The customer service was good however the waxing job wasnt done well. There were still pieces of wax left on the skin and it took much longer than normally session lasts.

I had a really pleasant experience after I found a Groupon for this salon! I talked to Janina and was able to get the Groupon price, even though it was after the Groupon ended. She also saved me the hassle of buying the Groupon online and said she would honor the price in the store.I had a brazilian wax and she was very quick, when she was done I noticed a little patch that still had some hair and she was very pleasant about fixing it for me. I would definitely go back again!
