Since it converted to concentra the wait is long. I liked it a lot better when it was just fox.

I would never come here out of my own accord. Staff is inattentive and unprofessional. No bed side manner at all. They dont really care about privacy. I had my weight taken in front of another patient and just felt like it wasnt right. Ive never had That happen to me at any medical facility. The audio test gave me anxiety because they put you in a small little box thing. I get anxious in confined spaces so I wished I had a warning at least. Ive had MRIs done and the nurses were always gentle and understanding. The workers here just treat you like an inconvenience. Its like, Hey I dont want to be here either buddy but Im trying to get this done so I can move on. The worker taking my vitals and urine sample didnt even look away when she sneezed. The place didnt seem like it cared about hygiene. Youd think theyd be concerned with covid and all, but they didnt really care. Didnt even acknowledge me when I came in or gave me any direction. I guess they might be burned out, but if thats the case then management needs a serious overhaul.

I Do not understand y the doc keeps sending me back to work even though Im still hurt .Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this place front desk always greeting you as u walk in and the physicians are the same kind and respectful. My sciatic nerve pain is killing me

This place is highly unprofessional the woman that answers the phone after you hit Zero for operator should be retrained on how to speak to people, I was hung up on twice. I was told there is a phone delay that is the reason for her rudeness? Please train the office staff how to professionally answer the phone and how to speak to clients in a professional courteous manner. Absolutely disgraceful.

WORST medical center I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE. I was sent there for a drug screening. When I got there everyone in the center was staring and EXTREMELY rude. I was escorted by a male nurse and was told to go to the restroom which I found odd because he didn’t give me a cup to use ... he then came into the bathroom with the cup .. and closed the door behind him. I WAS NOT TOLD BY ANYBODY IN THE MEDICAL CENTER NOR DID I GIVE WRITTEN OR SPOKEN CONSENT TO ALLOW THIS MALE NURSE TO OBSERVE ME USE THE RESTROOM. as I’m trying to use it the male nurse WAS STARING DIRECTLY AT MY PRIVATE PARTS. At this point I felt EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE AND VIOLATED I couldn’t even use the bathroom anymore so I just walked out FURIOUSLY and said I couldn’t do it. NEVER HAVE I EVER experienced something like this in my life as a person who revolves around people in the medical field all say YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR PERMISSION OR HAVE TO GIVE CONSENT THIS MAN VIOLATED HIPPA laws and from what I know the only person who can observe is a probation officer. THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY GOING TO BE SUED. And hopefully this does not happen to anyone else I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

The lady that helps with physicals is on rush and they dont do anything right. I need to go for a second time because she didnt perform test correctly. What bs.. stay away from this place.

This is where I go for my DOT physicals for the past 6 years. Like most clinics, the wait can be long, but once you go in, youre usually out in a matter of minutes. The staff has been nothing but kind. There are some odd characters that come in and honestly I dont know how the staff is able to maintain their professionalism. Great job overall.

Just had my work physical performed at this place and wow can I say the entire staff is amazing and physical is thorough. There was barely any wait time at all and everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when I had any questions. There were other people there drug testing that I could hear yelling at the staff, which I don’t understand because it’s not the staffs fault these people failed there drug test! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a physical for work or their commercial drivers license

Facilities are clean neat and well kept. All of the staff were polite professional and courteous. As far as contracted medical physicals through the feds, this was by far the best I’ve experienced!

I have had 2 DOT Physicals done here over Several years. I never had any problems with the staff and /or Drs here. They are very professional, Knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend this Facility.

I had 2 sports physical I needed for my kids. Physical sports fee are $20.00 . If using debit card, theres a transaction fee of $5. So a total of 2 physical is $45 including transaction fee. Tina charged me $50 because she stated its 2 transaction fee per form. I swiped my card once so it should $5 but no, she. Stated is an $5 each form now that Im paying with debit card. There was no sign in facility regarding atm transaction fee. I ask to speak to the supervisor, she stated shes not here and on the field. Dont go there.

Was referred here by the UoR to get a chest X-ray , they were really nice and answered all my questions. Was in and out in 30 minutes.

Let’s just say I would rather go to a County Hospital and would fore sure receive better care! We are forced to go to Fox by our Employer for care when we’re injured. Hence the money circle and not actually true care..I would avoid this place like the plague!! The care that is given by the Doctor is horrible.

The workers there are very rude and unprofessional. I was sent there for a pre-employment drug screening. when I gave the worker my urine sample she stuck an EAR thermometer in it to take the temperature. She refused it and said that it had an abnormal body temperature. I had to ask my possible employer to allow me to retest. I went back a few days later, again was treated very rudely. I was escorted by a male to watch me pee. when I gave him my sample he dipped an instant tester in my sample and magically within seconds had my results and asked me to leave. no lab work or anything. when I asked him what the results were, he rudely said well you should know if your clean or not. luckily I had the common sense to test myself before I went in there for a second time. I know Im clean not only because I tested myself and took pictures but also because I was just randomly tested a few weeks ago for my last job. I left my last for this new one knowing that was clean. If I dont get this job, it is because of these people and I will be jobless with a family. I will guarantee all of you that place will be sued! the only people that give this place a good review are the people that work there. I know because this happened today and I recognize the faces.

The people here are stupid,the male nurse that took my urine sample said the strip was not reading after glancing at it ,which it was! (I saw with my own eyes) and failed me without a re-test, And i did not get that job.I just took another test elsewhere for a different job and i passed no problem.The staff here should be drug tested because mistakes like that should not be made.Dont get tested here staff is lazy and unprofessional.

Make sure you have no plans to do anything the day you go in. Just for physical i been sitting her for a hour and a half and still have not been seen. The room is full of irritated faces. It should not take this long.

Fox medical clinic employees are extremely rude, incompetent and disheveled. They not only look unprofessional but act like it too! For example since when are jeans ok to wear with a scrub top. They dont know what they are doing. Especially the overweight blond front desk lady and this other worker Noemi. Not sure how they got hired. Its like these people were all rejects and started their own clinic. If you ask a simple question they get flustered and annoyed and dont know what to do lol. Next time I am sent here by my employer I will request another place even if I have to drive far! Do not go here!!!!
