to help their customers? Oh well, its a lesson learned for me as I will not go back to this place or any other franchise massage places. Youre essentially getting a Burger King form of massage here.

I had a 90 minute hot stone from Becky L. She was absolutely amazing. I find it can be hard to really relax during a message and I did. She did nice long relaxing strokes. I did not want it to end. I had low expectations for a chain massage studio, and heard from friends who have had memberships at other chain massage studios about the difficulties in booking and finding consistently good massages at chains.I had no idea that by going to Massage Heights Rancho Penasquitos that my hesitations about massage memberships would be completed erased! I highly recommend Nikki and Scott if you like deep pressure massages. If you dont, the receptionist told me that this studio has 15 therapists! With those odds, you are bound to find someone right for you!Something else that stood out to me is that the staff told me that they are treated fairly here and honestly that sealed the deal for me because I love to support businesses that treat their employees well!
