Very nice staff very professional and excellent customer service didnt have to wait very long when I got first covid19 vaccine and second one I didnt wait long at all.

The doctor will need you dry. To get physical therapy they sent me yo awful place-10 degrees, 2 hours, gown. Jerky tech. Very stressful. I ended up in the hospital after meeting doctor. Now doctor is refudjng to do referral unless I keep coming back.

Typical clinic. I walked in at 2p, and though they close at 5p, I was able to be seen. Everyone I dealt with there was nice and professional.

So far so good. Went to my first appointment with Dr Ransom two weeks ago. She was very nice and showed concern for my issues. Despite the bad reviews that I have read, I will go back and see for myself. My next appointment will be this week and I will post my review soon after.

Worse clinic in San Bernardino they couldnt schedule my husbands appointment just because he couldnt remember his old number. Thats ridiculous Ive never heard of anything like that people go through numbers. D.O.B was provided and address and he still couldnt help.

This is very bad clinic! Bad service, the ladies on the front desk very unprofessional, they dont know-how to scanned and process insurance card. Never pass any massage to the Doctor nurse. Why we have them working their. Because low wages? Please hire real professionals their are putting a bad reputation to your clenic.

Filthy office rooms with trash cans overflowing and rooms not wiped down or cleaned for next patient. Girls at front desk are no help will have you standing at counter until they decide to notice your there even with saying excuse me. Drs prescription was never sent over for my meds and took five days to get answer then told to get it over the counter when they don’t have that dosage all while I had a miscarriage. These are supposed to be nurses which should care for their patients that come to the office know matter where the location is. There just there for a paycheck if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t of become a nurse or medical assistant!!! Disgusted period!

Horrible place they don’t care about the patients. They only have one doctor who’s completely unprofessional he made racist remarks that he thought were funny and he touched my husbands infection without washing his hands with his bare hands! No gloves or mask then still didn’t wash his hands afterwards. He didn’t listen to anything we had to say nor did the nurses there they ignore you and make you wait for hours even with an appointment because they’re always backed up. We waited almost two hours before being seen by the doctor with an appointment, then for him to not listen to our concerns.

Nobody cares in this clinic I had appointment but still waited for more than 3hrs without seeing the doctor! This facility is a waste of govt resources it’s not helping at all and shld be closed down.... the staffs too work with attitude!.. shame on them All!

Been here twice and every time i had an appointment i had to wait between 2 to 3 hours to be seen. The ultrasound that i had at 16 weeks was very basic nothing explained noting told i dont even know if the baby is developing ok. I totaly regret coming here.if i could rate 0 i would.
