I went in shaking in fear from a previous bad Brazilian Wax experience at a local waxing place. But let me tell you, Sierra really took care of me!! The waxing was almost painless!! I could not believe it was that painless. I would never go anywhere else for waxing. Best waxing experience ever.

I love this place! I don’t religiously get Brazilians, however I get them maybe once or twice a year. For the past couple years I have come to Natura. I love their sugar melt technique- it’s something very unique and more comfortable than any other waxes/sugaring I’ve had in the past. I’ve been waxed by a few different technicians and all have been great experiences. Today I got waxed by someone (I don’t remember her name) and she was super sweet- there was just a lot of hair left that I didn’t notice until she left the room. I told the receptionist (who I think was the owner or manager) and she insisted on having it fixed. She had someone else, Viviane remove the excess hair and she was amazing! It was so comfortable also, almost painless!! I will keep coming to this place for the customer service and overall great technicians.

I’ve been going to Natura for Brazilian sugar waxing and eyebrows/lip wax for some time. They’re quick, pain free, friendly and easy to schedule with. Today, I went for a facial since they had a Black Friday deal and it was such a treat, so relaxing and a wonderful treatment. Elizabeth is my gal and she’s great every time!

Love the new updates to the PB location! Feels like a new salon entirely. Prior to the covid shut down and remodel, I had been coming to this location for about 6 months or so. Came back super hairy in need of a wax. My skin has been super congested as I work in a restaurant and wear a mask around 8 hours a day.Booked a Brazilian and a deep pore cleansing facial with Elizabeth. Amazing and highly skilled when it came to the wax. She was so good about keeping a conversation with me while letting me know when to take a deep breath out in order to make the waxing as comfortable as possible, which I super appreciate.The facial was equally as amazing. Everything looked very clean and tidy as I was getting ready with really soothing ambient in the background. I felt comfortable as Elizabeth would explain what products and next steps she would take prior to doing them and applying them to my face. A firm yet gentle touch even when it came to the extractions. It felt really satisfying to take a look at my glowing skin after the facial was down.10/10 would really recommend trying out either the waxing or facials here. Im sure the other services are great as well but have not tried them myself.

Coming to Natura and booking with Samantha was the best decision I could have made! I will never go anywhere else because of how amazing Samantha was and the level of care and quality I received. After a long time quarantining and being hairy, Sam essentially waxed me from my torso, all the way down and was incredibly attentive, professional, and SO detailed! Having some breakage is normal when it’s your first time, or first time in a while, but Samantha really took her time with me and this is the most perfect wax/sugaring I’ve ever received! Hands down! The salon is impeccably clean and the environment on top of how amazing my esthetician was, allowed for an incredibly comfortable experience! I can’t wait to go back.

Madison was amazing. It was my first time and I was very afraid and definitely a wimp about the pain but she was kind and funny, told me what to expect in advance and tried to distract me by keeping me engaged in conversation. It was also super clean and they were punctual about the appointment. Would definitely recommend this place!

Ive been getting Brazilian waxes for almost 10 years, and this was the most painless wax Ive ever had. Im not saying it was pain free (if someone invents a pain free method of waxing, the world will be a much better place), but it was definitely less painful than any other place Ive been to. They have hard wax, soft wax, and sugar wax, but my esthetician only used sugar wax on me. Sugar wax is just sugar and water, so its safe for your skin and makes clean-up very easy- any residue comes off with water.The wax is only $35 for your first visit.

Erika is the best for waxing and facials! I’ve also gotten waxed from three other girls (Carmen-no longer there, Vivianne, and Liz) and they have all been great and got me looking my best. & the eyebrow threading by Shiva gets me compliments every time :)

The Natura Spa in Pacific beach is the only spa I go to. The receptionist Chelsea greeted me a great smile and very friendly. She told me to take seat and wait for Viva. 30 seconds later I was called by Viva. Very punctual and friendly. Viva was very engaging in conversation which put me at ease. I was there for a back and shoulder wax. Im not lying, Viva was done in no time. 10 minutes tops. No pain. Shes a true professional. Its kind of embarrassing to have my back mans caped but Viva made feel very comfortable. Fantastic job!

I got a spray tan here back in June. They were so nice on the phone about booking with Groupon. I was in the market for a new studio and had found them through a friend. I am pretty fair skinned but I spray tan so well. I asked to go as dark as possible and the tech just nodded and proceeded to do the tan. I dont know if they only have one color of if they underestimated what I wanted. I had no color. NONE. I waited 14 hours to rinse off and nothing developed. The studio I used to go to uses the same Norvell products so I know it works with my skin. I emailed asking for some help before posting my review but nobody got back to me so heres my honest opinion.

This is by far the best place to get waxed in the US!!! I would give 7 stars if I could. The owner and most girls who work there are from Brazil and they do a great job waxing any part of your body. The wax is super high quality and they offer soft and hard waxes! Ive been waxing since I was 15 years old and in order to achieve the best result getting all the hair removed, you have to use both types of waxes. The place is very clean, people are friendly, and the prices are great! If you havent been to Natura Waxing Lounge you should make an appointment to get a Brazilian wax today! You will feel sexy and fall in love with this place.

