I have a 4 month old baby who had a stat referral put in for a pediatric GI specialist two months ago. A STAT referral got us an appointment two months out. When our appointment date finally arrived, the office called to cancel just a few hours before our appointment. After voicing my concerns, I asked if I was going to have to wait another two months for my infant to be seen. The lady who called said “I don’t know, someone will call and reschedule”. …… I never received any phone calls. Absolutely horrible start here

No one will answered the phone. Also cannot seem to see the same doctor.

I was transferred 4 times and was on hold for almost an hour just to try to get an appointment for continuing prenatal care. I completed all the steps they asked me to do as far as sending my medical records and allowing the time for a physician to review. Once I was transferred over to the nurse, I had to really express how frustrated I was and how I had referred family in order for her to at least take another step to help. Maybe theyre overloaded with work, but I strongly suggest for operations to restructure the way they handle appointments. I also think the operators need a little more training in handling calls and asking the right questions to avoid so many transfers. So far, I dont feel like I will be taken care of with the initial start of even getting an appointment. Pretty scary especially if its for prenatal care. I dont recommend this clinic and Im extremely disappointed how this turned out as I really wanted to see Dr. Hart who I believe is a great doctor that Ive known in the past, however, his staff totally failed him in representing him. Also, to put a complaint, you need to speak to a team of compliance...as in leaving a message. Stephanie, the nurse, did not provide who I can put a complaint to. Total fail. Id give them a 0 stars if I could. :(

Different doctor every time I go in. Other than for appointment setting they NEVER answer their phones and NEVER return calls after I leave a message. A lot of mistakes happen. I do not feel well cared for here. They just forgot to refer me to a specialist after forcing me to be examined first, to get a referral to an ENT. Then they forgot to do it and didn’t return my calls. The ONLY way to get a problem solved there is to walk in and make a fuss. Again, NOBODY answers their extension. And NOBODY returns calls.

I was literally In-N-Out . My nurse was a great nurse.

Let’s start by saying the staff is awesome DR.Lee is by far the most caring doctor I’ve ever came in contact with. The nurses Valerie and Miriam are so welcoming and they bring good energy. Yes the facility isn’t the greatest looking because it’s an older building BUT the staff keep it clean and neat. I recommend this as a great primary doctor and of course there is other health care providers.

When Medical Professional Agency asked me to interview and work for Sac Health System. I felt blessed and honored to take a role here. Especially after hearing about their mission statement and vision. But it broke my heart after 2x they didn’t want to accept me because the agency that I was working under got me in a huge misunderstanding and miscommunication with SAC. SAC threw me under the bus and didn’t want to accept me even after I spoke to Chris Bryd (I believe that’s the HR manager there) regarding the situation and if I can finally start my first day there. SAC reached out to Medical Professional agency and told them that I need to stop contacting them and they no longer want me to work there when it wasn’t even my fault. Wow, great “mission and vision” statement saying on there website “SAC Health System is committed to reflect the healing ministry & love of Jesus Christ through healthcare, education, and partnerships that empower our communities to flourish. They didn’t even give me a second chance or at least hear me out. Jazzel who was suppose to start on my first day paperwork ignored and forward my calls. She didn’t even let me have a chance to speak on my behalf how the agency screwed me over. Thank you for letting me down and whoever else is next to even take a position there when it’s not even the fault of the candidate, ITS THE AGENCY YOU WORK WITH THATS MESSING EVERYTHING UP!!! So sad and heartbreaking.

The doctors really care about diagnosing you properly. It does take a bit longer than some offices to get seen, but the reason for that becomes clear when you see a doctor and they really talk to you about your issues. They are persistent about specialist referrals. Its a good clinic, make sure to schedule an appointment before you go.

A lot of incompetent people working and miscommunication. I have been sat on hold over 30 minutes, drove across town, told to go to 3 different locations and still have not been able to get anything accomplished for my child. Just laziness to find out accurate information to pass on the patients that theyll just tell you anything. Then when orders are not completed the Dr belittles the parent.

I had a doctors appointment at 2pm so i got here at 1:40pm so that i could fill out paperwork and not have to wait as long. Well its 3:34pm and i have not seen my doctor. What is the point in making an appointment when they are going to have you wait 2 damn hours and still nothing. They need to do something about this.

Everyone was so friendly and really loved their job. I hadnt been to dr. in lets just say a while. So now Im doing a physical. So far good results.

