I’m super thankful that there’s this office around my neighborhood. I developed a pain over the weekend so I searched for an ear doctor. I called and luckily they were able to get me in right away.Dr Driskill and his staff were all very nice and they took care of my ear issue very quickly. I wish all doctor visits were this convenient.

Dr. Driskell and his team are PHENOMENAL! Doctor does great work, provides excellent instruction, and takes the time to get to know his patients. I recently went in for a follow up 6 months after surgery and they addressed my concern on the spot. Being in the medical field myself, Dr. Driskell took the time to explain exactly what and why he was doing a given procedure. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an awesome ENT!

From the first call I made to inquire about an appointment to walking out of the door after my appointment, every single person in Dr. Driskills office gave exemplary service! The security guard in front of the office even greeted me and offered directions! I told them service such as this is a rarity these days and I truly appreciate their friendly approach, competent skills in listening and offering suggestions, and the development of a treatment plan. No one was rushed or distracted, but very efficiently assessing what I was reporting. My prescription was called in and ready before I even returned home. The imaging center called me to schedule an appointment for a prescribed scan. A follow up appointment was made and I feel confident that my issues will be resolved. I highly recommend Dr. Driskill and his amazing staff!

The receptionists, nurses and doctors are very courteous, professional and likeable. Dr. Driskil has the demeanor of an old friend with a highly professional attitude.

I was very pleased with the office staff and their clean office, professional, had a short waiting time. I was able to get my appointment within 5 days of calling which is rare for a specialist. Dr. Driskill was great not rushed during my appointment listening to all my issues and very empathetic. His assistant Stacy was knowledgeable she explained the process of the ear testing putting me at ease. I will make this Doctor my forever ENT!

After meeting Dr. Driskill and his team I can wholeheartedly say that some of the reviews here are completely unwarranted.Dr. Driskill is highly intelligent, personable, and professional! It was one of the most enjoyable introductions to a brand new doctor I’ve ever had. This was my first visit and surely will not be my last.If you’re read this, thanks again doc!!

Dr. Driskills office scammed me. They claimed they received pre-authorization for my nasal surgery with my insurance provider. Come to find out - they didnt, and my insurance provider is claiming the surgery was not medically necessary, despite being told otherwise by Dr. Driskill, and also despite not being able to breathe out of my nose. To make matters worse, Dr. Driskills office required that I pay my full year deductible up front prior to the surgery (this should have been a red flag). Now that the claim has processed, and my responsibility was much less than the deductible I paid, Dr. Driskills office is refusing to refund me the balance until they complete a peer-to-peer review with my insurance provider. Currently they owe me about $700, and to withhold a refund during a pandemic is unconscionable when people are already struggling. Its not my fault Dr. Driskill did not receive the proper pre-authorization for my surgery, and now, almost a year later of multiple appeals, grievances, and complaints, I feel like I needed to write this review. Bottom line, take your ENT needs elsewhere!!!

Dr. Driskill helped with an ear issue I had been dealing with for a little while now. Both he and his staff were friendly and professional and had me in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any related issues.

I was very happy with Dr Driskill and his staff. After flying with a cold, I developed a painful ear infection. The office got me an appointment for the next day. And Dr Driskill took care of the issue. Dr Driskill had a thoughtful and caring demeanor.

The parking at this facility is a joke, they advertise a discounted price for parking if you are in and out by a specific time however they will still try and charge you full price. Please be careful when parking here and make sure to read the signs or they will try to rip you off.

When I called and made the appointment, I was told that I could see the doctor on Tuesday but have to make another appointment the next day for a hearing test. When I came in Tuesday they told me that I didn’t have an appointment and couldn’t see me. Not only did they cancel the appointment without telling me but the receptionist was very rude and unaccommodating. I ended up cancelling my appointment for Wednesday and will never go back.