This place is wonderful! I have never had a Brazilian wax before, but the staff made me feel so comfortable. Stephanie made the whole process for me a breeze. She talked me through every step and made me feel at ease. They use 2 types of waxes for the different areas that are covered with the Brazilian, a soft wax- a family made sugar wax- and a hard wax, so I felt as if they were customizing my experience. Stephanies professionalism and friendliness was great! I will come to her every time and recommend this salon to everyone. The place is super cute and very clean. Plus, I love that it is a family owned business. Anyone who hasnt had a Brazilian before should come to this place! I love it!

I came in today to get a Brazilian after finding a groupon. I’ll definitely be coming back! My waxer’s name was Elizabeth and she was really nice and explained the different types of wax they use. I think it’s really interesting they use different types of wax during the one service depending on area/skin/hair type. Pretty cool !

Ive been going to Natura for a couple years now and it is the ONLY waxing place I trust. Carmen is THE BEST!!!! She is quick, professional, and makes the waxing experience as pleasant as possible. I appreciate their wide variety of waxes and weve found the perfect kind to use on my super sensitive skin (sugar wax and then hard wax). Ive had so many bad waxing experiences but not a single negative one here in the years that Ive been faithfully going.

If you decide to go here just hope that nothing goes wrong. I went in for a full face wax and I had some skin ripped off. I called them immediately after the swelling and redness went down and I noticed it. They requested some pictures to be emailed to them, which I sent right away. I didnt hear from them. The next day, I decided to take more pictures of what was now scabs and email them. Again, nothing; not an email or phone call. Because of their bad service and business ethics I will not return or recommend anyone to go there.

I had a service today with Liz at the Pacific beach, Liz was professional and friendly and quick.. I felt the room could of been more welcoming, no mirror to see the service afterwards, I felt the room could of been cleaner, other than that I was very please with the service and the ladys were nice.

Called the morning of with multiple areas to get done before my wedding - The receptionist was really easy to plan my appt with and very accomodating! I had Elizabeth who was great! I also appreciate that they have different waxes available (soft, hard, strip) because each works in a different way! And they told me it would all be an hour and a half and their prediction was completely accurate! Will definitely go back!

The process was so fast and easy, this was a great experience. I loved the creamy soft wax that was used, it was practically painless. Yarik was amazing, made me feel comfortable, and I learned a few things from talking with her.

I came here in a pinch when my regular waxing place was closed on a Monday. The aesthetician had to take twice as many passes as the gal at my regular waxing salon to get the job done, and it was not pleasant. Other than that, the location was convenient and there was plenty of street parking.

I had the most pleasant experience! I came in for two waxing services (upper lip and brazilian), which in my opinion are two of the most uncomfortable things. I was amazed at how Maria made me feel totally at ease. She was super detailed, very knowledgable and down right amazing! I felt very little discomfort and am very impressed with the end results. No redness and no irritation. Love Maria and this spa!

I went to Natura Spa because a friend recommended. First the lady on the desk said she was going to owner the Groupon price, until there was fine, until my husband go to his appointment after he is inside the lady that does the waxing came back saying that instead $35 it would be plus $59 because he was doing his belly and back, so he paid $94, fair enough. Unfortunately the work was half away done, the lady supposed to do the wax apparently dont have any experience and left half of his hair, and he had to finish the work at home by shaving. VERY DISAPPOINTED. my husband said that she didn’t do a good job and she answered back saying that the hair was too long. Seriously?! She was more worried in showing selfies to her co workers in the front desk so she could send for somebody and they were all laughing and giggling .. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Too bad I didn’t get that person name. Hopefully nobody has to go thru this. My husband and I we are not going back there again terrible customer service. I hope it was because the manager or the boss wasn’t there.. because your guys employees are going to make you loose business. If you paid $94 dollar shouldn’t be any question about the work done. So make sure if you go there you go for someone with experience so you dont have to feel like you just throw your money in the toilet and flashed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I am visiting San Diego for work and I called to get a last minute appt. the staff was very helpful in booking that . If you’re a first time guest you can get a Facebook code to get a discount on your Brazilian wax. It’s a convenient location and free parking is available on the street nearby. The wax environment was clean and sanitary. Viviane was very knowledgeable on her craft and did a great job removing all the hair and educating me on ingrown hairs and the best body positions for waxing.The wax I received wasn’t as painful as others I’ve gotten and they used three kinds of wax for the diff parts of your private area and the sensitivity associated with them. I was thoroughly impressed bc I wax often and in many different cities and this has been one of my best experiences ever. If you want a very thorough and less painful wax experience with client education included, definitely come here ! Ask for Viviane !

Every single associate in at the time I came in was pleasent, engaging, informative and made my first time so relaxing and reassuring. I will definitely be back for my second brazilian appt. Im not sure if all the hair is suppose to be taken off the first time but what was left I was able to remove with twizzers and it was all good.
