What an outstanding experience Ive had at this practice. If youre concerned at all about going to a dentist during Covid, dont worry if youre going there. They are taking absolutely every single precaution imaginable. I felt more than safe. I just had the best cleaning that Ive ever had in my 46 years by Valeria and my examination by Dr. Pamela McPherson was outstanding. She was compassionate, calm, thorough and helped me put a plan together. I am so very grateful for this practice.

Dr. MacPherson and the entire team create a safe, friendly and comfortable experience for patients. The team doesn’t turnover like other dental offices. There isn’t a sales mode here either. And the discount plan is the way to go for regular cleanings and x-rays!

I always have a good experience in this dental office. The teeth cleanings are excellent. And I have been very happy with work done on my teeth. Personnel are pleasant and helpful.I travel and hour driving to get to this office and an hour back--time I consider well spent.

Dr. MacPherson and her team of professionals are just in a word..FANTASTIC! I have a few issues with some crowns that were done years ago. Dr. MacPherson was very kind and helpful in evaluating my needs. I feel VERY confident knowing that my teeth are in the hands of Dr. MacPherson. I would also like to mention her staff, from Ashley to Victoria and Amber...just a group of super nice people!One note on my teeth cleaning...We all just “Love” to get our teeth cleaned right?! 😆It’s a necessity; if we want to have healthy gums and teeth! Valeria made the whole process of cleaning my teeth 🦷 a breeze.In a few words... kindness, caring and very professional. I now can look forward to my next cleaning, knowing that I am in the good hands of Valeria. Thank-you for doing such a GREAT job.

Dr Mac Pherson and her staff are gentle, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her office to anyone I hear talking about their dental needs. She is also the best dentist at giving shots that you will ever meet. Painless and fast. If you have ever had a problem getting numb in the past she will fix that problem also. Once you go there you will never have to look for another dentist again.

I had to pay thousands of dollars upfront. Results are extremely poor with complications causing me pain and suffering every minute. Doctor is not giving money back so I can have job redone. I was referred for unnecessary expensive outside consultations only to learn what I already had known because the doctor would refuse to provide services if I wont see the specialist. Ended up with more problems that I had before the treatment.

Dr. MacPherson and her wonderful staff are fantastic. Friendly, professional, experts in their area. Everything anyone would want from a dentist/dental professional. Everyone is the office goes above and beyond the expected.I live out of state but make a point of trying to scheduling appointment with Dr. MacPherson any time I’m back in San Diego. I have yet to meet another dental professional as good as she is.

Dr. MacPherson is a great dentist! She really listens to your concerns and takes her time to make sure she does a good job. She is also very gentle. I have always had a hard time getting numb and she is the only dentist that figured out that my nerve runs a different direction than most people & she is able to get me numb. She has relieved a lot of stress for me & she is the only dentist I will go to now. I highly recomend her! Everyone that works with her is great as well!

My 25 plus years dentist has retired and sold his practice. I am so grateful to my MD DDS Oral Surgeon for introducing me to Dr. Pamela MacPherson. She has since, become my primary dentist. I am now truly in good hands to have been receiving excellent patient care and customer service by Dr. MacPherson and all her staff.Parking is a little challenging for appointments but I was able to work it outto continue my service with Dr. Mac Pherson because she is very worthwhile .

Very rude to my wife and unprofessional I have been in the galss business for a very long time I would have been tremnated immediately have I ever talked to a customer in this manner Victoria spoke to my lovely wifein a disrespectful waymy wife is very kind. This is about the staff. I called this prosthodontist office at the end of the day because I followed the advice of Victoria to try to make an appointment with the oral surgeon the doctor works with in order try to get some teeth. My case is very complicated because I have a craniofacial birth defect and getting teeth has been a challenge as well as where surgery can be done on me cause it cannot be done in a office. So i was trying to put something together and simply left a message for Victoria to call me back and to my surprise she told me I was rude when I left my message which doesnt make sense because both my husband and daughter were here and heard everything and I said nothing bad or mean or wrong. I just explained what happened and could she please call me. So when I was able to get a hold of Victoria instead of helping me first thing she said Im rude and apparantly I exhausted them for being a patient that needed their help to make this work. So if you have crappy insurance or not enough money I wouldnt go here though thats sad because I like the doctor. If your case is complicated and you need help getting the work done and its not easy I would not recommend coming here because that was extremely unprofessional and I am sad to say this cause I like Dr. Macpherson but the staff does represent her establishment. I never talked to anyone like that and I was office manager for 7 years and dealt with the public. I was also in medical and you shouldnt treat people like that especially when someone is having problems with their insurance. What happened to our society? My husband and daughter heard Victoria cause she was talking so loud while I was on the phone, maybe she was having a bad day or didnt want to be bothered but thats not okay. She also kept cutting me off. Perhaps she is nice most of the time idk Im saying what I experienced and it was shocking to say the least. I remember when medical were there to make it good for the person and didnt make you feel bad cause they did something extra for you thats why your in medical. BTW my name as it appears is different because thats what I go by on internet. I have two witnesses to this and they can write what they heard as well.
