The doctor and staff are so patient. The hygienist (Angelica) was gentle and wonderful. Lisa (and other front desk staff) and Cruz (asst) are also fantastic customer service providers.

Once again wonderful for my 2 kids. Hygienist and Dentist are amazing with both of my young kids and make the experience wonderful for them. This is why we travel so far and pay to come here instead of going to a closer place that accepts our insurance. Alvarado Dental and their pediatric team are VERY worth it! Thank you so much!

I brought my son in to establish care and the staff was great from the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and dentist. My son has had a traumatic experience at the super dentist to the point where I would have to hold him down. Alvarado Dental Group made sure that my son was comfortable and he did so well. We LOVE Alvarado Dental Group! Dr. Mahmood is incredible with my daughters; patient and kind and really takes the time to explain everything to them, and to me. She makes them feel very comfortable. Our dental hygienists have been equally as wonderful and patient, making oral hygiene fun for the kids. My husband and I also receive care from Dr. Najim and he is very kind and genuine. Ive been to other dentists in San Diego and Alvarado Dental Group is very fair with their pricing as well. We have been VERY pleased with all the staff and service here. Dr. Najm and the entire staff at Alvarado Dental are hands down the best. Being new to San Diego, I was worried about finding a good clinic to go to. Best dentist Ive ever been to. I started going to them when I lived near SDSU and I still come to them now even though its a bit inconvenient to get there, because the service is that good. I went to this practice as a new patient . The first thing you notice when you walk in is the warm and friendly atmosphere . The staff is also very friendly . Once I filled out my paperwork they quickly brought me back.The two doctors that were there are very knowledgeable and through. I will be returning every 6 months for my regular cleaning. I was happy when they told me they also have a children’s specialist coming every week so I had my sister schedule an appointment for my niece .

My search for my sons dentist is over. Dr. Mahmood is so kind and patient to my son, and bless her heart my son was a screamer. I love Alvarado Dental Group. Dr. Najm & Dr. Truska are phenomenal dentists. They are so friendly, they take the time to talk with you about any issues youre having (pain, grinding, snoring, etc.), are up to date on the latest research and technology, and can fill a cavity absolutely painlessly. Everyone at the office is so awesome and helpful - I have never had an issue with getting (or changing - it happens) an appointment. My family actually looks forward to going to the dentist, which I think is pretty rare. Wish I could give more than five stars, ADG knocks it out of the park.
