I had laser treatment done to my face and hands serval years ago and the results are still excellent. My husband had Dr Ross do a laser treatment to his scalp ...to correct what was done by another doctor. The results turned out better than we expected. I have sent several of my friends and family members to Dr. Ross and they have been very happy with his professionalism and excellent skills.

I had laser done on my face a year ago for some really stubborn brown spots. It did the trick! The staff is thorough and kind. The doctor knows his craft and does good work.

This Doctor....beware! He put filler in my face that never disolved and I needed to go to a specialist to have a special treatment to take the puffiness away,He also said it was not filler after I had 4 doctors look at the disc and MRI with contrast and say that it definitely was filler. The treatment was not covered by insurance and expensive. He refuses to reimburse me for the cost. Just sharing my horiffic experience with this Doctor. Go elsewhere and read reviews to be cautious! He pulled the same thing with me as the patient below with saying he has pictures and I had the puffiness before. It that old ...Oh I have a picture trick! Must use it quite often!

Best laser Doctor. I used to see him when I was in the military for razor bumps, I found him and now receive treatments again. He literally wrote the book on laser hair removal. I have dark skin and hes the only Dr. I trust to do the procedure right.

Dr. Ross ruined my face. He overfilled my eyes and then refused to fix. I went back to him to let him know my eyes felt funny and very tight because he noticeably over injected​.​ He refused to listen to me, was rude, made feel horrible and I left in tears. The nurse hugged me and said sorry after he left the office. I have seen several other doctors and all said he overfilled in the wrong area and that the color is white due to it being injected too close to the surface. I went back a second time and he was even worse. He brought in a photo of me saying it was taken before the injection when it was the photo after the injection. I remember because​ of what I was wearing. ​He again lied and said he didnt inject in the area I was concerned. I tried to show him photos a couple months prior to his injections and he refused to look at them. He said he well documented the area, but didnt bring my chart for our consultation. He should have his license revoked for lying. Now, I have to pay a lot of money to have another doctor fix his mess. He should never be able to do any cosmetic procedures.
