My son went into the metropolitan clinic on sterling ave in san Bernardino California on friday the 6th of August and the doctor said that my sons seizure medicine prescription would be put in cvs pharmacy within an hour. Still no refills for him and its Monday August 9th 2021. Then the receptionist got smart with me when i said my son is on his last pill. Lousy service rudeness and very slow service. Staff is very unprofessional.

I left the clinic with a heavy heart. Ever since the guy at the reception left I noticed there is a slow progression of things.

So lazy and rude. Don’t come here. 0/10 they are soooooo quick to see you and get the visit done and out the way it’s sad. I will b switching to another facility ASAP!

Worst experience of my life I’m sure if they were to go check this clinic they will close them down !two hours to pass to the room one hour to see The doctor and seven minutes to get out of there very disrespectful and rude They charge you $25 for shot Records or any document that you need dirty clinic And they don’t Disinfect anything not even where you sit to wait I will never recommend this clinic to anyone instead let’s all raise our voices so this place can have changes ASAP either way I will never be there again!

In October I took my mother to this place due to her physical pain. Before she walked into the doors she fell badly and when she was helped inside they did absolutely nothing for her. She was crying in pain and they did not prescribe her any pain medication. She has osteoarthritis and because of this, her pain got significantly worse and had to consider surgery. No doctors or nurses showed any form of sympathy for my mother, but we are seeing someone else now and she is getting the right care she needs. Please dont go here....

I am an ER chicken. DAMN good call insisting that I go. They discovered a right ventricular hypertrophy septal myocardial infarction & enlargement that is probably the cause of all the symptoms that I had. Again... Great call!

Worst clinic ever!!! Been here twice WITH an appointment and waited over 3 hours to be seen. You better off going to the the ER. Doctors are rude and dont really care about other. You can see the irritation in their face. I give zero stars! Shut this place down.

My sons first visit and theyre turned him away because he was not active under medical.. but i called everyone and he is active and does have molina health care services..I was even able to sched with another provider same day with no problems.. they all ran his info . I do not like this place .. boo! thanks for no help

Absolutely hate this place! They cant even fill my prescription for my nasal spray and its been almost 2 weeks that I have been going back and forth! Then they leave you on hold for more than 20 minutes!!! The whole clinic needs to get shut down!

This place might want to reevaluate the way they manage and treat patients.

Never answer the phone and take hours to see you

Doctor didnt clear me to play cuz of an injury 2 years ago an i said i was sent to Get an XRay n Physical Theraphy and she said there was no record of tht and tht an Orthapedic has to clear me to play. Even with n appointment they take forever to attend you😑

They make u wait for about three hours with an appointment, dont seem to care when your left in the room, the rooms are abbormally cold and the whole staff is unprofessional! The doctor even seems to forget what she prescibed you, you have to remind her otherwise she trys to repeat tests! Horrible clinic, the worst i have ever experienced! Go figure, its here in san bernardino

I needed to go on FMLA got back and digestive problems... they made me come for 4 visits and then said they couldnt do it... horrible customer service and horrible doctors. DL NOT COME HERE!!!

Terrible Terrible place. The staff looks like they got their certificates out of the dumpster & just walked in to get a job. None of the girls have the slightest idea on professionalism. Wait time is ridiculous with or without appointment. The clinic is run down & very dirty. The Drs. (& I say drs bkz u never see the same 1) are very rude & none speak proper English. Overall it’s a terrible place. I wouldn’t give it a star but it’s the only way I can write a review. 👎🏻

Metropolitan Clinic on sterling is too slow,rude and unprofessional. There is no way that someone has an 8:15 appointment and youre not out of the office until 10:00. Whats the use of having an appointment, if youre waiting almost 2 hours. Some of the staff are so unfriendly, I went to ask one of the receptionist a question about paperwork for my autistic son and she ignored me and asked someone else may she help them . Just plain rude. Also they have too many different doctors that seem not to know what theyre doing.

They dont understand my wife about getting the right referral for skin removed. The clinic is very dirty. My wife cancel her health net insurance company too health net insurance suck. They are very rude too. we felt like we were in the Getto.

This is the second time i have brought my kids who have appointments and they have yet to be seen 2 hours later make sure we are the last ones out.... the worst clinic Ive been to in San Bernardino

I wish I could give negative stars! This is seriously the WORST clinic to come to! Ive been almost 3 hours waiting to be seen and I came in with an appointment and on top of that the receptionist are very rude! I would never recommend this clinic to anyone

Answer the phone! It is ridiculous trying to contact your clinic. Also your work orders sent to imaging centers are always incorrect! Get it together.

The place is fine, the lousy service, they leave some for a long time outside the place waiting for them to check the temperature, I do not recommend them, look for another clinic
