Such a cool dental office! The staff is super nice. My friend Traci has been going to them for over 20 years. Now I know why! Margo is not only kind and gentle but very caring as well. I dont know anybody that likes to have to experience going to the dentist, but if you have to, this is a great place to be taken care of with respect, courtesy and kindness!

I recently wrapped up my Accel Aligner teeth realignment therapy (Dr. Haldys version of Invisalign) and am very very happy with the results! The cost and finished product are top of the line and Im ecstatic that I finally pulled the trigger and did this for myself. I was able to cut down my 16 week treatment plan into 8 weeks by staying on top of my aligners and making sure I was wearing them for the recommend amount of time each day. If youre looking to fix that tooth that isnt quite where its supposed to be and dont want to go through the traditional braces route or spend more money than you need to on other brands, check out Dr. Haldys product.

I recently met Dr. Haldy and his staff due to insurance switch. Office was super tidy and clean (so important), and he was super chill and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve always been anxious to visit the dentist, but I must say, he and his staff made my visit very, very pleasant. His main assistant helped with some work I needed to have done...and I truly believe she’s the best I’ve ever let into my mouth! I think she mentioned she’s been working with doctor for many years... and I can tell she is a super pro. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this amazing staff 👍🏽

They always try to upsell something you dont really need, but miss the real issues. I made an appointment for toothache, and they insisted to do the deep cleaning and put useless antibiotics that is not covered by insurance. After I switched dentist, my current dentist told me it was a cavity overlooked by them for years, and it was getting deep and causes pain.I also have a crown made by them that would not stay in place. Wish they could treat people just a little bit nicer but not causes pain.They also like to over charge you. For crown work, they would over charge your insurance and your money out of pocket and refuse give any explanation when asked. I was charged a thousand, which it should not because my co-pay should be only like $200-300.Doctor was not really doing his job and asked his assistant to do the most parts, but she does not qualify for these tasks and often mess up the procedures. Do you self a favor, it may be ok to do some cleaning and routine work, but if you have some real teeth related issues, find someone else.

Hi everyone, I have been going to this place for years. They treat me wonderful and understand that I have major anxiety when Im at the dentist. Dr. Haldy is a wonderful caring doctor. He does a great job and his staff is amazing.Margo always takes care of me and treats me with respect.I will never go to anyone else when it comes to dental work. Staff here are super unfriendly and unhelpful. They have a scolding type attitude. The dentist seems nice and had to correct some of the staff after giving me bad advice. Also they are located in a building that looks damp and dilapidated.

Ive been going to Dr. Haldy for at least 10 years. They are very nice, efficient, I dont usually wait more than 5 minutes for my appt. I like Dr Haldy because he is conservative and doesnt do extra work just to rack up the bill. The hygenists are great. Ive never had a problem with billing. his rates are good too. I dont go to the dentist to chit chat so if the receptionist isnt super friendly it doesnt bother me. Shes pretty busy from what I can see.

Unprofessional dentists, they leave you in uncomfortable positions, walk out of the room for a tool and dont come back for 10 minutes. Receptionist does not answer questions and is rude. No messaging regarding COVID -19, just didnt return phone calls. I had 3 appointments with them in 2019, never going again.

If you have dental insurance, beware of additional charges, lab fees. I was given an estimate totaling $1000.00 over and above $400.00 co-pays. May as well go elsewhere and pay full price, who needs dental insurance through their employer?Thank goodness there are other dentists who actually charge the co-pays only with NO ADDITIONAL FEES/LAB FEES AND GIVE YOU OPTIONS! This place does NOT!Check with other dentists who are in the insurance network that you have that follow the account code/fee schedule more closely without adding hundreds or thousands of dollars to the bill.At Clairemont Family Dental the problem is no one went over these fees and additional lab fees with me until the day prior to my scheduled appointment. And only because I insisted on knowing the total cost.Rude nasty, scratchy voiced, unprofessional woman named Elise who acted exasperated when I told her I did not want to pay $1000.00 in additional fees over and above my co-pays.I had a crown from Dr. Haldy, digital, that was under $200.00 with my employers prior insurance. However, it had complications and did not fit correctly to they had to completely re-do it in March of 2019. They admitted fault that the technician did not fit it properly and did not take an ex-ray after the crown was digitally fitted.I am so sorry that I recommended Clairemont Family Dental to my Co-Workers when we all had insurance they would work with.Because of a bad fitting crown and prices not covered as a provider of Concordia I retract every recommendation I gave about Dr. Haldy and Clairmont Family Dental. Do yourself a favor save yourself frustration and stay away from this dentist.

I had the same problem with them adding on fees for work that was supposed to be covered by the insurance. WARNING they will scam you of your money!

They not only know what they are doing but they care for getting you taken care the right away. Loved the experience.

Dr. Haldy missed two small cavities, and wanted to fill a large cavity for $1800 through my insurance and my portion would be about $900. I went to another dentist who charged me about $700. To fill the large one and two small cavities without insurance.