Husband needed to see ortho. We have insurance; however, was told that in order to see orthopedist we would need to wait for several weeks to get appointment. Scheduled an appointment with an ortho hand specialist at SAC Health System the next day! Entire staff was professional and kind. Paid cash and well worth it! I just wish SAC Health System accepted Anthem! Went to their new facility on G Street. Beautiful place. Highly recommend.

Normally people will be apprehensive about going to the doctors, however the doctors here are great and actually listen to what you have to say. They take into consideration your health concerns. Especially the PAs And getting your blood drawn at the same location. The nurses and other staff are great, friendly and work quickly. Only downfall is sometimes the wait is 2 hrs for 15 mins with the doctor. But that wont chase me off.

Always on hold for over 45 mins when scheduling appointments, ladies in front are truly helpful and sweet but the male nurse in family practice is extremely rude and not good with children.

My Dentist is Dr. Turner and he is the greatest. He pulled 4 teeth yesterday and I actually enjoyed it. Cant say the same for today now that Im feeln the pain. :-) I would recommend SACHS Norton Clinic to anybody in need that has to have dental work done.

Aside from the new facility being clean and private, the service from both staff and Drs has been horrible. I was at my appointment 30 min early, got called back 45 minute after my appointment time, then waited half undressed for another hour while I could hear my Dr laughing it up in the next room.Then to call and try and get through to anyone helpful is a joke. Scheduling an appointment as a follow up needs to be months in advance if they have it ready. This office has been an emotional nightmare.

This clinic is one of the worst clinics I have ever been to. The doctors dont listen to you with the exception of a couple of the older women doctors with an accent; you are treated as if you have done something wrong. They act as if you are a charity case and they are doing you a favor, but in all reality if it wasnt for you needing a doctor they wouldnt be getting the training or the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I switched doctors offices because I want to be treated with respect.

This clinic is one of the best that i have been to. If you need a referal to a specialist, they are right up on it. I am treated with respect and never have a problem making an appointment. I am glad i found them.

If you have Drs Hart, Shannon (both of them husband and wife)RUN AWAY. If you have any serious health issues or complaints, DO NOT go to DR Lorr (Lore) his ego is bigger than his oath. If you have a chronic pain issue, what ever you do DO NOT sign that contract without reading and UNDERSTANDING it FULLY. I know some of these Drs are no longer at the THIRD St clinic thank GOD as it has gotten better. But if you go to G, take care if you are seeing them. Do not bother to try pacifying me, if I could Id sue the ever living daylights out of these Drs, including another that has a name close to a Hog.

Hate the OBG Department. It hard to get in appointment for prenatal. I remember on 3rd street. It was much better then G.

This place is such a joke. I will never go there again after my baby is born. Its ridiculous that I cant get an appointment. Especially being in my last trimester the doctor tells me to go once a week but every time I try and make an appointment they tell me theyre booked. Makes no sense and its one thing to take my health lightly but now that it involves my child that is unacceptable that they take my babys health lightly. I got sick once and theyre closed Fridays so I couldnt reach my doctor and I called the emergency number they gave me and no one helped me, they had me calling different clinics going and circles and no one helped me locate my doctor. They provide the worst care here and I strongly suggest people to not go here. Especially pregnant women!

I love this place. The facility is gorgeous, the staff are really nice and they really try hard to please and work hard.

They have the best neurologist . I went to a lot of neurologists since I was 10 years old, coming to sac healthy system was the best choice. The past year my seizures got out of control because my previous doctor put me on Keppra and turns to find out it wasnt effective to everyone with epilepsy. They put me on a different medication. I been seziure free for almost a year. I havent had any dizzy spells or anything. I changed my lifestyle around to the ketogenic diet. I like to say thank you the neurologist . They are positive and very helpful if I ever have a question. I been recommending everyone I know whos going through the same issues that I am to check out sac healthcare system.

Dont like the waiting time. Was sitting for 30 mins to be called never called me until I got up and ask how come everyone is going in before me? Then told me Dr. is running 25 mins late unprofessional. Dislike every time I come to my appointment always get check by a student wasting my time then an hour later Dr. comes and checks me again takes about 2 hrs for those check up then yo give you your discharge papers another 20 mins 😤LomaLinda Sach in San Bernardino

These people are so incompetent!!! I scheduled my daughters appointment for a tdap shot and made sure I told them I was unable to take her. But her stepad would take her. They made the notations and said it was fine. So her appointment came and they were turned away because I was not there nor did I sign some paper authorizing him to take her. I was never told that when I called!!!! And now I have to leave work to get this done. This place is so unreliable and they even take 15 mins to answer the phone!!! I explained that my daughter needs this shot. For school but they didnt care. I will be getting a new doctor. Just wanted to warn others.

