He came 5 minutes late with no apology or communication and then lectured me on how he was running out of time as I was trying to describe my sports injuries prior to a massage. He was rude and said you look uncomfortable. We dont have to do this. Please leave. He did make me very uncomfortable, communicates poorly and was unprofessional. Covid19 causes stress for everyone and I hope that professionals can get into a healthy head space before trying to provide services to clients!

My sister has been here when she has vacationed in the area. There is a closer one to where I am staying at but my sister said she prefers this one. I liked my massage overall and for me I needed 90 mins which is what I booked. I do wish there was more deep tissue work and yes I did ask and was assured the therapist does light all the way to deep tissue. It’s the first time where the therapist stopped a massage because the time ended (timer on an iPad they use) even though one arm and hand got done and the other didn’t.

Massage Envy has friendly staff and well qualified therapist. The location is nice and in a good spot too! Membership prices are reasonable for what you get. The only thing I am not a big fan of is the year long contract should you choose a membership. I believe you can cancel however if you move more than 25 miles away from a location.

Im currently a member and so over it and extremely happy that I this is my last month with them! The 2 times I scheduled a couples massage they both were cancelled due to staffing issues. It wasnt such a big deal the first time as they said they would add an extra 30 mins to our session for the inconvenience. Yeah, that never happened. When we finally got an appointment for our massages apparently no one had any idea that an extra 30 minutes were supposed to be added to our session. I had another couples massage scheduled for tomorrow and that just got cancelled as well!! Extremely irritated with this place right now. Dont waste your time booking a massage here, itll just get cancelled.

Never do reviews. First timer here. But this place is a joke. $100 for a massage that’s supposed to be 60 minutes. It’s 50 in reality bc they charge you for changing. Will never return.$100 for a 50 minutes massage. GTFO.No complaints about the actual masseuse, just the business model and exuberant pricing.

Today I had another amazing massage from Vanessa!!I definitely recommend a 90 minute massage. Youll be floating out of there just like I did today!

Was a subscription member for over 10 years, the exit wasnt pretty. Plenty of quality massage businesses in PB, especially in the CBD massage industry. Check them out first.

I dont know how massage envy got A therapist like jackee but what an amazing massage. I walked in with a head ache and a sore neck. When i left my headache was gone and 3 days later i still feel great. I booked once a week for the next month.

Not a fan. Cant a person just get a massage without subscribing? Too bad, because I really want one....and yet everytime I go in...I am reminded how expensive and silly it is to have a membership. No thanks, I will go to a competitor and get a massage when I need it.
