I have no issues with my Doctor or the therapist I have used through TMS, but the staff that handles the calls is horrible. More than once a medication wasn’t called in to my pharmacy, and I was told that not only will I have to wait until my next appointment but that they wouldn’t even send my psychiatrist a message to let him know because it’s against policy. This left me in a situation where I had to go without my depression medication until I talked to my psychiatrist. Thankfully that was only a day but if it had been any longer I would have been going through severe withdrawals and they acted like they didn’t care. This is either the worst policy I have ever heard of and/or the staff is just too lazy to do their job; either way I won’t ever deal with them again directly.Since this incident, I can message my psychiatrist directly if there are any issues. Just be careful that you don’t have to depend on the staff to help you out with any medication issues etc...because they won’t! The staff and policy deserve 0 stars...I’m only giving 2 due to the great relationship I have with Dr. Allen.

Ive had the honor of knowing Dr. Botkiss both personally and professionally. Dr. Botkiss is professional and caring giving every person he comes into contact with the highest level of care and respect. Ive had the honor to watch Dr. Botkiss first hand show tremendous care and compassion for his patients. He is a fabulous doctor and colleague and I highly recommend him to anybody seeking healthcare so much so that I always refer my own family and friends to him when needed. He sure is one-of-a-kind in his specialty and hands down he is one of the best!

I highly recommend this treatment for anyone who has struggled with depression and anxiety. Dr. Botkiss and his staff are both professional and compassionate. After many stays at the hospital and other intense treatments this was the one that turned my life around.

We came to Dr. Botkiss’s office for TMS treatment for his severe depression. Maribel & Dr. Botkiss were wonderful and the treatment was incredibly effective in relieving his depression More so than any of the medication we have tried and with absolutely no negative side effects.

Dr. Botkiss has a state of the art TMS center in Del Mar Heights. Dr. B always takes the time to make sure his patients are comfortable as well as informed about their TMS treatments. His staff are patient, personable and knowledgeable.