Worst customer service ever. I have made three appts here and out of those three appts my daughter has only been seen once. I made an appt for her physical and was lucky to get it for the following week. The lady neglected to tell me the street was closed at one end - the end I only know how to get there so I was stuck driving around the block trying to figure out how to get to the office to only be told I wasnt going to be seen because it was 10 mins past her appt time but yet took the lady behind us who has the same time appt as us. Will be changing doctors and telling my son to change his kids Dr office as well seeing they go here too.

For the OBGYn department : Two stars because some of the staff is nice, however, I feel like they over step boundaries at times and make you feel uncomfortable (like sending in a therapist without your consent because the doctor felt you got emotional when you gave her an answer, I have never needed a therapist, and felt like sending on in without asking me crossed the line). At my previous apt, I can hear the drs talking about me in the hallway (just me in general and my care/plan of action). If I could hear behind a closed door, everyone else can too. I felt like that was very unprofessional. I also dont like how you wont know who is doing your c-section until you are just about due, and that can change at any moment. They dont seem to be on the same page either, since you see a different provider every time. The first time I was told I would be sent to high risk to be monitored more closely and the second time I was told no, we will just play it by ear. That made me feel uneasy. I was also told room sharing is usually a must. That wouldnt normally be a deal breaker, but with c-section #5, it made me feel uncomfortable. Anyways, I decided to cancel with them and see a different doctor at a different hospital. When i did call to cancel, the lady i spoke with was a bit rude. Towards the end, she hung up on me before i was even done talking. Im not saying they are terrible for everyone, but it wasnt working with me, so proceed with caution.

I hate when you have to make a appointment they changed their phone system around and now you cant make an appointment without going to other parts of the clinic. Ive had to go through human resources and then they transfer me saying they are still working on the phone system. It was just fine the way it was u dialed 0 and the appointment area.Now if your ever at the new place on G Lord help you if your disabled and have to park on the side part were theres like 10 disabled spots and theres a door on the side, we went to that door and its locked, and a guy tried to let us in from the inside and he couldnt. So that door is a danger. God forbid if there was ever a emergency people would go to there to find out that the door is completely locked. For a doctors office and a building that deals with medical that is the most stupidest thing I have ever come acrossed.Also we have went to the new clinic at least 3 times and told them 3 times she needs all her medication refilled, and each time they said they did but when I call in to the pharmacy they are nope need to fax to them. So dont wait tell you need your medication that day or youll be s**** out of luck, Ive learned to call in like 5 to 7 days because you if they dont in a few days then you have to call the doctors wait get sent to areas you dont need to finely get to the one you do for them to say well you have to come in again, and your like I was just there and they were supposed to put refills on all my meds., and they say well it wasnt done so call for a same day appointment at 7:30 am.The person that wrote a review that it takes 15 mins of waiting on the phone your talking about a good day. Ive waited 30 mins and ended up hanging up.

First, To the person who made the claim that Dr. Turner is the best Dentist; that was a joke right? Second, as for the facility itself, getto is the one word that describes it best. Finally, medical doesnt pay for rework so you have one shot to get it done correctly.My rework is going to cost thousands of dollars thanks to the burner Dr Turner. If your on medi-cal and have alot of time to waste (they see you for a few minutes only,and scheduled appointments are far between) then this place is right for you. The only positive thing is they are subsidized by the goverment, which allows them to do some work, that other facilities, that serves medi-cal patients can not do, oh, and most of the support staff are great.

I have to say its big problem that the clinic is not open on Fridays. This is further exaxerbated by the fact that I called in at 4:45 pm on Thursday, October 16, 2014 and the only thing I could do is make an appointment. I needed to get results from some heart tests I had done already three weeks ago, and yet no one would answer the phone.Thus far it has been really difficult to get follow up on any tests etc. I dont think it should be so difficult to chase them down. Why should a patient have to work so hard to get results and follow up?I am not so sure that SACH Clinic is a good heatlh care solution, or that I would recommend it to anyone else. Kind of disappointed. As I conclude this on a Thurs afternoon, the nurses desk should still be open, but they treat it as a Friday afternoon. Must be nice to work only four days a week and then take off early to boot.I think I will forward this experience to my heatlh care insurer on Monday.

Is the worst experience I had a appointment at 3:40 I was there at 2:50 and they told me that I was early and I have to reschedule because they could see me early and my Waite time was 2 hrs if I want to wait...so reschedule and I was 10 min late and they told me that they could see me because dr. Was running behind...this place sucks...the girls in the front there are lazy and they dont know with there doing...it sad that the place is nice but the staff sucks...
