Dr. Albert Park saved our sons life back in 2013. He was 18 months old and had aspirated a peanut. We didnt know what was in our sons throat when we brought him into the emergency room at Primary Childrens at midnight, but his breathing kept sounding heavier and more strained every hour. Dr. Park came in around 2:00am to do the emergency operation to remove the obstruction from the airway. I dont remember Dr. Park very well from that late night and early morning. I do remember that he looked tired, and that he was kind. He saved our son from dying from an obstructed airway. He gave up his sleep (the day after Valentines day) to come into the hospital and save a childs life.Weve been able to have a beautiful life with our son because of Dr. Park. Thank you so much Dr. Park, for giving us our sons life. We love him so much and know that we would have a big whole in our hearts if he was no longer with us. Thank you for sacrificing and for making your a life of service to help other people to have more fulfilling lives. Thank you so much. Dr. Park is attentive, and really, truly cares about his patients. You may wait (very rarely) but that is just because he cares about each and every patient. We went to another ENT for a couple of years, and honestly we were never satisfied with the answers we received. Dr. Park informed us of everything, and was very attentive and thoughtful with our concerns and questions and provided us with all the information we were looking for. Dr. Park is an amazing doctor and we are so, so grateful for him.

Had appointment the guy was so rude called to confirm the guy was so rude put me down I told him we needed to be seen her ear was bleeding and nasty he said nothing we can do to bad deal with it, I am sorry what, We are not seeing anyone you need to deal with it to bad. Are you kidding me no bye and hung up on me this guy should be fired. Like now FIRED.

Only giving three stars because of the very slow service of being seen at the Primary Children’s Hospital location, which I do know is not an IHC service provider. They are actually a part of the University of Utah Healthcare services. Anyhow, we first saw Dr. Kelly and experienced at least 45 minutes to be taken to a room and another 35-45 minutes to been by the actual physician. Same thing happened with Dr. Park. The rooms had no children’s books or toys to keep the kids entertained while we waited. In summary, this office is always running behind and wait times are very long.

Dr. Park is by far one of the best doctors I have had the ability to work with for my daughters care at Primarys and she has twelve regular specialists and a list of others who come and go. He has stayed late to work her in for emergencies. He listens to my concern as a mother, Which has worked greatly to her benefit. He is a man who listens to you, explains things well and then not only makes promises but delivers. He solves problems and makes my life and my daughters infinitely better. We need more doctors like Dr. Park. I would recommend him highly. He has a great bedside manner, does not let his ego get in the way{like I feel so many other Dr.s do} but is great at diagnosing, and works hard to solve the problems.

He did a great job with our 8 year old daughter and her sinus surgery. We drove from Boise to see him and he did a great thorough job.
