I have no idea what some of the other people here are talking about! This office is amazing. The staff is friendly and enjoyable. They are highly skilled and never miss an opportunity to make you comfortable. I called them with an urgent issue and they saw me the same day! When they provided me a quote, they pulled up my insurance documents and walked me through EXACTLY what the allowable costs were (unheard of in my experience). Because of the extent of the work I needed, they scheduled a 3.5 hour appointment the next day to make sure I wasnt uncomfortable any longer than necessary. Five stars is barely enough.

Ive been taking my children here for the past eight years. The dentist is exceptional. He takes such care in addressing all my concerns. He never tries to push unnecessary products, but offers preventative measures and checks to ensure insurance coverage of treatments beforehand. The entire staff is extremely friendly and efficient at their jobs.

Was referred here for a broken tooth my daughter had experienced. Was okay with taking my daughter there - until I took her for a referral to another dentist. The new dentist found a cavity that was at least 6 months old. She had been to the old dentist in Nov. (less than 5 months) and was told that she had NO cavities. Also, my daughter had some teeth come in that ended up being twisted because of lack of room in her mouth. Never once did he say anything about that either. Do not visit this dentist.

Had a referral here from the military. Has to be the worst Dentist I have ever experienced. I only had to get an x-ray and one filling. The dentist, was so rude and kept commenting on how horrible of a person I am to have such awful looking teeth, Then he proceeded to talk in Filipino which was absolutely ridiculous because it is my second language. Just go down the road on Carmel mountain and go to the dentist right across the street from the Costco. Trust me, Dr. Omar is amazing and he wont judge you.

Horrendous dentist office. After having filings done, even before I left the chair, I voiced my concern about my bite being miss aligned. The dentist refused to correct the issue after I voiced my opinion several times. Saying the issue was from novacaine. Well months of shifting teeth and aches I guess the issue was resolved. This is not a professional dentistry, and they have no quality in their work. Say away!

Been a very satisfied patient here for many years, as are many of my current co-workers who referred me here.

WHile I went there, they were very friendly. However, after I left and moved away, I went to a new dentist and found many issues with their work. My crown was bad and I complained at the time and they said it was fine. I knew it wasnt normal. THe new dentist confirmed the shoddy work and i had to pay out of pocket over $2000 to correct his mistake. I asked them for help to reimburse some of the expense and they never returned my calls, emails or letters. very disappointed. buyer beware. i cannot recommend them.
